USER INSTRUCTIONS
Thanks for purchasing our device. Please read and understand these instructions and keep this manual for future reference.
This item uses solar power to recharge the batteries, so it always works after the battery is recharged. The Passive Infrared
sensor (PIR) detects motion and triggers the ultrasonic speaker, emitting a tone that animals can feel, which chases them
away. Our device is very effective, creating an unpleasant environment for the animals using ultrasonic sound. Sooner or
later, they will leave your property (your pets will not leave).
Operation
- A strong ultrasonic wave to frighten animals.
The wave is activated when an animal enters the
PIR Sensor range, then the animals feel
uncomfortable and will run away from the area.
- A strong flashing LED to scare animals. The
strong flashing LED will be activated when an
animal enters the area, then the animal will be
scared and flee away.
- In order to have better effect, we add an alarm
sound to scare wild animals.
Set Up
-“Sensitivity”Button (Left): You can adjust the
item’s sensitivity and distance. By turning the knob clockwise, you increase the range of protection.
-“Frequency” Button (Right): This is to control frequency. By turning the knob clockwise, the frequency will be increased
(except mode # 4 and 5).
-In general: The lower the frequency, the better the effectiveness, but it will be audible. Try to find the right balance between
as low a frequency as possible and consideration for your neighbors or family.
-“Frequency” button position options:

Assemble and Install
1. Remove the battery compartment on the back. Install 3 x AA size rechargeable batteries, then close the battery
compartment. (Usually the batteries are already installed, and you can move on to the next step).
2. Next, please allow two full days of sunlight to charge the batteries while the repeller is in the “OFF” position, or charge the
unit using the adapter for 24 hours, or charge the batteries with an external charger.
3. Point the unit towards the area you want to protect (for example, in the flowerbed or against the wall, etc.)
4. Remember to choose a place where the solar panel on top can get as much sun exposure time as possible, or use the
supplied transformer.
5. The item can be inserted in the ground, mounted against the wall, or the top part can be placed directly on a flat surface.
6. If you mount the unit in the ground, insert the spike into the ground carefully. Please leave the spike 4.5 in (12 cm) or more
above the ground. It is suggested that you dig a hole and then insert the unit to ensure no damage occurs.
Technical Specifications
Infrared sensor angle: 110 degrees.
Detection range: 24 ft / 7.5 m, depending on animal size (the bigger the size, the larger the range).
Power supply: solar power + 3 * AA rechargeable batteries, or 9 V, 500 mA adapter. Charging time: 24 hours.
Solar panel: 7 V, 35 mA
Power Consumption: standby current: 1.2 mA. working current: 32 mA
Red LED: indicates the unit is activated.
The unit should work for 24 hours after charging of the batteries (via solar charging or using the adapter). During
cloudy or rainy periods without sunlight, recharge the batteries via the adapter.
If using the adapter for an extended time or keeping the unit always plugged in, remove the batteries from the unit.
Because there is a permanent power source, the motion detector which designed to save battery power becomes very
sensitive, and the device will work almost non-stop or in some cases non-stop.
Battery Issue
1. If using new rechargeable batteries or if the batteries in the product have not been used for a long time (more than 1
month), their power may be fully released. Charge the batteries 24 hours to activate, and they will be ready to use.
2. If the batteries have been used for a long time and now the device is not working properly or not working, it means
you need to change the batteries. Please replace 3 x 1.2V AA size rechargeable batteries (NiCad or Ni-MH) in the
battery compartment. We recommend at least 2500 mA capacity for better effect.
3. Please take batteries for disposal to the recycling center for proper disposal. You can consult the local government for
more information.
Caution:
1. It is possible that humans can hear part of the sound range, so put the device as far as possible from human living spaces.
Do not install the device in a children’s or babies’ playground area.
2. Do not cover the PIR sensor.
3. To clean the device, use a damp cloth and mild soap with water. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaning agents
that may damage the device.
