•Do not use this chair unless all bolts, screws and knobs are securely tightened.
•Check that all bolts, screws and knobs are tightened every three months or as needed.
Dispose of packing material properly. Do not use plastic cover as head covering, as it may cause suffocation.

Place all parts from the box in a cleared area and position them on the floor in front of you. Remove all packing
materials and place them back into the box. Do not dispose of the packing materials until assembly is complete.

Align backrest Abar over the pre-drilled hole on the underside of the seat Band seat plate D. Attach backrest A to
the seat Busing bolts J. Tighten with Allen M6.

Align seat plate Dover pre-drilled hole on the underside of the seat B, with black tension knob facing the
front of the seat. Attach the seat plate D to the seat using bolts I as shown. Tighten with Allen M6.

Turn assembled seat upright and locate centre hole of seat plate Dover gas lift E. Push down firmly until
connection is secure.

Attach armrest Cto seat B and backrest A using bolts K as shown. Tighten with Allen key. Place
caps L over the holes on the armrest C.
