6 Ljudnivå
Ljudnivån från fläkten är inte densamma över hela effektområdet. I
vissa ogynnsamma tillämpningsfall fordras ljuddämpande åtgärder.
Vi rekommenderar användaren att mäta ljudnivån.
D Installation
1 Transport
Kontrollera före montering och driftsättning att komponenterna inte
är transportskadade och att fläkthjulet löper fritt. Fläkten måste
skyddas mot fukt och får inte lagras oskyddad utomhus. Anbringa
lyftanordningar med största noggrannhet. Använd endast lyftanord-
ningar med tillräcklig hållfasthet.
2 Uppställning och montering
Ställ upp fläkten horisontellt eller vertikalt och tillse att den skyddas
mot väderpåverkan. Skydda fläkten mot vibration och stötpåkänning.
Förse öppna insug- och utblåsningsöppningar med skyddsgaller
enligt gällande bestämmelser. Tillse att drivmotorn får tillräcklig
ventilation. Max tillåten omgivningstemperatur är 40°C.
3 Elektrisk anslutning
OBS!
De moment som beskrivs i detta avsnitt får endast utföras av en
behörig elektriker. Anslut fläkten enligt kopplingsschemat (sidan 4)
i anslutningslådan och i enlighet med gällande lokala bestämmelser.
Fläkten är utrustad med en drivmotor för 1- eller 3-fas växelström.
Drivmotorn måste förses med ett motorskydd. Jordanslutning finns i
anslutningslådan. Se sista sidan för kopplingsschema.
4 Kontroll av rotationsriktning
Starta fläkten ett kort ögonblick, kontrollera rotationsriktningen.
Fläkthjulets rotationsriktning måste överensstämma med pilen på
fläkthuset. Om så inte är fallet, växla faserna L1 och L3 vid 3-fasdrift
eller se kopplingsschema vid 1-fasdrift. Vid felaktig rotationsriktning
kommer fläktkapaciteten att reduceras och fläkthjulet kan skadas.
E Drift
Om drivmotorns märkström överskrids under drift, kontrollera om
spänning och frekvens överensstämmer med de data som anges på
märkskylten. Somliga storlekar kan ej gå friblåsande. Motorn är
dimensionerad för effektbehovet då fläkten arbetar inom den
heldragna delen av varvtalskurvan. Vid lägre anläggningsmotstånd
förflyttas arbetspunkten ut i den streckade delen, luftflödet och
effektbehovet ökar, motorn blir överbelastad med eventuell överhett-
ning som följd. Överbelastning kan undvikas genom insättning av
styrdon på tryck- eller sugsidan som minskar flödet och återför
arbetspunkten till den heldragna delen av kurvan. Fläkten får inte
utsättas för vibration eller stötpåkänning.
F Underhåll och reparationer
Fläktarna är utrustade med slutna kullager som inte behöver
smörjas. Enheterna är underhållsfria.
OBS!
Reparationer får endast utföras av tillverkaren. Vi åtar oss inget
ansvar för reparationer som utförts av tredje part.
G Reservdelslista
Vid beställning av reservdel, ange alltid fläkttyp och storlek samt
nummer enligt sprängskiss (sidan 4).

A Tekniska data
Följande data hänför sig till fläktens grundutförande. Levererad fläkt
kan emellertid avvika från grundutförandet. Se märkskylten med text
”Specialutförande”. Radialfläkt typ C 600 är tillverkade av pulverlacke-
rad stålplåt (hus) och stålplåt (hjul) 2. Fläkthjulet är av typ ”F” med
framåtböjda skovlar som enbart får transportera ren gas. Eventuella
fasta partiklar och föroreningar i partikelform måste filtreras bort
innan de kommer in i fläkten.Temperaturen på den transporterade
gasen får inte överstiga 80°C. Fläkten får inte användas i miljöer där
temperaturen överstiger 40°C eller understiger –20°, ej heller i
explosionsbenägen atmosfär. Den får inte byggas om eller på annat
sätt modifieras. Specialutföranden som kan användas för andra
tillämpningar än de ovan beskrivna, kan offereras på begäran.
Märkskylt
I samband med anslutning, underhåll och beställning av reservdelar
skall märkskyltens data beaktas i första hand.
Specialutförande
Temperaturspärr och explosionsskyddade motorer, hjul och hus i
annat material, kan erhållas på begäran och efter kontakt med
tillverkarens tekniska avdelning.
B Garanti
Garanti gäller i enlighet med allmänna leveransbestämmelser NL09
och enbart om dessa instruktioner noggrant efterföljs.
C Säkerhet
Följande säkerhetsanvisningar skall noggrant beaktas i syfte att
förebygga person- och kringutrustningsskador samt skador på själva
fläkten.
1 Sugkraft
Varning!
Radialfläktar har en mycket hög sugkraft. Föremål, klädesplagg och hår
kan sugas in mot sugstosen och orsaka personskador. Se till att inga
personer uppehåller sig i närheten av insugningsöppningen då fläkten är i
drift. Skyddsgaller på sugsidan får avlägsnas endast under förutsättning
att det ersätts med en slang eller en trumma av minst 1m längd. Fläkten
får aldrig köras med oskyddad insugningsöppning eftersom fläkthjulet
kan orsaka svåra personskador.
2 Utblåsningsöppning
Varning!
Det kommer en kraftig luftström från utblåsningsöppningen. Eventuella
föremål som sugits in i fläkten kan slungas ut med hög hastighet och
orsaka personskador. Sätt aldrig handen i utblåsningsöppningen.
3 Temperatur
Varning!
Under drift blir fläkthuset varmt av den transporterade luftens tempera-
tur och kompressionsvärme. Om fläkthusets temperatur överstiger 50°C
måste fläkten skyddas mot direkt beröring för att förebygga brännskador.
4 Elektrisk anslutning
Varning!
Elektrisk anslutning får endast utföras av behörig elektriker. Drivmotorn
måste förses med ett motorskydd innan fläkten sätts i drift.
5 Tillåtet användningsområde
Varning!
C 600 får inte användas för transport av: aggressiva, giftiga eller
explosionsbenägna gaser samt gaser med hög fukthalt. Eventuella fasta
partiklar och föroreningar i partikelform måste filtreras bort innan de
kommer in i fläkten. Temperaturen på den transporterade gasen får inte
överstiga 80°C.

6 Sound level
The sound pressure level is not the same over the fans whole range. In
some cases it is necessary to use a silencer. We recommend the user
to check the sound pressure level.
D Installation
1 Transport
Check all parts for damage during transportation and that the impeller
runs free inside the housing. The fans are to be installed in
weather-protected places and are not to be stored outdoors unprotec-
ted. Mount hoisting hook carefully, and do only use lifting arrange-
ments with sufficient strength.
2 Arrangements and assembling
Mount the fan horizontally or vertically in a weather-protected place.
Make sure that the fan is protected from vibration and shock. Supply
open inlet and discharge openings with guards according to valid
regulations. Also make sure that the drive motor is supplied with
sufficient ventilation. The permitted maximum temperature of
surroundings is 40°C.
3 Electrical connection
Attention!
The operations described in this part are to be made by skilled labour
only. Connect the fan in accordance with the wiring diagram (page 4) in
the terminal box. The respective VDE regulations and the directions of
the local power supply company are to be complied with. The fan is
equipped with a drive motor for single- or three-phase AC. The motor
should be protected with an overload switch. Connection to earth is to
be found in the terminal box. See last page for connection drawing.
4 Inspection of rotation direction
Start up the fan for a short moment, inspect the rotation direction. The
rotation direction of the impeller must be in accordance with the
arrows on the motor. If not, move the L1 and L3 phases for three-pha-
se operation or check the wiring circuit in the terminal box for
single-phase operation. Incorrect rotation direction will cause reduced
capacity of the fan and could damage the impeller.
E Start of operation
If the rated current indicated on the rating plate is being exceeded
during operation, it should be checked whether the available supply
voltage and frequency are in accordance with the embossed data. The
drive motor is sized for the power requirements up to a maximum
allowed pressure (see capacity curves in catalogue). At higher pressu-
res the power consumption will increase with overheating as consequ-
ence. Observe that overheating could occur because of compression
heat even when the power of the motor is not exceeded. Installation
of thermal protection is recommended preventing overheating.
Overloading can be avoided through installation of relief valve which
will keep the maximum allowed working point. Do not expose the fan
to vibrations and shock.
F Maintenance
Fans are equipped with enclosed grooved ball bearings that do not
need lubrication. The grease filling is sufficient for the whole service
life of the bearings.
Attention!
Repair work on fans should be done by the manufacturer. We do not
take any responsibility for repairs done by third parties.
G Spare parts list
When ordering spare parts, please state the size of the fan and part
number in accordance with the spare parts lis (page 4).

A Technical data
Following data is for the fan in its basic form, however, delivered fan
can differ from the basic form. See the markings or the text “Special
execution”. Blowers of type C 600 have casing of powder coated steel
sheet and impellar in sheet steel. Impeller have forward curved blades
of type “F” which may only convey clean gas Any possible solid
particles or other pollutions must be filtered before they enter the fan.
The temperature of the conveyed medium may not exceed 80°C. It is
not permitted to use the fan in surroundings where the temperature
exceeds 40°C or goes below -20°C. Conveying of explosive gases is not
permitted. It is not permitted to rebuild or in any other way modify the
fan. Special features that can be used in other surroundings than
above can be offered on request and clarification with the manufactu-
rer.
Marksign
When connecting, maintenance or ordering of spare parts, pay
attention to data on the mark sign in first instance.
Special execution
Temperature barrier, EEx motors, housing and impeller in other
materials, can be delivered on request and after clarification with the
manufacturer.
B Warranty
Warranty is valid in accordance with General Conditions Orgalime
S2012 and only if these instructions are strictly adhered to.
C Safety
Following safety instructions must be carefully followed with regard to
preventing injury or damage to surrounding equipment and to the fan
itself.
1 Suction
Warning!
Centrifugal fans have high suction power. Objects, clothing and hair can
easily be sucked into the fan and cause injury. Make sure that there are no
persons nearby the inlet side when the fan operates. The fan must never
operate without a wire guard because the rotation impeller can cause
serious injury. Never put the hand directly at the inlet opening.
2 Discharge side
Warning!
There is a powerful stream of air from the discharge side. Foreign bodies
that might have been sucked into the fan can be thrown out at high speed
and cause injury. Never put the hand directly at the discharge opening
3 Temperature
Warning!
When the fan operates the fan housing takes the temperature of the
conveyed media added to the compression heat. If the fan housing
temperature exceeds 50°C the fan must be protected from direct contact
to prevent burn injury.
4 Electrical connection
Warning!
Electrical connection must be made by skilled labour only. The drive motor
should be protected with an overload switch.
5 Permitted applications
Warning!
Fans are not to be used for conveying aggressive, toxic or air with high
humidity or gas or explosive air-gas mix. Any possible solid particles or
other pollutions must be filtered before they enter the fan. The temperatu-
re of the conveyed medium may not exceed 80°C
