Vielen Dank, dass Sie sich für die Solar Maulwurf-Ab-
wehr Basic von Gardigo entschieden haben. Im Folgen-
den werden wir Ihnen die Funktionen und die Handha-
bung unseres Gerätes erklären. Bitte nehmen Sie sich
etwas Zeit und lesen Sie die Anleitung in Ruhe durch.
1. Allgemeines
Die Solar Maulwurf-Abwehr Basic von Gardigo ver-
treibt langfristig Maulwürfe und Wühlmäuse von Ih-
rem Grundstück. Stecken Sie das Gerät in den Boden,
die dünne Bauweise ist hier sehr von Vorteil. Dort gibt
das Gerät Schwingungen in das Erdreich ab, welche
Maulwürfe und Wühlmäuse in ihrer Lebensweise stö-
ren. Die Schwingungen erfolgen alle 45 Sekunden im
wechselnden Frequenzbereich von 400 – 800 Hz. Der
magnetische An-/Aus-Schalter ist wasserdicht und
dient dazu, dass sich während einer Nicht-Benutzung
die Akkus nicht vollständig entladen. Weiterhin sollte
das Gerät in gewissen Abständen abgeschaltet wer-
den, um einen Gewöhnungseffekt zu vermeiden.

4. Hinweise zur Wirkungsweise
Die Gardigo Solar Maulwurf-Abwehr Basic verhindert
nicht den Aufenthalt von Tieren, andere Orte jedoch
werden den Tieren angenehmer erscheinen. Sie be-
ginnen sich vermehrt dort auf zu halten. Das Gerät
arbeitet mit Schallwellen, welche in diesem Frequenz-
bereich für Maulwürfe und Wühlmäuse störend sind.
Wie gut sich die Schallwellen ausbreiten, hängt mit
den Gegebenheiten im Boden zusammen. Merken
die Tiere, dass der unangenehme Ton anhält, werden
sie an einen anderen Ort umziehen. Bis dieser Effekt
eintritt, können einige Tage bis Wochen vergehen. Das
Gerät sollte dauerhaft in Betrieb sein um die Wirkung
nicht zu unterbrechen.

6. Inbetriebnahme
Die Geräte werden mit voll geladenem Akku und Schal-
terstellung „OFF“ ausgeliefert. Das Gerät ist damit so-
fort funktionsbereit. Stellen Sie den Ein-/Ausschalter
an dem Gehäusekopf auf die Position „ON“. Die aus-
gesendeten 400 – 800 Hz-Töne sind für ein gesundes
menschliches Ohr wahrnehmbar, so können Sie sofort
die Funktion überprüfen. Sollte das Gerät keine Funk-
tion zeigen, so stellen Sie bitte den Schalter auf „OFF“
und laden das Gerät für mind. 36 Stunden voll auf be-
vor Sie es wie oben beschrieben wieder in Betrieb neh-
men. Setzen Sie das Gerät so im Boden ein, dass es
möglichst minimal herausragt.
Achtung: Achten Sie darauf, dass der Rasen um das
Solarpanel herum, möglichst kurz ist um die Ladung
durch die Sonne nicht zu verringern. Bei längerer Nicht-
Benutzung des Gerätes, achten Sie bitte darauf den
Schalter auf „OFF“ zu stellen. So gehen Sie sicher das
sich die Akkus nicht vollständig entladen.
7. Anwendungshinweise
Um einen Maulwurf oder Wühlmaus erfolgreich und
auf Dauer von Ihrem Grundstück zu vertreiben, gibt es
ein paar Punkte die bei der Anwendung dringend be-
achtet werden müssen:
· Der Maulwurf darf durch die Maulwurf-Abwehr nicht
„eingekesselt“ werden! D.h. der Maulwurf sollte vom

Haus in Richtung Grundstücksgrenze vertrieben wer-
den. Dazu Platzieren Sie bitte einen, oder im besten Fall
mehrere Maulwurf-Abwehr, nahe der Hauswand aber
zwingend vor dem ersten Maulwurfhügel im Erdboden.
· Stecken Sie die Maulwurf-Abwehr niemals in den Hügel!
· Versetzen Sie den Maulwurfschreck, je nach Bedarf
in der Regel im 2 – 3 Wochen-Takt, weiter zur Grund-
stücksgrenze (vom Haus weg). Den Zeitraum sollte
man so festlegen, wie die Hügel „abwandern“, sind
die Hügel nach 4 Wochen noch immer an der gleichen
Stelle, überprüfen Sie bitte ob das Gerät wirklich
funktionsbereit ist (der ausgesendete Ton ist hör-
bar). Die unterschiedliche Zeitspanne zum Vertrei-
ben des Tieres können verschiedene Gründe haben:
z.B. der Maulwurf ist resistenter oder die Bodenbe-
schaffenheit ist sandig, Torf oder Tonboden.

Bitte stecken Sie die Solar Maulwurfabwehr nicht direkt in den
Maulwurfhügel und schalten sie ihn gelegentlich ab oder entnehmen

· Dass kurzzeitig nach dem Einsatz der Maulwurf-
Abwehr mehr Hügel als zuvor im Garten sind, sollte
Sie zunächst nicht verunsichern, dies ist ganz nor-
mal. Der Maulwurf und auch die Freunde aus dem
Nachbarsgarten bemerken eine Veränderung in Ihrer
Umgebung und sie möchten eruieren woher diese
kommt, auf Dauer aber wird Ihnen diese Verände-
rung zu lästig und sie ziehen von dannen.

Instructions for use

Thank you for choosing the Gardigo solar mole-repeller
basic. Please take your time and follow the instruc-
tions for handling and appliance carefully, and keep
the manual for further questions.
1. General
This solar mole-repeller is the basic model of our mole
repellers. It is designed to repel moles in your lawn, gar-
den, sportsfield, or many more outdoor places. The be-
nefit of this model is the integrated solar panel which
is loaded by sunlight and its very thin housing. The unit
generates sounds in 45 sec. intervals in a frequency
pending between 400 and 800 Hz on an area up to
700 m². These sounds mean light vibrations in the un-
derground which are intolerable for many soil animals.
After a few days they will move to a more quiet place.

4. Note on effectiveness
The Gardigo Mole-Repeller Basic will not prevent the
habitation of an animal, but other places will appear
more pleasant to it. The animal will begin to stay at
these places augmented. The unit uses sonic waves
in special frequencies which appear disturbing to mo-
les and voles. How good these sound waves spread,
depends on the soil condition of the ground. Once the
animals notice that the annoying sound continues, the
moles and voles will move to a more quiet place. It can
take some days or weeks, until this effect occurs.

6. Operation
The units are delivered with fully loaded battery and
switch setting „OFF“. The unit is ready to start im-
mediately. Set the ON- / OFF-switch to „ON“. The unit
starts sending the 400 – 800 Hz sounds, which are dis-
cernible to a healthy human ear. So you can check the
function at once.
If the unit shows no reaction, please put the swich to
„OFF“ and charge the unit 36 hours at least. When the
unit is fully loaded again, start the operation like exp-
lained above. Set the unit into the ground until it sticks
out minimally. If the soil is dense, dig a hole to set it.
Please note that the grass around the solar panel is as
short as possible, this could decrease the load of the
sun. If the unit is not operated for a long time, please
note to put the switch to „OFF“. So you can be sure the
the batteries won‘t be fully unloaded.
7. Safety instructions
Important: Damage caused by not adhering to the
operating instructions is not covered by guarantee.
Gardigo accepts no liability whatsoever for any resul-
ting consequent damages.

· In case of repairs, only use original spare parts, to

8. Installation suggestion
Place the repeller in such a position that animals will
have the possibility to flee from your land.After about
5 – 6 weeks the device/s should be moved approxi-
mately 4 – 5 metres in the direction of the escape route.

At the end of its life span this product may not be dispo-
sed as normal household waste but must be disposed of
at a collecting place for recycling of electrical and electro-
nic equipment. The icon on the product, in the manual, or
on the packing points to this fact. The materials are recy-

Merci d‘avoir choisi le répulsif anti-taupes solaire Basic
de Gardigo. Les fonctions et le maniement de notre
appareil vous sont expliqués ci-après. Veuillez prendre
le temps de lire attentivement ce mode d‘emploi.
1. Généralités
Le répulsif anti-taupes solaire Basic de Gardigo chasse
à long terme les taupes et les campagnols de votre ter-
rain. Enfoncez l‘appareil dans le sol. Sa structure fine
est à cet effet très favorable. L‘appareil émet dans
le sol des vibrations qui dérangent les taupes et les
campagnols dans leur mode de vie. Les vibrations sont
émises toutes les 45 secondes dans une plage de fré-
quence variable comprise entre 400 et 800 Hz.
Le bouton magnétique marche/arrêt est imperméab-
le et garantit que les batteries ne se déchargent pas
complètement et ne doivent pas être remplacées si
l‘appareil n‘est pas utilisé. L‘appareil doit être éteint
à intervalles réguliers afin d‘éviter un effet d‘habitude.

4. Remarques relatives à l‘efficacité
Le répulsif anti-taupes solaire Basic de Gardigo
n‘empêche pas la présence d‘animaux. D‘autres
endroits leur paraissent cependant plus agréables
et ils commencent à s‘y rendre plus fréquemment.
L‘appareil fonctionne avec des ultrasons dont la plage
de fréquence est gênante pour les taupes et les cam-
pagnols. La diffusion des ondes dépend des caracté-
ristiques du sol. Si les animaux remarquent que le son
désagréable perdure, ils se rendent dans un autre end-
roit. Cela peut durer entre quelques jours et quelques
semaines jusqu‘à ce que cet effet apparaisse.
Cet appareil doit fonctionner en permanence afin que
son efficacité ne soit pas entravée.

6. Mise en service
Les appareils sont livrés avec une batterie complè-
tement chargée et le bouton positionné sur « OFF ».
L‘appareil est ainsi immédiatement opérationnel.
Amenez le bouton marche/arrêt situé à la tête du
boîtier sur la position « ON ». Les sons compris entre
400 et 800 Hz qui sont émis sont perceptibles par une
oreille humaine saine. Vous pouvez donc contrôler im-
médiatement si l‘appareil fonctionne. Si l‘appareil ne
fonctionne pas, veuillez amener le bouton sur la posi-
tion « OFF » et chargez l‘appareil pendant au moins 36
heures avant de le remettre en service comme décrit
ci-dessus. Placez l‘appareil dans le sol de sorte qu‘il
ressorte le moins possible.
Attention: Veillez à ce que le gazon situé autour du
panneau solaire soit le plus court possible afin de ne
pas amoindrir la recharge solaire. Si vous n‘utilisez
pas l‘appareil pendant une longue période, veillez à
amener le bouton sur « OFF ». Vous êtes ainsi sûr que
les batteries ne se déchargent pas complètement.
7. Consignes d‘utilisation
Afin de chasser à long terme une taupe ou un campa-
gnol de votre terrain, il faut respecter impérativement
quelques points quant à l‘utilisation de l‘appareil:
La taupe ne doit pas être « encerclée » par le répul-
sif anti-taupes! La taupe doit donc être chassée de

la maison vers la limite du terrain. Pour cela, veuillez
placer dans le sol un, ou de manière optimale, plusi-
eurs répulsifs anti-taupes près d‘un mur de la maison
et impérativement avant la première taupinière. Ne
placez jamais le répulsif anti-taupes dans la taupini-
ère! En fonction des besoins, déplacez le répulsif à un
intervalle de 2 – 3 semaines en direction de la limite du
terrain (en l‘éloignant de la maison). Il convient de dé-
terminer cet intervalle en fonction du « déplacement »
de la taupinière. Si la taupinière se trouve toujours au
même endroit au bout de 4 semaines, veuillez contrô-
ler si l‘appareil est opérationnel (le son émis est audib-
le) Si tel est le cas, éteignez l‘appareil pour 1 – 2 jours,
puis rallumez-le. L‘intervalle nécessaire pour chasser
l‘animal peut être variable et être dû à diverses rai-
sons: par ex. la taupe est plus résistante. Il s‘agit d‘un
sol sableux, d‘un sol de tourbe ou d‘argile. Le répulsif
anti-taupes Gardigo dispose d‘un bouton marche/arrêt
intégré. Lors de l‘achat d‘un répulsif, il faut impérative-
ment s‘assurer que l‘appareil est doté d‘un tel bouton.
Cet appareil doit être éteint à intervalles réguliers pour
éviter un effet d‘habitude!
Ne soyez pas surpris si peu après la mise en service
du répulsif anti-taupes, il apparaît encore plus de tau-
pinières dans votre jardin. Ceci est tout à fait normal.
La taupe et ses compères du jardin voisin remarquent
un changement dans leur environnement et veulent
d‘abord savoir d‘où il provient. Ce changement les
dérange à long terme et ils s‘en vont.

La loi oblige chaque consommateur de se dessaisir de
toutes les batteries ou tous les chargeurs d’accus au cen-
tre de rassemblement dans sa commune/ son quartier ou
dans le commerce pour qu’un traitement écologique des
déchets soit garanti. Elliminez les batteries et les char-
geurs d’accus seulement déchargés.

Ne mettez pas l‘appareil de protection directe-
ment dans la motte de la taupe et éteignez-le de
temps temps ou retirez-le de la terre pour éviter
un effet d‘accoutumance.

Grazie per aver scelto il dispositivo scacciatalpe solare
Basic di Gardingo. Qui di seguito spiegheremo le fun-
zioni e l’utilizzo del nostro dispositivo. Prendetevi il
tempo di leggere le istruzioni con calma.
1. Informazioni generali
Il dispositivo scacciatalpe solare Basic di Gardingo ti-
ene lontane a lungo termine talpe e arvicole dal vostro
terreno. Impiantate il dispositivo nel suolo, la struttura
sottile dello stesso facilita l’operazione. In quel punto
il dispositivo emanerà delle vibrazioni nel terreno che
disturberanno talpe e arvicole. Le vibrazioni si verifi-
cano ogni 45 secondi in una gamma di frequenza vari-
abile di 400 – 800 Hz.L’interruttore ON/OF magnetico
è impermeabile e fa si che, dopo un mancato utilizzo
prolungato, le batterie non debbano essere scaricate
completamente e sostituite. Inoltre, il dispositivo va
spento a determinati intervalli di tempo per evitare
assuefazione.

4. Indicazione per l‘uso
Il dispositivo scacciatalpe Gardingo non impedisce lo
stanziamento degli animali, ma fa sì che questi prefe-
riscano altri luoghi più tranquilli. Cominciano ad allon-
tanarsi sempre di più. Il dispositivo funziona con onde
ultrasonore intermittenti che, in questa gamma di fre-
quenza, infastidiscono le talpe e le arvicole. La diffusi-
one delle onde è strettamente connessa alle condizioni
della zona di azione. Nel caso in cui gli animali notas-
sero che il tono sgradevole continua, si muoveranno
in un altro luogo. Affinché il dispositivo possa sortire
l’effetto desiderato, possono passare alcuni giorni o
settimane. Il dispositivo dovrebbe rimanere costante-
mente in funzione.

6. Messa in funzione
Gli apparecchi vengono consegnati con batteria carica
e con l’interruttore su “OFF”. Il dispositivo è ora pronto
per l‘uso. Posizionate l’interruttore ON/OFF sulla testa
dell’alloggiamento su “ON”. I toni emessi di 400 – 800
Hz sono udibili a un orecchio umano sano, questo vi
permetterà di verificare immediatamente il funziona-
mento del dispositivo. Nel caso in cui il dispositivo non
sembri funzionare, posizionate l’ interruttore su “OFF”
e caricate completamente il dispositivo per min. 36 ore
prima di rimetterlo in funzione come descritto in pre-
cedenza. Posizionate il dispositivo nel suolo, di modo
che esternamente sia visibile il meno possibile.
Attenzione: Assicurarsi che il prato attorno al pannello
solare sia il più corto possibile per non ridurre l’apporto
di luce solare per il caricamento. In caso di manca-
to utilizzo prolungato del dispositivo, posizionate l’
l‘interruttore su „OFF“. Vi assicurerete così che le bat-
terie non siano completamente scariche.
7. Note applicative
Per allontanare con successo e a lungo termine una
talpa o una arvicola dal vostro terreno, ci sono un paio
di punti da tenere assolutamente in considerazione
durante l’uso del dispositivo. La talpa non può essere
“intrappolata” dal dispositivo scacciatalpe!
Ciò vuol dire che la talpa dovrebbe essere espulso dalla
casa verso il confine di proprietà. Per questo posizio-

nate uno o più dispositivi scacciatalpe vicino alle pa-
reti della casa ma assolutamente prima della prima
collinetta creata dalle talpe. Mai inserire il dispositivo
scaccia-talpe nelle collinette! Spostare il dispositivo, a
seconda della necessità, in intervalli di 2-3 settimane,
in avanti verso il confine della proprietà (allontanan-
dolo dalla casa). I periodo viene definito in base all’
”allotanamento” delle collinette. Nel caso in cui, dopo
4 settimane, queste si trovino sempre nello stesso
punto, verificate che il dispositivo sia realmente in fun-
zione (ovvero, se il suono sia udibile). Dovesse essere
questo il caso, spegnete il dispositivo per 1-2 giorni e
poi riaccendetelo.
Il tempo di all’allontanamento degli animali potrebbe
variare per diverse ragioni: ad esempio, la talpa potreb-
be essere molto resistente o il terreno potrebbe essere
sabbioso, di torba o di argilla. Il dispositivo scacciatal-
pe Gardingo ha un interruttore ON/OFF integrato, a cui
bisognerà assolutamente fare attenzione all’acquisto
del dispositivo stesso. Il dispositivo va spento a deter-
minati intervalli di tempo per evitare l’effetto di assu-
efazione. Nel caso in cui, dopo l’utilizzo del dispositivo
scaccia-talpe, le collinette in giardino dovessero essere
aumentate, non scoraggiatevi, in quanto ciò è per-
fettamente nella norma. La talpa e le sue amiche dei
giardini vicini notano un cambiamento nelle vicinanze
e vogliono scoprire da dove viene, ma a lungo andare
questo cambiamento risulterà loro fastidioso e le por-
terà a spostarsi

Le batterie contengono sostanze inquinanti e il loro trat-
tamento è soggetto a disposizioni di legge. Per questo
motivo è necessario restituire le batterie esauste al pun-

Děkujeme Vám, že jste si vybrali solární odpuzovač
krtků Basic od společnosti Gardigo. Na následujících
řádcích Vás seznámíme s funkcemi a s ovládáním našeho
přístroje. Věnujte, prosím, chvíli svého času a v klidu si
tento návod přečtěte.
1. Všeobecné informace
Solární odpuzovač krtků Basic od společnosti Gardigo
je určen k dlouhodobému vypuzení krtků a hrabošů
z Vašeho pozemku. Zaveďte přístroj do země, jeho
tenká konstrukce Vám to značně usnadní. Zde poté
přístroj vydává vibrace, které se šíří půdou a narušují
životní podmínky krtků a hrabošů. Generování vibrací s
proměnnými frekvencemi probíhá v intervalu 45 vteřin
v pásmu 400 až 800 Hz. Magnetický spínač zapnutí/
vypnutí je vodotěsný a slouží k vypnutí přístroje, není-
li používán, aby nedošlo k úplnému vybití akumulátoru
a předešlo se jejich zbytečné výměně. Dále je třeba
přístroj v určitých intervalech vypínat, aby si krtci a
hraboši na jeho provoz nezvykli.

4. Informace o způsobu fung-
ování
Solární odpuzovač krtků Gardigo Basic neznemožňuje
drobným savcům zdržovat se na Vašem pozemku, na jin-
ých místech však díky jeho působení najdou příznivější
životní podmínky. Tam se proto také začnou zvýšenou
měrou zdržovat. Přístroj funguje na principu šíření zvu-
kových vln ve zvoleném frekvenčním pásmu, které jsou
krtky a hraboši vnímány jako rušivé. Rozsah šíření těchto
zvukových vln závisí na daných půdních podmínkách.
Jakmile drobní savci zaznamenají, že zvuky s frekvencí,
která jim je nepříjemná, neustávají, začnou se stěhovat
na jiná místa. Tento účinek však může nastat až po uply-
nutí několika dní, či dokonce týdnů. Přístroj by měl být
v provozu trvale, aby nedošlo k přerušení

Přístroj je dodáván s plně nabitým akumulátorem a
se spínačem přepnutým do polohy vypnuto – „OFF“.
Díky tomu je přístroj připraven k okamžitému použití.
Přepněte spínač zapnutí/vypnutí na hlavici těla
přístroje do polohy zapnuto – „ON“. Vydávané zvukové
vlny ve frekvenčním rozsahu 400 – 800 Hz dokáže zdra-
vé lidské ucho vnímat, což Vám umožňuje okamžitou
kontrolu funkčnosti přístroje. Stane-li se, že přístroj ne-
funguje, přepněte, prosím, spínač do polohy „OFF“, ne-
chejte přístroj nabíjet po dobu nejméně 36 hodin až do
úplného nabití akumulátoru a teprve poté ho výše pop-
saným způsobem opětovně uveďte do provozu. Zasuňte
přístroj do země tak, aby z ní pokud možno vyčníval co
nejméně.
Pozor: Dbejte na to, aby byl trávník kolem solárního
panelu zastřižen na co nejkratší délku, aby nebylo
negativně ovlivněno nabíjení přístroje slunečními pa-
prsky. Nebudete-li přístroj po delší dobu používat,
nezapomeňte na něm, prosím, přepnout spínač do po-
lohy „OFF“. Toto vypnutí zaručí, že se akumulátor úplně
nevybije.

7. Pokyny pro použití
Pro úspěšné a trvalé vypuzení krtka nebo hraboše z
Vašeho pozemku je při používání přístroje nezbytně nut-
né dodržet několik, níže uvedených pravidel:
· Krtka nesmíte rozmístěním odpuzovačů „obklíčit“! To
znamená, že krtka je třeba zatlačit směrem od domu
k hranicím Vašeho pozemku. Za tímto účelem, prosím,
umístěte jeden, lépe však několik odpuzovačů krtků,
do blízkosti domovní zdi, v každém případě však před
první krtinec na Vašem pozemku.
· Nikdy nezastrkujte odpuzovač krtků do krtince!
· Odpuzovač(e) krtků podle potřeby přemisťujte, zpra-
vidla v intervalu 2 až 3 týdnů, stále blíže k hranicím
pozemku (směrem od domu). Časový interval je třeba
zvolit podle toho, jak rychle se krtince „stěhují“: Jsou-
li krtince po 4 týdnech stále na původním místě, zkont-
rolujte, prosím, provozuschopnost přístroje (vydávaný
zvuk musí být slyšet). Pokud přístroj funguje, vypněte
ho na dobu 1 až 2 dní a následně ho opět zapněte.
Různě dlouhá doba potřebná k vypuzení drobných
savců může mít různé příčiny: např.
vyšší odolnost krtka nebo vlastnosti půdy, je-li tato
písčitá, rašelinná či jílovitá.
· Odpuzovač krtků Gardigo disponuje integrovaným
spínačem zapnutí/vypnutí – této funkci je přitom při
koupi odpuzovače krtků nutno věnovat patřičnou po-
zornost. Přístroj je třeba v určitých časových interva-
lech vypínat, abyste předešli tomu, že si drobní savci
na jeho provoz zvyknou!
· Nenechejte se odradit tím, že se na začátku používání
odpuzovače krtků může na Vaší zahradě objevit více
krtinců než dříve, tento účinek je naprosto běžný.
Znamená to, že Váš krtek i jeho kamarádi ze soused-
nízahrady zaznamenali změnu ve svém okolí a snaží se
zjistit, co je její příčinou. Z dlouhodobého hlediska se
však pro ně tato změna stane natolik obtěžující, že se
odstěhují pryč.
