l.Connect one end of coil cord to the jack in the handset and connect the
other end in the jack of the base unit.
2.Plug one end of phone line to the line jack in the base unit and connect the
other end to the wall jack.
3. The phone is battery free design, LCD doesn't display While on hook
status, lf user need to see clock all the time ,Just open the cover of battery
compartment and load 4 'AA" batteries.
Plug into Wall Jack

1. Set the Language:
!n on*rook status, press and hold ffiUSEf for 3 seconds to enbr LANGUAGE
SETUP Press CLlDvora to select the language. Press DELEET to confirm.
2. Set the Contrast:
Afur setting LANGUAGE, press CLlDvora to select the conhast (16). Prcss
DEUSEI t,o confirm.
3. Set Yea4 Dab and 'l'ime:
After setting the LCD CONTRAS] the digits of the year will flash. Press CUDaorv
to select the yea6 press DEUSET to confirm. Then the digib of the month will ffash,
press CLlDror v tro select the month and prcss DEIJSET to confirm. (Repeat to
set DATE and TIME.)
4. Set Arca Code:
After setting the YEAR DATE and nME, the first digit of LOCAL AREA CODE will
flash, press CllDr.orvto selecf fre digit ard press DEI-/SEI b confintrlse the
same meftod to set other codes. lf you set an area code, er 24{3.-1234567,vfrrcn
you rcceive a telephone number with area code 248., urty 12ilfi7 shor,vs on LCD.
5. Set Pre6< Code:
After setting the LOCAL GODE, tre first three numhrs will flash. Press CLlDtorv
to select the digit and press DEUSET to save selection. Use the same method to
continue setting each code.
6. Set the Ring Melodies:
Alter setting the PREFX CODE, press GLDrorv b seleci tfre nrelody (1-16) and
prcss DEUSET to confirm.
7. Set the Ring \rblume:
After setting RING MELODIES, press CLlDrorv to seled tre rirg volume (1€) and
press DEUSET to confirm.
8. Set Flash'l'ime:
After setting RING VOLUME, pre$s CLlDaorv to selec{ the flash time (1fi)ms, 200
ms, 3(Xlms, 4.00ms, 600rns, 900ms) and prcss DEIJSET to confirm.
9. Set Pause Time:
After setting FLASH TIME, press CLDrorv to select the pause time (1.2s, 2.4s,
3.6s) and press DEUSET to confirm.
10. Set DTMF or Pulse Mode:
After setting HUSE TIME, press GUDrorv to select flre mode (DTMF or PULSE)
and press DEUSET to confirm and complete the whole setting.

TELEPHONE
1. Make a Call:
Pick up the handset or press ( to get dial tone and dial the number. Use
DEUSET to edit the number. When the called party answers the phone,
the LCD will time the call automatically.
2. Answer the Call:
Pick up the handset or press ( to answer the call.
3. End a Call:
Hang up the handset or press ( to end the catl.
4. Switch Talk Mode from Handset to Speakerphone:
Press( and then hang up the handset to talk through the speakerphone.
5. Switch Talk Mode from Speakerphone to handset:
Pick up the handset and the talk mode will switch to handset automatically.
6. Hold:
Press HOLD and the call will be held. The handset can be hung up.
7. Hold Release:
Pick up the handset, or press ( or press HOLD button again to release a
call.
8. Flash:
This function is mainly for PABX systems, it only works While call waiting
service is provided by your local telephone company.
a. Press FLASH for call waiting service from your telephone company.
b. Press FLASH to transfer the call to another extension if the phone runs on
a PBX system.
9. Pre-dial:
ln on-hook status, dial the phone number and then pick up the handset, the
number will be dialed out automatically.
10. Pause:
Press REDIAUPAUSE for a break of 1.212.413.6 seconds.
11. Redial:
a. ln on-hook status, press REDIAL/PAUSE repeatedly to review the last
16 dialed numbers, choose desired number and pick up the handset or
press CALL BACK to dial out automatically.
b. ln off-hook status, press REDIAL/PAUSE to dial the last number.

12. Auto Redia!:
ln on-hook status, press AUTO RD/a J to auto redial the last dialed
number.
13.3 One-Touch Speed Dial Buttons:
a. Store:
ln on-hook status, enter phone number, press FLASH/STORE
and then press + (A or B)to assign preferred speed dial buttons,
press #to complete the setting.
b. Dial:
Simply click on + (A or B) button whether it is on-hook or
off-hook.
14. 5 speakerphone auto answered numbers.
In on hook status, enter phone number, press FLASH/STORE and then
press 1-5 to save corresponding answering number, press # to complete
the setting.
15. Alarm:
a. SetAlarm: Press GALL BAGK for 3 seconds to enterAlarm SETUP
Press CLID aorv to set the hour, press CALL BACK to confirm and
press
CLIDa ory to set the minute, press CALL BAGK to complete setting.
b. Press CALL BAGK to turn alarm on or off.

1. Caller lD Review: I
ln on-hook status, press CLID orV to review the caller's phone number I
and time of call .
2. Delete Caller lD:
a. When checking incoming calls, press CLID orv to search for the call
you would like to delete. Press DEL/SET once to delete the call'
. b. When checking incoming calls, press DEL/SET for 3 seconds to delete I
all calls. l
3. Call Back from the Galler lD:
ln on-hook status, press CLID orV to select the call you wish to dial
press CALL BAGK or ( or pick up handset to dial out'

PHONE BOOK
1. Store Phone Numbers:
ln on-hook status, press f[ and then the L@ will display AOD SEARCH I
a. Press CLl,Or to add new information, enter the name then press I to
access the telephone number input page; enter the telephone number,
press Ito complete.
b. Perform the same approach to store more names and numbers to a
maximum capacity of 80. Once reaching 80, MEMORY FULL will display
on LCD.
2. Review Phone Book:
a. Pressfn to access the phone book page. Press CLIDY and LCD will
display "PLS lnput Name". Enter the name to view the telephone
number.
b. Press GLIDI orv to view the phone book.
c. Alphabetical searching is supported. Enter a letter to view the phone
book by the first letter of the name.
3. Delete:
When viewing caller information in phone book, press and hold DEUSET for
3 seconds to delete the name and number.
4. Dial from Phone Book
a. ln on-hook status, find the desired number in Phone Boolgressn
'CALI BACK' or (q1 pick up the handset to dial out automatically.
b. ln off-hook status, find the desired number in Phone Book, press
CALL BACK to make a call.
PROBLEM SOLUTION
Phone does not ring Make sure phone line cord is connected
to base unit and wall jack.
Ringer volume is too low Check if ringer volume set on low (see
page 4 for ringer adjustment).
Phone receives but cannot
make calls Check dial mode for pulse or DTMF
Message waiting light does
not work Check if the message waiting setting of
base unit is setup with \bicemail box
or PABX

This phone can be wall-mounted.
When wall-mounting the phone you must
change the position of the Wall-Mount Hook via
the steps below:
l.Depress and hold down the Hook Switch.
2.Remove the Wall-Mount Hook by sliding
upwards.
3.Rotate't80 degrees and reinsert. The
handset will now place securely on the
Wall-Mount Hook.
