Maintenance
Maintenance
Before doing any maintenance, please unplug the power of the panel to prevent electric shock
Cleaning the Screen
When cleaning the screen, avoid using chemical reagent. Solvents may damage the enclosure. If there are
marks that are not coming off easily, cut off the power and then clean the screen using a clean, dried, soft
cloth with a little warm water.
Cleaning the IR Tube
When cleaning the IR tube, please use a dry, soft, micro-fiber towel and wipe all the way around the outside
of the screen. This is where the IR tube is located, which helps with touch accuracy. Dust is easily collected
on the screen surface due to the long-term exposure in the air. Having dust on the IR tube caused ineffective
touch or inaccurate positioning.
Holiday / Vacation Care
If you are not planning on using the G2 slim panel for a prolonged time, please make sure to unplug the
power cable from the panel to prevent any possible hazards to electronics. Such as a lightning strike that
could cause a power supply ripple.
We recommend using a surge protector to help protect electronics from these possible dangers.
Product Care
Please do not frequently switch the product on and off, doing so may shorten the product service life. After
the screen is switched off, please wait for a minimum of 3 minutes before switching it back on.
Do not use a hard object to write on the touch screen, doing so may scratch the LED.
Do not write on the screen using whiteboard or permanent markers as this would leave visible marks on the
glass of the screen.
