3. CONNECT TO POWER
Connection to a PC is necessary to power VoicePro 575,
Plug the USB cable into the mini USB port on VoicePro 575, and connect the other
end of the USB cable into the USB port on the PC. The ‘PC/TEL’and mute indicator
will be blinking twice.
4. CONNECT TO A DESK PHONE
Make sure that the telephone cord is plugged into the telephone port on the
VoicePro575, and then connect the other end of the telephone cord into the headset
port on the desk phone.

5. CONNECT TO A SOFT PHONE
Make sure that the USB cable is plugged into the VoicePro 575.
Press the ‘PC/TEL’button and PC/TEL indicator will be changed to white.
TEL Mode: Green PC Mode: White
6. OPERATING GIUDE
6.1 Press the ‘TEL/PC’button on the VoicePro575.
6.2 Switch headset/handset selection switch to “Headset”.

6.3 Adjust the telephone compatibility switch to ‘1’or ‘2’. The dial tone should be
heard on the headset.
6.4 Make a test call to a colleague to test your speaking volume.
6.5 Adjust the microphone volume control on the VoicePro 575.
6.6 Adjust the speaker volume on the VoicePro 575 to adjust the speaker volume

6.7 Press the mute button to mute headset microphone. The mute indicator will be
ON. To Un-mute the headset microphone, press the mute button again.
Indicator will be OFF.

7. Call recording and listening recorded call
1. When the ‘TEL/PC’selection button is selected to ‘TEL’mode, 2-way
conversation can be recorded on PC.
Use this function with recording software. (on ‘TEL’mode)
2. Listening recorded call (on ‘PC’mode)
8. Playing back recorded call to customer
1. When the ‘TEL/PC’selection button is selected to ‘TEL’mode, 2-way
conversation can be recorded on PC. Use any recording program on PC,
user can record.
2. When the ‘TEL/PC’selection button is selected to ‘TEL’mode, prerecorded
conversation can be heard on customer side and user by pressing
“Playback”Button.
