1.DESCRIPTION -PURPOSE
TheQuickieAssemblyhandtoolRCY21210isakit consistsofahandtoolandtwoconnectoradaptors.
Eachadaptorisfeaturingtwosides. Dependingontheappliedadaptorandselectedside,youcan
accommodateaparticularconnectorintothetool.
Finally, ifthecorrectcombinationof connectorandadaptorisselected, theQuickieconnectorcanbe
attachedtoaflat cablewhichissuitedfortheappliedconnector. Themaximumlengthoftheapplied
connectorisequaltothelengthoftheadaptor.
Note:TheRCY21210 issuitabletoterminateQuickiesin“DaisyChain”applicators.

2.OPERATINGINSTRUCTIONS
Positiontheconnectorinthededicatedadaptor.
Slidetheadaptorintothetoolasshownonthepicture.
Positiontheflat cableandclosethetoolbypushingtheredleverstogether. Thetoolisnot
equippedwithahardstop.As such, stop pushingwhentheIDCterminationisproperlymade.
Dependingonyour convenience, theflatcablecanbeinstalledintotheconnectorbeforesliding
theadaptorplusconnectorintothetool.

-Duetothemanual process, theoutputcapacityishighlydependedontheskillsof theoperator.
