General Safety
• DO NOT touch the base or the glass parts of the kettle while the appliance is
operating or immediately after operation.These components will be hot and
may cause burns or other personal injuries.
• DO NOT fill the kettle above the “MAX”line.Doing this may cause the water to
boil over during operation and may result in scalding.Minimum amount of
water needed for boiling is 0.5 L, too little water will result in the kettle
switching o before the water has boiled.
Use & Care
• The ideal environment for using this product is at elevations lower than 2000m.If
using this product at elevations higher than 2000m, the capacity of water used
should not exceed 1.5L.
• ALWAYS place the kettle on a dry, flat surface.
• DO NOT place the kettle on or near heat sources such as stove tops, ovens, and etc.
• DO NOT turn on the kettle while the lid is open.
• DO NOT cover the opening of the kettle while it is operating. Doing so may
result in damage to the kettle.
• ALWAYS empty and clean the kettle after using each time. If necessary, descale
the kettle by following the instructions in Descaling the Kettle.
• DO NOT attempt to repair the kettle or its parts by yourself or through other
third-party appliances when it is broken. Doing so may result in further damage
or personal injury and will void your warranty.
• DO NOT dispose of this kettle in regular household waste.
• The kettle will be automatically shut o in 5 minutes once the setting program is
completed.
• If the kettle has been taken away from the base,the system will be keeping the
in-progress setting for 10 minutes.
• When you choose PROGRAM
“Herbal/Coee/Oolong/White/Green/Delicate/Warm/Baby milk” to
complete the temperature, the kettle will automatically keep the temperature for
10 minutes.Boil Black mode / 212 °F Temperature will not automatically keep
warm for 10 minutes. (automatic KEEPWARM mode is designed for users who
brew tea or coee to enhance the experience)

kettle and its components out of reach from children.

or if the power cord or plug is damaged in any way.
• ALWAYS unplug the kettle when it is not being used. This will prevent moisture
from causing a short circuit in the power base while it is plugged in.

USING YOUR TEA MASTER
GETTING TO KNOW YOUR TEA MASTER
BEFORE FIRST USE
1. Remove and safely discard any packaging material or promotional labels
attached to your kettle.
2. It is recommended that filling the kettle to the maximum level with cold tap
water before your first using, bring to the boil by selecting the BOIL 212 °F,
then discard the water.
3. Your kettle will only operate when positioned on the power base. The kettle will
automatically switch o after the setting program is completed.

wish to make),and place back the lid

2. Place the kettle firmly on the power
base. short press the ON/OFF
button, rotate the knob left and right
to select the tea-making mode you
need, and then press START
CANCEL button to start heating.(
Icon is always on during heating)
3. Add tea leaves or tea bags once the
desired temperature is reached,the
START CANCEL button stops
flashing.
NOTE:Always fill the kettle between
the minimum (MIN) and maximum
(MAX) marks on the water window.
4. Infusing tea The correct brew time is
depending on the type of tea and
your personal preference.Enjoy your
cup of tea and let it brew as you like.

BASIC OPERATION POWER ON AND OFF
1. Power ON: Once plugged in, the
START CANCEL indicator will keep
lighting, select START CANCEL
button to turn on the kettle.
2. POWER OFF:Long press the START
CANCEL key for 3 seconds to turn o
the kettle. By doing so, the indicator
lights will be lit from right to left, left
to right one time each and the
monitor will be turned o. the START
CANCEL indicator will keep lighting.
Please follow the instructions below after the kettle is turned on properly:
Boiling
1. After the kettle is turned on properly,
please rotate the knob left and right
to select 9 dierent temperature
settings:
Boil/Black/Oolong/White/Green/
Delicate/Coee/Warm/Formula.
(After selecting a mode, the corre-
sponding text will be blinking for a
while on the LCD screen.)

Type Temperature Steep Time
1. This base lists some common tea and coee varieties and the
recommended temperature to select. It is a guideline only and may vary
depending on preference, brand and age of tea/coee used.

3. Boiling completed
When water temperature reaches the
pre-set temperature, the boiling
process will be completed. The icon
will disappear and beep sound
reminder after boiling water is
completed(except mute mode).
2. Select START CANCEL button to start
boiling. Once boiling begins, the
icon and the real-time temperature
will be displayed on the screen.
4. Automatic keep warm mode When you choose PROGRAM
“Black/Oolong/White/Green/Delicate/Coee/Warm/Formula” to
complete the temperature,it will automatically keep the temperature for
10 minutes.Boil mode /212°F Temperature will not automatically keep
warm for 10 minutes.(automatic keep warm mode is designed for users
who brew tea or coee to enhance the Experience)
Example:
If the preset temperature is 185°F, the process is as following:
1. Plug in and turn on the kettle.
2. Use PROGRAM button to select White as temperature setting.
3. Press START CANCEL button to start boiling.
4. After the temperature has reached 185°F, the 10 minute KEEP WARM
mode will initiate.

Rotate PROGRAM knob to select
eight dierent temperatures, including
Black/Oolong/White/Green/Delicat
e/Coee/Warm/Formula.
FEATURED FUNCTION
After turning on, follow the instructions below to complete the KEEP WARM
setting:
1. Press the KEEP WARM button to set the
keep warm mode. The PROGRAM
button light flashes at the same
time.(You will see 02:00 and icon
are displayed on the LCD.)

3. Press START CANCEL button to begin
KEEP WARM. Heating icon will be
displayed.
4. Press the switch to boil the water when
the actual temperature is higher than
the selected working temperature. The
heat conserving timer will start when
the water temperature has dropped to
the set value.
Example:
To set the KEEP WARM temperature as 185°F :
1. Press KEEP WARM button to start KEEP WARM mode.
2. Rotate PROGRAM key to select the KEEP WARM temperature as 185°F.
3. Press START CANCEL key to activate KEEP WARM.
NOTE: You can also put steps 1 and 2 in reverse order to operate.

CARE AND MAINTENANCE
General cleaning
After turning on,follow the instructions below to complete a Custom Temp setting:
1. Press Custom Temp key to activate

actual temperature value blinks for a
while.)

adjust the required temperature
3. Pree START CANCEL button to start
heating.
1.When the kettle is on,press and hold the“
CUSTOM TEMP”button for 3 seconds
to enter the MUTE mode.Mute icon
is on.In Mute mode, there won't be
beep sound and key tone.
2.Press and hold “CUSTOM TEMP” button
for 3 seconds to quit Mute mode .

We recommend cleaning the kettle after using each time.
1. Unplug the power base from the electrical outlet.
Descaling the Kettle
You should descale the kettle at least once a week if you use it frequently.
Descaling removes any mineral deposits that have built up inside the kettle.
Always descale the kettle after it has been stored for long periods of time and
before storing it.
1. Fill the kettle with 1 cup of distilled vinegar or lemon juice and 2 cups of water
(1:2 ratio).
2. Boil the mixture, then let it soak in the kettle for 2 hours.
3. Pour out the solution, then wipe the limescale away with a cloth or nonabrasive
sponge.
4. Rinse the kettle with clean water, and dry with a soft cloth.
5. Repeat as needed.
TROUBLESHOOTING

1. Check the power plug if is securely inserted into the outlet.
2. Insert the power plug into an independent outlet.
3. Insert the power plug into a dierent outlet.
4. Reset the circuit breaker if necessary.
5. For additional safety, the kettle is fitted with a thermal cut out. In
the event of severe
overheating, the kettle will be automatically shut down to prevent
furthe damage. If this occurs,please call Consumer Support.
Check the glass jug if is securely positioned on the Power Base.
The LCD light
has gone out
1.The kettle goes into standby mode if not used for 5 minutes. When
in standby mode, the LCD screen will cease to illuminate.
2. To re-activate the kettle out of standby mode,Press Main button
on the Power Base.
I cannot select
a certain function
Certain features cannot be selected or changed during the
heating or brewing cycle.The LCD screen may temporarily change
or send a sound alert
2. Allow the kettle to completely cool down, then pour out any remaining water.
3. Wash the kettle with warm, soapy water. Dry it thoroughly with a soft, clean
towel.
