Grundsätzliches:
Die Sprechstellen vom Typ WS 938-x-NGRS sind für den Einsatz in öffentlichen Gebäuden konzipiert.
Neben der Funktion als Notfallgerät können über die Zieltasten gewisse allgemeine Wahlziele, Steuer- oder
Ruffunktionen realisiert werden. Je nach Anforderung kann die Montage in Aufputz oder Unterputz erfolgen. Hierzu
stehen die entsprechenden Montagegehäuse zur Verfügung.
NeuroKom® IP Technologie:
Durch die neuronale Kommunikationsstruktur benötigen NeuroKom® IP Geräte lediglich ein Netzwerkanschluss mit
PoE (Klasse 0). Eine Zentrale, Server oder Cloud ist nicht erforderlich.
Zur Konfiguration wird lediglich ein PC mit einem beliebigen WEB-Browser benötigt. Sämtliche Einstellungen
erfolgen über eine integrierte WEB-Oberfläche.
Alle Sprechstellen werden werkseitig mit der IP-Adresse „192.168.100.10“ und der Rufnummer „310“ ausgeliefert.
NeuroKom®IP Geräte werden überwiegend in Sicherheitskonzepten eingesetzt. Somit werden fixe IP-Adressen
bevorzugt. Ggf. von der Netzwerkadministration vorgeschlagene DHCP-Server sind möglichst zu vermeiden, da sie
dem grundsätzlichen Sicherheitsgedanken von NeuroKom®IP wiedersprechen.
Basics:
The WS 938-x-NGRS call stations are designed for use in public buildings. In addition to the function as an
emergency device, certain general dialing destinations, control or call functions can be implemented via the
destination buttons. Depending on the requirements, the installation can be surface-mounted or flush-mounted. The
corresponding mounting housings are available for this purpose.
NeuroKom®IP Technology:
Due to the neural communication structure, NeuroKom®IP devices only require a network connection with PoE
(class 0). A central device, server or cloud is not required. All you need for configuration is a PC with any web
browser. All settings are made via an integrated web interface.
All devices are delivered from the factory with the IP address "192.168.100.10" and the phone number "310".
NeuroKom®IP devices are mainly used in security concepts. Fixed IP addresses are therefore preferred. Any DHCP
servers suggested by the network administration should be avoided as far as possible, since they contradict the
basic security concept of NeuroKom®IP.

4. Verbinden Sie die Frontplatte wieder mit der Platine (Flachbandkabel und Tastenanschluss) und schließen
Sie dann das Netzwerkkabel an.
Reconnect the front panel to the board (ribbon cable and button connector) and then connect the network
cable.

Achtung:
Bei dem Wiederaufstecken des Flachbandkabels muss darauf
geachtet werden, dass die gelbe Markierung auf dem Stecker und
der Platine übereinstimmt.
Sollte der Stecker falsch aufgesteckt werden, kann die Platine
zerstört werden!
Danger:
When reconnecting the ribbon cable, make sure that the yellow
marking on the plug and the circuit board match. If the connector
is plugged in incorrectly, the circuit board can be destroyed!

5. Verschließen Sie das Gehäuse mit der Frontplatte. Bitte beachten Sie, dass bei dem
Unterputzgehäuse UG 900 bzw. UG 901 andere Schrauben als bei dem Aufputzgehäuse AG 900 eingesetzt
werden (Schrauben liegen für beide Varianten bei).
Close the housing with the front panel. Please note that for the flush-mounted housing UG 900 or UG 901
and the surface-mounted housing AG 900 different screws are used (Screws are included for both variants).
7. Bringen Sie die Abdeck- / Zierleisten an. Die mechanische Arbeit ist
abgeschlossen.
Attach the cover / trim strips. The mechanical work is complete.
6. Die Beschriftung kann von der Seite eingefügt werden.

Rufnummer. Der zweite Teil ist im Standard „local.net“.
Falls parallel eine SIP-Anmeldung vorgenommen wird, wird
dort die IP-Adresse des SIP-Servers eingetragen.

SIP Anmeldung / SIP-Informations
Für den Fall, dass die
Sprechstelle an einem SIP-
Server angemeldet werden
soll, sind hier alle
erforderlichen Parameter
einzutragen. In dem Feld
„SIP-Register Status“
können Sie erkennen, ob
die Anmeldung funktioniert.
In the case that the station is to be registered with a SIP server, all the
necessary parameters must be entered here. In the “SIP-Register status” field
you can see whether the registration is working.
Das hier gezeigte Beispiel erzeugt bei Betätigung der Taste 1, 2 oder 3 die Direktwahlbefehle zu den
Sprechstellen mit der Rufnummer „100“, „250“ bzw. „300“.

Die „rote“ Notfall-Taste bei dem Gerät WS 938-3-NGRS ist über die Befehlsstruktur der I²C Eingänge von
NeuroKom®IP zu konfigurieren. Achtung: Es können auf eine I²C-Taste zwei Befehle eingetragen werden.
Beim Betätigen „Make“ und beim Loslassen „Break“.
The "red" emergency button on the WS 938-3-NGRS device is to be configured via the command structure of
the I²C inputs of NeuroKom®IP. Caution: Two commands can be entered on one I²C button. "Make" when
pressed and "Break" when released.

Audiospeicher Funktion / Audio storage function:
Sämtliche NeuroKom®IP Sprechstellen haben einen Audiospeicher an Bord, der bis zu 4 Minuten an
Audioinfomationen speichern und wiedergeben kann.
Dies können z.B. Signalgongs, Aufmerksamkeitsinformationen, Pausenzeichen, Textansagen,
Alarmdurchsagen für verschiedene Aufgaben sein.
Die Audio Files können „am Stück“, also als eine Information über die gesamte Speicherzeit angelegt werden,
oder aber in unterschiedlichen Files mit unterschiedlichem Inhalt. Hierbei stellt die Reihenfolge auch die
Nummerierung der Audio Files dar, sodass diese unterschiedlich angesprochen und aufgerufen werden
können.
Grundsätzlich wird hier zwischen Informationsansagen und Alarminformationen unterschieden.
In den Texten bzw. in dem Speicherplatz wird darüber nicht entschieden. Die Konfiguration des jeweiligen
Sprechgerätes entscheidet welches Audio File als Ansage oder Alarm eingesetzt wird.
NeuroKom®IP bedient sich hier bekannten und standardisierten Verfahren, sodass bei der Einrichtung und
Vorbereitung keinerlei spezielle Programme benötigt werden. Wir schlagen hier die Vorbereitung der Files
mittels „Audacity“ vor, wobei eine Menge vergleichbare Programme im Internet zu finden sind und eingesetzt
werden können. Ein entsprechendes Manual können Sie jederzeit bei uns anfordern.

All NeuroKom® IP intercom stations have an audio memory on board that can store and play back up to 4
minutes of audio information.
These can be signal gongs, attention information, pause signals, text announcements, alarm announcements
for various tasks.
The audio files can be created "in one piece", as an information about the entire storage time, or in different
files with different content. The order also represents the numbering of the audio files, so that they can be
addressed and called up differently.
A basic distinction is made here between information announcements and alarm information.
This is not decided in the texts or in the storage space. The configuration of the respective speech device
decides which audio file is used as an announcement or alarm.
NeuroKom® IP uses well-known and standardized methods here, so that no special programs are required for
setup and preparation. We suggest preparing the files using "Audacity", whereby a number of comparable
programs can be found and used on the Internet. You can request a corresponding manual from us at any
time.

Groups / Groups:
Häufig wird eine Anzahl an Sprechgeräten in Gruppen organisiert. Diese können dann Geschossen, Gebäuden
oder organisatorischen Einheiten zugeordnet werden. Hierzu stehen insgesamt 254 Gruppen zur Verfügung.
Often, a number of intercom devices are organized into groups. These can then be assigned to storeys,
buildings or organizational units. A total of 254 groups are available for this purpose.
Audioeinstellungen / Audio settings:
Zu den Grundeinstellungen gehören
die Audioeinstellungen. Ab Werk
sind Erfahrungswerte eingestellt,
welche in den meisten Einsatzfälle
ausreichend sind.
The basic settings include the audio settings. Empirical values are set at the factory, which are sufficient for most
applications.
„SpkVol“ und „MicVol“ erklären sich von selbst. „TonVol“ bezieht sich auf die Lautstärke der Gerätesignaltöne. Die
Aktivierung der Checkbox „No Ton“ schaltet den Ton beim Beenden eines Gespräches ab.
“SpkVol” and “MicVol” are self-explanatory. “TonVol” refers to the volume of the device beeps. Activating the
"No Tone" checkbox switches off the tone when a call is ended.
Mit den oben beschriebenen Einstellungen ist die grundsätzliche Konfiguration abgeschlossen. Bitte speichern
Sie mit „Save“. – Hierdurch werden die Parameter im Gerät gespeichert. Mit dem Befehl „Store“ können Sie die
Konfiguration auf Ihrem PC abspeichern. Über „Restore“ können Sie die gespeicherten Werte wieder herstellen.
With the settings described above, the basic configuration is complete. Please save with "Save". – This saves
the parameters in the device. With the "Store" command you can save the configuration on your PC. You can
use "Restore" to restore the saved values.
