1. MAIN SHAFT & HAND WHEEL POSITION
1. Put the stick ① in the accessory to the hole ⑤ of the machine, the angle of the shaft
position.
2. The stick ① on its one side is 3mm, another side is 5 mm. in 3 mm, insert the groove ③ on
the cam ④, the needle is at the dead of the top. In 5mm, insert the groove ② on the cam
④, the needle is the looper time to the hook.

2. POSITION HAND WHEEL
1. Use one side position shaft of the stick, loose hand wheel ② , tighten the screw ①, turn
the hand wheel ② and make the “0” dial on the hand wheel ② aim at the mark ③,
tighten the hand wheel ②, then fasten the screw ①.
2. Be assure that the three screws ② on the hand wheel ① are fastened on the plane ④ of
the shaft before positioning the main shaft.
3. The hand wheel ② on the main shaft to make sure the screws are fastened on the plane1 of
the main shaft ④.
4. The hand wheel ③ of lower shaft also is fastened on the plane ④ of the lower shaft ①.
Be also cautious about the relationship between the hand wheel ② and check ring ⑤
while fastening.

3. FEED SYSTEM POSITION
Turn the hand wheel ⑤ and make the number “0” on the dial ⑥ aim at the mark ⑧, at this time
the feed system is in the state of stillness. It can adjust through the following ways if it has some
error.
1. Loosen the screw ① ④, take off the hand knob ⑤, turn the top pole to the bottom with
tools.
2. Adjust the angles of the feed transfer to make it stillness.
Notice: Before finishing the above movement, first turn the hand knob to make the
number “0”on the dial aim at the mark and assure the screw is fastened on the plane of
shaft.
4. SET THE BACKTRACKING OVERLAP
When the backtracking overlap has the minim error, please loosen screw ②, turn the angle of pin
③ with tools through the hole ① to repair the error of backtracking overlap.

5. ADJUST THE POSITION OF FEED DOG IN THE NEEDLE PLATE GROOVE
1. Loosen the screw ③ ④ ⑤ ⑥ move the shaft ① of feed left and right to keep the feed
dog in the center of needle plate groove (add the picture of needle plate and the feed dog),
then tighten the screw ③ ④ ⑤ ⑥.
2. Adjust the position of feed transfer ② to the feed shaft ①, loosen screw ⑥ ⑦ ⑧ ⑨
⑩, to keep feed transfer locate in the center of feed shaft ○1 groove, then tighten the
screws ⑥ ⑦ ⑧ ⑨ ⑩.

6. THE ADJUSTMENT OF FEED
r
1. Turn the hand wheel to 190°, press the hand knob of backtracking, no movement of feed
shaft, if it moves, loosen the screw ①, change the angles till no movement, then tighten
screw ①.
2. Turn Needle Gauge Adjust
Adjust the position of feed in the needle plate. Keep the front and back clearance between the feed
and plate.

7. FEED DOG ADJUST
1. Adjust the feed up and down right, loosen screw ①,
on the line with the feed pin ②, then tighten screw
①.
2. The adjustment of feed dog ③ height to the needle plate ④. Turn the main shaft to 190°,
loosen the screw ①, adjust the feed dog ③ to be 0.5mm higher than the needle plate ④,
tighten the screw ①.
8. THE ADJUSTMENT OF BALANCE IRON
Loosen the balance iron ①, turn the hand wheel to 210°, parallel to the flat of the table ② with
the wrench. (Refer the picture), tighten the screw.

9. THE ADJUSTMENT OF NEEDLE POLE FRAME
The distance between the hole center in the bar of the needle pole frame and the face of the
machine is 123.6mm, loosen the screw ③ ④.
10. THE NEEDLE IS IN THE CENTRER OF FEED DOG
Loosen the screws ③ ④ to make the needle aim at the center of feed dog and then tighten the
screws ③ ④.
Loosen the screw ○1 to keep the crank rod in the proper position, then fasten the screw ①.

11. FORWARD AND BACK POSITION OF SEWING NEEDLE
The needle ① is in the front and back position of feed dog, Loosen the screw ③, move the needle
bar ② to keep the needle in the center of feed dog, then tighten the screw ③.
12. THE ADJUSTMENT OF THE LOOPER TIME
1. Keep the button of feed dog in the “0” dial,
2. Move the hand wheel to 203
3. Turn the large hook ④ to make its top part in the center of needle, then tighten the screw
③.

13. THE NEEDLE LOCATION
Loosen the screw ③ , move the needle bar ② to keep the space between the top side of needle
④ hole and the tine of large hook at 1.5~2 mm.
14. THE ADJUSTMENT BETWEEN LARGE HOOK AND NEEDLE
Loosen the screw ① ② move the hook frame ④ to keep the distance between the tine of large
hook ⑤ and the flat of concave needle at 0.05~0.1mm,then tighten the screw ① ②.
Notice: make sure the hand wheel at 203° (the tine of large hook) in the center of needle
when tighten the screw ②.

15. THE ADJUSTMENT OF NEEDLE GUARD
Make sure that there is clearance between needle guard ② and
needle ③, then adjust the gap between the concave of needle
③ and the tine ⑥ of big hook ⑤ which is 0.05~0.1mm, make
the needle guard ② approach the needle through the screw
①.
16. THE HOOK MECHANISM
1. The efficiency of the unsealing inner hook ① can supply
a smooth wire tunnel, otherwise it will cause noise d be
easy to break thread.
2. The Adjustment of Unsealing Inner Hook.
a) Turn the hand wheel to 305°, tighten the screw ⑤ with wrench 4 plumbing the bottom
side ②.
b) Loosen the screw ⑥, adjust the unsealing in the inner hook to the proper position,
check poison. When the main shaft is in 280°, the clearance between the hook A and
hook B is enough for the thread dimension through. When it comes to 330°, the space
between unsealing inner hook ③ and bulge ① is enough for thread through.

17. THE ADJUSTMENT OF THE MIDDLE PRESSER AND PRESSER FOOT
Loosen screw ③, the hand wheel is 95°, keep the middle presser and presser foot all of a lump, then
tighten screw ③. Check again, the number “3” on the hand knob ⑤ aims at the mark, turn the
hand wheel and check whether the presser exchange is equivalent, if it has, loosen screw ③ to
adjust little.
18. THE ADJUSTMENT OF PRESSER FOOT
The hand wheel is 95°, turn the transfer ○4 back and forth, the presser ○2 is in the state of stillness,
then fasten screw ③.

19. CHECK THE PRESSURE OF PRESSER FOOT
Turn the hand wheel ① counterclockwise, decrease the pressure or increase the pressure.
20. PRESSER DRIVE ADJUST
Loosen the screw ③, keep the clearance between driver ① and presser bracket ② at 0.5 mm,
then tighten screw ③.
21. THREAD GUIDE ADJUSTMENT
Loosen screw ②, move the thread guide ① to the left,
the thread increase, move to the right, the thread decrease.
Operate according to the sewing track and get the proper
thread track, then tighten screw ②.

22. ADJUST THE TENSION OF RAISE THREAD AND STROKE
Loosen screw ②, turn the uphold frame ○4 clockwise, the stroke
of raise thread ① becomes short, the opposite is long. The raise
thread ① becomes tight when turn the bushing ③
counterclockwise, it becomes incompact when turn the bushing
clockwise.
23. USING THE UPPER KNIFE
1. To operate the upper knife ①, towards the left upper
knife set lever ②. The upper knife ① will now operate
simultaneously with the operation of the machine.
2. To stop the upper knife ①, towards the right upper
knife set lever ②.
Notice: Operate the upper knife set lever ② only after stopping the machine.

24. ADJUSTING THE UPPER KNIFE
1. Lower the upper knife set lever ①, and turn the machine pulley to completely lower the
upper knife ②.
2. Loosen the screws ○4 for the knife rod guide ②.
3. Move the upper knife ② to adjust so that the relative positions of the upper knife ② and
needle plate ③ are as shown in diagrams Ⓐ and Ⓑ, and then tighten the two bolts ④.
4. Turn the machine pulley to raise the upper knife ② to its highest position.
5. Loosen the screw ⑥ of the knife holder ⑤.
6. Move the knife holder ⑤ toward the needle plate ③ until the relative positions of the
upper knife ② and the needle plate ③ are as shown in diagram Ⓒ, and then tighten the
screw ⑥.
Notice: If the upper knife ② is pressed too tightly against needle plate ③, the upper
knife ② may not be able to rise properly. After adjustment, press the release lever and
make sure the upper knife ② rises smoothly.
