1. Connect Your Camera
Connect the power adapter to wall outlet.
Connect the USB cable to computer.
2. Run the Software
Run your video software (Zoom, Skype for Business, Google Hangouts, Cisco WebEx, GoToMeeting,
and etc.) and select FS camera as your video device.

Troubleshooting
How do I know if my camera is recognized by the operating system?
Connect the camera in any USB 2.0/3.0 port. Once the camera is connected it takes a few moments
before the new hardware is recognized.
To ensure that the camera has installed correctly, check the following:
Under Control Panel > Device Manager
- Review the Imaging Devices, FS camera should be seen.
- Review the Sound, Video, and Game Controllers, FS camera should be seen.
If the device can‘t be located, check whether the camera is properly connected to the desktop. Try to
insert the camera into another USB port.
Why I get blurry pictures/videos?
Place the subject of the photograph within a range of 5cm to 5m away from the camera to obtain
higher definition. To obtain the highest frame rate possible, use the camera in a place with sufficient
lighting.
Why my videos look distorted when panning?
Because the camera has a wide Field of View (FOV), while you pan the camera, the video may appear
distorted. There is nothing wrong with the camera, the optical axis is just shifting and will adjust
following the pan movement.

Schließen Sie den Netzadapter an eine Steckdose an.
Schließen Sie das USB-Kabel an den Computer an.
2. Starten Sie die Software
Starten Sie Ihre Videosoftware (Zoom, Skype for Business, Google Hangouts, Cisco WebEx,
GoToMeeting, usw.) und wählen Sie die FS-Kamera als Videogerät aus.

Fehlerbehebung
Wie kann ich feststellen, ob meine Kamera vom Betriebssystem erkannt wird?
Schließen Sie die Kamera an einen beliebigen USB 2.0/3.0-Anschluss an. Sobald die Kamera
angeschlossen ist, dauert es ein paar Augenblicke, bis die neue Hardware erkannt wird.
Um sicherzustellen, dass die Kamera korrekt installiert wurde, überprüfen Sie Folgendes:
Unter Systemsteuerung > Geräte-Manager
- Überprüfen Sie die Imaging Devices, die FS-Kamera sollte zu sehen sein.
- Überprüfen Sie die Sound-, Video- und Gamecontroller, die FS-Kamera sollte zu sehen sein.
Wenn das Gerät nicht gefunden werden kann, prüfen Sie, ob die Kamera richtig mit dem Desktop
verbunden ist. Versuchen Sie, die Kamera an einen anderen USB-Anschluss anzuschließen.
Warum bekomme ich unscharfe Bilder/Videos?
Stellen Sie das zu fotografierende Objekt in einem Bereich von 5 bis 5 m von der Kamera entfernt auf,
um eine höhere Auflösung zu erhalten. Um die höchstmögliche Bildrate zu erhalten, verwenden Sie
die Kamera an einem Ort mit ausreichender Beleuchtung.
Warum sehen meine Videos beim Schwenken verzerrt aus?
Da die Kamera ein großes Sichtfeld (FOV) hat, kann das Video beim Schwenken der Kamera verzerrt
erscheinen. Mit der Kamera ist alles in Ordnung, die optische Achse verschiebt sich nur und passt sich
der Schwenkbewegung an.
