GAS ONE 5058 Manual

5. Allow gas to dissipate 5 minutes
before relighting the appliance

Using it in an enclosed space
can kill you.
Never use this appliance in an
enclosed space such as a camper,
tent, car or home.
Propane fuel is highly flammable and under pressure.
- Do not store in temperatures over 120°F.
- Never use a flame to check for leaks. Use soapy water.
- Keep out of the reach of children at all times.
- Keep cylinders upright with cylinder base equipped
for proper vapor withdrawal.
- The smell of gas indicates a leak. Close valve and check for
leaks by brushing soapy water on all joints.There is a leak if
bubbles appear.Tighten the joint until the bubbles quit.
- Always check all connections for dirt or damage
before assembling.
- Do not leave stove unattended while in use.
- If stove is stored indoors, detach and leave the
cylinder outdoors.
CAUTION
- FOR OUTDOOR USE ONLY.
- Supply plenty of fresh air when using the stove.
Do not obstruct the flow of combustion air or ventilation air.
- Do not use as a space heater.
- Stoves produce heat. Keep stove away from burnable materials.
Do not place the stove any closer than 24” to combustibles.
- Use a flat, level support surface where the stove is safe
from accidental tipping.
- Use only with propane fuel tanks.
- Use only the regulator included with your stove.
Do not attempt to alter.

FORYOUR SAFETY
Do not store or use gasoline or other liquids with
flammable vapors in the vicinity of this or any
other appliance.

PREPARING THE STOVE FOR USE
1.
Place Grates on top of the burner heads.
2.
Place the stand on a level, stable surface and securely place stove on top rack.
3.
Make sure stove burner valves are in the OFF position.
4.
Attach/Install propane hose and calmp to the stove inlet fitting with flat head screw driver.
5. Make sure propane bulk tank valve is closed.
6. Attach propane hose to outlet of propane tank.
7. Slowly open propane tank valve and check for leaks by applying
small amount of liquid soap and looking for bubbles to appear.

STORING STOVE
1. DO NOT leave propane cylinder attached to stove during storage or transport.
2. Wipe the burners, steel cooking grate, and propane hose before storing.
3. It is suggested to store stove and hose in a nylon storage bag to keep it clean.

SERVICE AND REPAIR
This product is a sealed unit and is not designed to repair by the customer. Do not
attempt to service the stove or hose and regulator assembly in the field. Contact the
manufacturer for service or warranty questions at: 1-800-698-5070

CLEANING YOUR STOVE
1. Allow burners and steel grate to cool completely.
2. Turn valve on propane tank to the OFF position.
3. Remove propane hose from tank and stove
4. Stove may be wiped down with soap and warm water.
5. Allow stove to dry thoroughly before storage.
6. Never store stove with propane hose attached.
7. No other maintenance is necessary.

LIMITEDWARRANTY
Price Zone (Gas One) warrants that for the 1 year period you own this product, it will be free from defects in material and workmanship. Price Zone, at its option, will
repair or replace this product or any component of the product found to be defective during the warranty period. Replacement will be made with a new or remanufactured
product or component. If the product is no longer available, replacement will be made with a similar product of equal or greater value. This is your exclusive warranty.
This warranty is valid for the original retail purchaser from
the date of initial retail purchase and is not transferable. Keep the original sales receipt. Proof of purchase is
required to obtain warranty performance. Price Zone dealers, service centers, or retail stores selling Price Zone products do not have the right to alter, modify or in any
way change the terms and conditions of this warranty.
This warranty does not cover normal wear of parts or
damage resulting from any of the following: negligent use or misuse of the product, use contrary to the operating
instructions, disassembly, repair or alteration by anyone other than Price Zone or an authorized service center. Further, the warranty does not cover acts of God, such as
fire, flood, hurricanes and tornados.
Price Zone / Brand Gas One shall not be liable for any incidental or conse
quential damages caused by the breach of any express or implied warranty or conditions. Except
to the extent prohibited by applicable law, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose is limited in duration to the duration of the above
warranty or conditions. Some states, provinces or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or limitations on how long
an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights
that vary from state to state or province to province.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
WARNING:
DO NOT put hands or other body parts over the burner during lighting or when in use to prevent burns.
FORYOUR SAFETY:
Do not store or use gasoline or other flammable vapors, liquids or chemicals in the vicinity of this or any other appliance.
1. Press in on the right hand stove valve and turn counter-clockwise to the 9 o’clock position.You will hear a loud click.
This is the Piezo electronic spark igniter. (FIG. 1) (NOTE: For more efficient lighting, activate left hand burner only
after right hand burner is lit.)
2. Adjust the flame to the desired height. Flame should be compact and blue with a slight yellow tip. If the flame is too
“Yellow”adjust the air mixture valve under the throat of the cast burner (FIG. 2) until the desired flame color is achieved.
3. The burner outlets will change to a light gray/white after heating and use.This is normal.
4. After use, let cool for 15 minutes before storage or transport.
