SAFETY PRECAUTIONS 安全事项
1. We recommend that you get the assistance from an experienced pilot when assembling.不

2. The kit contains small parts. So keep out of children’s reach when assembling.飞机含小部
件,请在幼儿接触不到的地方进行安装工作。
3. The flying weight of kit is about 550g. In order to ensure the flight performance, use the
motor and battery with suitable weight.该飞机起飞重量 550 克左右,为了确保飞行性能,请勿使
用超规格的马达和电池。

1、取 2根980mm长的 2mm碳纤棒穿在机翼上、下表面的槽内。Put 2 pieces of C-bars with 980mm
length and 2mm diameter into the slot of aircraft wing’s top and bottom surface. 2、用泡沫胶将 2
片主机翼对粘。Stick the 2 pieces of main wings symmetrically with foam glue. 3、请务必用 502
胶水把上、下两根碳纤棒跟机翼粘住, 机翼将可以得到非常大强度。Stick the two c-bars in the top
and bottom to the aircraft wing with 502 glue to enforce the aircraft wing‘s strength.
4、将机翼如图所示插入机身内。检查机翼左右位置是否一致,用 502 胶水把机翼上表面跟机身
粘合。Insert the aircraft wing into the fuselage(as illustrated in the picture). Before sticking the top
surface to the fuselage, please check the right and left position of the aircraft wing to see whether
they are symmetrical. 5、剪 723mm 长碳纤棒穿入机身加强侧条的槽内。Cut a c-bar into the length
of 723mm and put it into the slot of fuselage‘s stiffener.6、将加强侧条用泡沫胶粘合到机身上,
机身应保持笔直。Stick the stiffener to the fuselage with foam glue, make sure the fuselage should
keep straight.
7、将起落架的底座组合好,用 502 粘合。 After assembling the base for landing gear, stick them
with 502 glue. 8、将起落架钢丝插入底座,塞入木条。Insert the steel wire of the landing gear into
the base, and stuff the wood chip. 9、将底座用 502 粘在机身上。Stick the base to the fuselage with
502 glue.
10、将 2根(4mm)长木条塞入升降舵后部的槽内,剪一根 360mm 的碳棒穿在升降舵前部的槽
内. 如图用 502 胶水粘合在升降舵面中。Put 2 pieces of long wood chips (4mm) into a slot behind
the elevator servo. Put one 360mm C-bar into the slot in front of elevator servo. Stick the elevator

servo’s surface with 502 glue (see the corresponding picture). 11、把升降舵插入机身粘合,请注
意保持左右对称。Insert the elevator servo into the fuselage and stick them to make sure they are
symmetrical. 12、用美工刀在方向舵边缘开槽,取 4片纸铰链插入一半后用 502 胶水粘接。Cut a slot
in the edge of rudder servo with craft knife, insert half-size of the 4 pieces of paper hinges into the
slot, then stick them with 502 glue.
13、机身尾部处开槽,将方向舵的纸铰链插入后用 502 胶水粘接。Cut a slot in aft fuselage then
insert the paper hinge in the slot, stick them with 502 glue. 14、用美工刀在机身上挖孔(尺寸为
9*22cm),孔的位置大约距离机身尾部 250mm 和280mm 处。Cut a slot (size: 9*22mm) in the
fuselage with art knife, the slot is about 250mm or 280mm away from the aft fuselage. 15、将舵
角插入方向舵和升降舵上,用 502 胶水粘牢。Plug servo horns in the rubber servo and elevator
servo, stick them with 502 glue.
16、将舵机安装底座粘合到副翼舵机孔的上面。Stick the servo mount to aileron servo hole 17、
将塑料舵角插入舵角木底座,然后用 502 胶水粘合到副翼上。Stick the plastic servo horn to servo
wood mount. Glue it to the aileron with 502. 18、强烈推荐使用瞬干胶专用加速剂,将它喷涂在 502
胶水上,可以使胶水立即凝固。Accelerator of instant adhe-sives is highly recommended here to
drop in the surface of 502 glue to solidify the glue instantly.
19、插入副翼舵机后,在机翼表面用美工刀切开 5mm 深的槽。Cut one slot with 5mm depth on the
surface of aircraft wing with art knife, after inserting aileron servo. 20、将舵机线埋入槽内隐藏。
Hide servo wire in the slot 21、舵机连杆碳棒跟钢丝用热缩管连接。Connect servo connecting rod
c-bar to steel wire with hot shrink tube.

22、使副翼舵机连杆与舵臂呈垂直夹角,调节好连杆长度后,用 502 胶水渗入热缩管缝隙粘合。
Make sure the angel between connecting rod and servo arm should be vertical. After adjust the
length of connecting rod, drop 502 glue into the seam of hot shrink tube to stick. 23、用同样的方
法安装好升降舵和方向舵的连杆。Assemble connecting rods of elevator servo and rubber servo
with the same method 24、用 502 胶水将电机底座木片组粘合好。Stick the wood chips of motor
mount with 502 glue. 在机身后部挖孔,将伺服器安装底座用胶水固定在机身上。Cut slot at the
rear of the fuselage and glue the servo mount on it.
25、将电机底座插入机身头部用 502 胶水粘合。Inset motor mount into the head of fuselage then
stick it with 502 glue. 26、装上机轮,然后套上黑色塑料套管用 502 胶水粘合。Assemble airplane
wheel and cover it with black Plastic sleeve, glue them with 502. 27、将电机用自攻螺丝装在木电
机座上。建议将 ESC 粘合固定在机身侧面。接收机建议安装在起落架的附近。Fix the motor to
Plywood Motor Mount with Self-Tapping Screws. We recommend ESC should be fixed to the side
of fuselage, and receiver should be fixed on the side of landing gear.
28、重心在距离机翼前缘的 90-100mm 处。The
center of gravity should be 90-100mm from
the front edge of aircraft wing.
29、当测试飞行时,我们建议您按照推荐的重
心位置进行平衡飞机。When set properly, the
trim for the elevator and the rudder should be
neutral. Fine-tune the down-thrust and
right-thrust until this trim is achieved. When
doing flight test, we suggest you should keep
the flight balance according to the center of
gravity we recommend.
3D 飞行时,您可以略微向后部移动一些重心。一般飞行:副翼:20 度,升降舵:20 度,方向舵:20 度。
3D 飞行:副翼:正付 45-55 度,升降舵:正付 45-60 度,方向舵:正付 45-60 度。When flying 3D,
you can slightly move the center of gravity backward. General flight: Aileron: 20 degrees.
Elevator: 20 degrees. Rudder: 20 degrees. 3D flight: Aileron: 45-55 degrees. Elevator: 45-60
degrees Rudder: 45-60 degrees.
