Replace the lamp.
1. Grasp plug and remove from the receptacle or other
outlet device. Do not unplug by pulling on cord.
2. Pull lamp and plastic base straight out of lampholder.
3. Replace lamp with only 3.3 Volt, 0.066 Watt,
LED type lamp (provided with product).
If the new lamp base does not fit in lampholder,
follow the steps below step 3.
a) Remove the base of burned out lamp by straightening lamp leads and gently pull lamp out.
b) Thread leads of new lamp through holes in old base with one lead in each hole.
c) After lamp is fully inserted into base, bend each lead up, like other lamps in the
light set so that the leads will touch the contacts inside the lampholder.
CAUTION: 1. This lightingstring is rated 12 Watts (0.1 Amps), do not overload.
If connecting to a lighting string that does not have a Wattage (W) rating {found on the tag within 6
inches of the plug} calculate the wattage as follows:
Multiply thecurrent (___A) which is on the flag-type tag by 120.
For Example: Lighting string is rated 120V, 60 Hz, 0.1 Amps. 0.1 X 120 = 12 Watts
Add the wattage of each light string together for a total of 24 Watts or less.
(Do not exceed 24 Watts.)
2. a) replace lamps only with 3.3 volt, 0.066 watt spare lamps provided with product. b) Risk of fire.
This product does not contain lamp shunts, which allow the product to operate if one lamp burns
out. Do not replace lamps with other than the spare lamps provided with this product.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
When using electric products, basic precautions should always be followed including the following:

e) Do not secure the wiring of the product with staples or nails, or place on sharphooks or nails.
f) Do not let lamps rest on the supply cord or on any wire.
g) Unplug the product when leaving the house, when retiring for the night, or if left unattended.
h) This is an electric product-not a toy! To avoid risk of fire, burns, personal injury and electric shock it
should not be played with or placed where small children can reach it.
i) Do not use this product for other than its intended use.
j) Do not hang ornaments or other objects from cord, wire, or lightstring.

Do not close doors or windows on the product or extension cords as this may damage the wire insulation.
l) Do not cover the product with cloth, paper or any material not part of the product when in use.
m)This product is equipped with push-in type lamps. Do not twist lamps.
n) This product employs overload protection (fuse). A blown fuse indicates an overload or short –circuit
situation. If the fuse blows, unplug the product from the outlet. Also unplug any additional strings or
products that may be attached to the product. Replace the fuse as per the user servicing instructions
(follow product marking for proper fuse rating) and check the product. If the replacement fuse blows,
a short-circuit may be present and the product shouldbe discarded.
o) Read and follow all instructions that are on the product or provided with the product.

USE AND CARE INSTRUCTIONS
a) When the product is placed on a live tree, the tree should be well maintained and fresh. Do not place
on live trees in which the needles are brown or break off easily. Keep the tree holder filled with water.
b) If the product is placed on a tree, the tree should be well secured and stable.
c) Before using or reusing, inspect product carefully. Discard any products that have cut, damaged, or
frayed wire insulation or cords, cracks in the lampholders or enclosures, loose connections, or
exposed copper wire.
d) Whenstoring the product,carefullyremove the productfromwherever it isplaced,includingtree, branches, or
bushes,toavoid any unduestrainor stress on the product conductors,connections, and wires.
e) When not in use, store neatly in a cool, dry location protected from sunlight.
USER SERVICING INSTRUCTIONS
Replace the fuse.
a) Grasp plug and remove from the receptacle or other outlet device. Do not unplug by pulling oncord.
b) Using a flathead screwdriver, open fuse cover.
Slide open the fuse access cover on top of attachment plug towards blades.
c) Remove fuses carefully.
d) Risk of fire. Replace fuse only with 3 Amp, 125 Volt fuse (provided with product).
e) Close fuse cover. Slide closed the fuse access cover on top of attachment plug.
f) Risk of fire. Do not replace attachment plug. Contains a safety device (fuse) that
should not be removed. Discard product if the attachment plug is damaged.

INSTRUCCIONES DE USO Y CUIDADO
a) Cuando coloque el producto en un árbol vivo, el árbol debe estar bien conservado y fresco. No lo
coloque en árboles vivos cuyas agujas tengan un color marrón o se rompan fácilmente. Mantenga
el recipiente del árbol lleno de agua.
b) Si el producto se coloca sobre un árbol, dicho árbol debe estar bien fijo y estable.
c) Antes de usar o reusar, inspeccione el producto cuidadosamente. Deseche todo producto que
tenga cables o alambres cortados, dañados o con el aislamiento raído, grietas en los
portalámparas o soportes, conexiones sueltas o alambres de cobre expuestos.
d) Cuando vaya a guardar el producto, retírelo con cuidado de donde se haya colocado, ya sean
ramas de árboles o arbustos, para evitar cualquier tensión excesiva en los conductores,
conexiones y alambres del producto.

INSTRUCCIONES DE SERVICIO PARA EL USUARIO
Reemplazo del fusible:
a) Tomeelenchufe y retírelodeltomacorrienteo delatomadelotroaparato.No jale elcableparadesenchufarlo.
b) Usando un destornillador plano, abra la cubierta de los fusibles. Abra la cubierta de acceso a los
fusibles ubicada en la parte superior del enchufe deslizándola hacia las patas
c) Retire los fusibles con cuidado.
d) Riesgo de incendio. Reemplace el fusible sólo con un fusible
de 3 Amperes
y 125 Volts (se incluye con el producto).
e) Cierre la cubierta de los fusibles. Deslícela sobre el enchufe para cerrarla.
f) Riesgo de incendio. No reemplace el enchufe. Este contiene un dispositivo
de seguridad (fusible) que no se debe retirar. Deseche el producto si el enchufe está dañado.

Reemplazo de los focos:
1. Tome el enchufe y retírelo del tomacorriente o de la toma
del otro aparato. No jale el cable para desenchufarlo.
2. Jale el foco y la base Plástica hacia afuera del portalámpara.
3. Reemplace el foco con focos LED de 3,3 Volts y
0,066 Watts solamente (se incluye con el producto).
Si la base del foco nuevo no entra en el portalámpara,
siga los pasos siguientes al paso 3.
a) Retire la base del foco quemado estirando los conductores
del foco y jalándolo suavemente hacia afuera.
b) Inserte los conductores del foco nuevo a través de los orificios de la base vieja, uno por cada orificio.
c) Después de insertarlo completamente en la base, doble cada conductor hacia arriba, como los de los
otros focos del juego para que los conductores toquen los contactos en el interior del portalámpara.
PRECAUCIÓN: 1. Este juego de luces está calificado para 12 Watts (0,1 Amperes),
no lo sobrecargue. Si se conecta a un juego deluces que no tenga la calificación devataje (W) {se
encuentra en la etiqueta ubicada a unos 15 cm del enchufe}, calcule el vataje de la siguiente manera:
Multipliquela corriente (___A) referida enla etiqueta por 120.
Por ejemplo: El juego de luces está calificado para 120V, 60 Hz, 0,2A. 0,1 x 120 = 12 Watts
Sume el vataje de cada juego de luces hasta obtener un total de 24 Watts o menos.
(No exceda los 24 Watts).
2. a) Reemplace únicamente con focos de 3,3 Volts, 0,066 Watts provistos con este producto. b) Riesgo
de incendio. Este producto no contiene focos que permitan que el producto funcione si un foco se
quema. Sólo reemplacelas focos con los focos de repuesto incluidos con este producto.
Advertencia: Los cambiosy modificaciones que sele hagan a esta unidad y que no hayan sido
aprobados explícitamente por la parte responsable del cumplimiento de las regulaciones podrían anular la
autoridad del usuario para usar este producto.
