Operational Notes
“ If the MP3 player will not be operated for aprolonged period, remove the battery
to avoid possibledamage caused by electricalleakage.
“ The MP3 player should be kept in areas freefrom extreme temperature changes,
moisture and dust.
“ Set the HOLD switch to release position before operation
“ Do not dropthe player
“ Battery life may vary depending on usage condition and manufacturedate.
“ Please change the battery under Low Battery indicator displayed.(All buttons
are not responding even after the batteryhas been taken out and replaced)
“ Do not use the player for a very long periodin order to protect your audioability

Open the battery compartment andload one AAA7 batteryas directed by

When the LCD displays Low Battery , it indicates a
need of battery change. Turn off the machine before
replacing a new battery.
Change battery
The OSD with blue backlightappears when PLAY/STOPbutton is pressed. The lengthof time for the backlightto
stay on is depending onuser setting.Switching the power off by pressing on thePLAY/STOP buttoncontinuously.
When the machine has idledfor a while, auto poweroff will activate according tothe time set by user. You canset

Functional Options
Music playing, voice playing& recording, radio function
Press Menu to select music mode. Thenpress Menu again to confirm playing music(machine will automatically
switch back to music modeif no operation for morethan 10 seconds). You can play Mp3 andWMA format files inthis
mode. LCD displays music as:
Press Menu button into music mode. Press + button to select voice modeand press Menu button again
to confirm this mode. Itis the same procedure transferring from voice mode to music mode. LCD displays voice
as:
Press Menu button into music mode. Press + button two times to selectFM Tuner mode. Press Menu
again to confirm FM Tuner mode.Press Menu button into music mode.
Press + , - button to select music,voice, radio,settings, erase files about orexit mode. Press Menu again

Under Voice Function,press A-B/EQ button to start recording(build-in Microphone,
microphone's position can beseen in P.2). The display isas follows:

The operating procedure isthe same as operatingmusic files (Ref. page11).

Note: "A-B" repeat functiononly works in playingor pause mode. Userscannot use
this function in recordingor stop mode.
Press "A-B/EQ" for awhile and then userscan adjust the EQ mode in play/stop/pause
status. Users cannot usethis function in recordingmode.

FM fine tuner
Press or to finetune. By pressing A-B/EQ button for a moment,the machine will
memorize the current radiofrequency. If youwant to repeat theauto search function, pressstop/play
button until 'P' appearedon the screen,then press and to activate theauto search function
again. Similarly, ifyou want to finetune any channels, youonlyneed to press play/stopbutton once till
the 'p' disappeared fromthe screen. You may now finetune the channelby pressthe A-B/EQ button
for a while.

When the USB connectionbetween the mp3 playerand PC has completed,you can find thatthere is
a folder called 'FM'in the player.Inside you can findthe recorded FM files.Just like other musicfiles,
you can rename, copyor delete the RecordedFM files.

Quit FM Tuner mode
Press A-B/EQ button to start recordingthe current listening radio
channel. The display isshown below:
Press 'Menu' button toreturn to voice playingmode. Press and
to search for therecorded files and pressplay button to playthe file. You
can treat the fileas common music fileto run EQ setupand other related
functions
Press 'Menu' button toquit FM tuner modeand back to musicor voice mode.
