USING A WATERPROOF CASE
The waterproof case has been specially designed for your camera G100. It’s waterproof up
to 30 meters and also provides shock protection. It’s designed to be used when performing
water sports, diving or playing sports in damp environments. Using the waterproof case greatly
reduces the camera’s sound recording ability.
CAUTION
 In order to guarantee that it’s perfectly watertight, it’s important that the seal gasket is kept
clean. Dust or grains of sand could be enough to create a leak in the case. You can easily
remove the gasket to rinse it in clean water. Dry the gasket and reinstall the correct direction.

 In order to limit the presence of fog or condensation in the case caused by
temperature differences between the inside and outside of the case, we strongly
recommend that you place anti-fog paper in the case every time you use it. This
accessory is sold separately in all DECATHLON shops and decathlon.com.
USING THE CAMERA
TURNING ON / OFF
ON:Press 4 s OFF: Press 3 s
Your camera will be automatically in video mode at each turning.
RECORDING A VIDEO
Start / Stop video: when video recording start the
red LED is blinking.
This camera can do directly slowmotion : to access to this function, do a long press (2 seconds)
on Start/Stop button. Then start video.
TAKING PHOTOS
Press shortly: take photo. Blue LED is blinking one
time
Press shortly: change video mode in
photo mode.
Red LED become blue.

ENABLING / DISABLING WIFI
Once WiFi is activated you can:
- Control and congure your camera from your smartphone
by downloading the "GSmart DV" app, available on
GOOGLE PLAYTM (Android) and APPLE STORETM (Ios),
- When the WiFi is activated, the camera broadcasts a WiFi
hotspot.
The network name (SSID) is the name of the camera and the
default password is: 1234567890.

RESET THE CAMERA
The "Reset" button is near to the USB and microSD card interface.
When the camera does not work properly or is jammed, you might press and hold the "SHOOT'
button for 2 seconds to reset the camera, so that you can restart the camera for properly
shooting.

 Handle the device with care. Do not drop or expose it to serious impacts.
 Caution, this product is not waterproof without its waterproof case. Do not expose it to water
or submerge it.
 For greater safety, do not touch the buttons while in use. Losing concentration can be
dangerous.
 Do not disassemble this product as this could cause damage and void the warranty.
 If you do not plan on using the product for a long time (more than one month), make sure to
remove the battery.
 Using this device in extreme cold (at temperatures below -10°C) could cause a decrease in
the battery’s capacity, and hence reduce the product’s battery life.

WARRANTY

or manufacture for two years starting from the date of purchase. Please ensure that you keep
the invoice as proof of purchase.
•The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, from a failure to respect the
precautions for use, from accidents, from improper maintenance or from commercial use of the
product.
•The warranty does not cover damage resulting from repairs carried out by persons not
authorised by D EC ATH LO N.
•The warranties herein expressly supersede all other warranties, including the implicit warranty
of fair marketable quality and/or tness for purpose. Under no circumstances will D E CAT H LO N
be held liable for any damage, whether direct or indirect, general or specic, caused by or
related to the use of this instruction manual or the product it describes.
•During the warranty period, the item will either be repaired free of charge by an authorised
repair service or replaced free of charge (depending on the distributor).
•The warranty does not cover the battery or cracked or broken casings showing visible signs of
impacts.
