The Fusion Broadband nanoBonder (supplied by Nepean
Networks) is the easiest way to double your existing
broadband speed1. By simply bonding two broadband
services together you can create a single, super-fast, cost-
effective broadband connection.
With bonding, your VPN, Remote Services, bandwidth sensitive
applications and cloud-based applications will perform more
effectively. In addition, your business broadband connection will
be protected by multiple paths giving you a level of redundancy
over a single service connection.
If you are currently using a single broadband service but aren’t
getting the throughput you need to run your business
effectively, talk to Nepean Networks about increasing your
broadband speed by bonding two broadband services together
using a nanoBonder solution.
Bonding two broadband services together will see the
following benefits of a faster, more reliable Internet service:
Files uploaded to the Cloud in half the time.
Backup times reduced significantly.
Remote Desktop users will rejoice!
VPNs will perform more effectively.
Better quality VoIP calls.
Multi-line redundancy - automatic, unattended,
seamless failover (even during an HTTPS session).
Once installed, you should immediately see an increase in
your broadband speed.
Fusion nanoBonder Options
Important Information
In order for the Fusion Broadband bonding service to be connected and function correctly you will need:
a router that has an Ethernet WAN port for the Bonder to connect to (see the diagram overleaf);
a modem for each broadband service you will be bonding (each broadband connection must had off an
Ethernet service to the Bonder);
details of each of your broadband services (i.e. type, speed and username and password if applicable);
to reconfigure your router to match the static IP address details we supply you with.
One more thing to note: We don’t provide your two broadband services – we prefer to leave that to the
experts! What we do though, is BOND them to make a robust, stable and faster broadband service

nanoBonder LITE Setup Costs
The setup costs include Line testing, nanoBonder LITE configuration, shipping and the nanoBonder.
All alterations, software upgrades and configuration changes are free of charge. Please refer to Step 1 below
for details on the setup fee. Shipping is location dependant.
Bonding Fees Monthly Subscription
A monthly subscription is charged for the bonding service. The monthly bonding fee includes 250GB of
aggregate bonded data. Please refer to Step 2 below for details about the monthly bonding fees.
Additional Data Allowance
The data allowance is the aggregate of all data passing through the Bonder (sum up uploads and downloads).
Nepean Networks includes 250GB of aggregate bonded data with your monthly bonding subscription. If you
have the need for a larger monthly data allowance you can upgrade your plan accordingly.
Please refer to Step 3 below for data options.
Modems
The nanoBonder will require two modems configured in Full Bridge mode (one for each ADSL service).
Link Encryption
Link Authentication offers an even higher level of security. It is suitable for government agencies or similar but
is generally not required for SMEs given bonding has an inherent level of security given packets are randomly
sent over multiple broadband services.

How to Order
To order a Fusion Broadband bonding system, please visit www.fusion-broadband.com, create an account, log
in and place your order there.
Configuration
Once ordered and upon payment for the hardware (‘Bonder’), we will ship you the Bonder and email you
instructions as to how to configure and install it (as shown below).
The configuration of your Bonder is very easy! It is done automatically once you supply us with some
information about your broadband services. In short, we need to know the type and speed of the connections
we will be bonding for you.
There are three connection types available to you. They are DHCP, PPPoE or Static. More information about
these connection types will available when you are required to supply us these details.
We will also need to know the speed of your connections to enable us to optimize your bonded service. You
will need to be relatively accurate when inputting your line speeds to ensure that the best bonding result is
achieved.
Once we have your configuration settings and your Bonder has arrived you simply need to plug it in according
to the diagram below by following the instructions sent with the Bonder. You will also need to make a minor
configuration change to your router (your router MUST have an Ethernet WAN port).
If, at any time you have a question or issue pertaining to the Bonder configuration, please send us a support
ticket and we will be more than happy to assist.

Lead Times and Delivery
Nepean Networks will ship your Bonder once we have received your payment of the setup fee. Please note, your
first invoice may also include a pro-rata bonding fee for the remainder of the current month.
Delivery time will vary depending on your location but we would expect that once paid for, your Bonder should
arrive in 5-10 business days.
Once you Bonder arrives, installation should take no more than 30 minutes.
