USING GIGAWATTS MIXER GRINDER
1. Unbox your mixer grinder with care and take a moment to appreciate its sleek design and powerful features.
2. Before your first use, make sure to wash the grinder jar, lid, and blades with warm, soapy water. Rinse
them well and dry thoroughly to remove any packaging residue.
3. To keep your mixer grinder in top condition, avoid using abrasive cleaners or scouring pads. Do not put
any parts in the dishwasher or use extremely hot water to clean them.
4. Once you've cleaned and dried all parts, store them in a clean and dry place. You'll be ready to create
delicious recipes in no time!

Dry Grinding Jar:
For coffee (light roast), sugar, turmeric, and peanuts (break down the turmeric pieces into smaller sizes before grinding)
Wet/Liquidizing Jar:
For idli batter (40% of the jar volume), pre-boiled rice (200 gm soaked in 225 ml water), and urad dal (150 gm soaked
in 450 ml water).
HOW TO OPERATE
1. Fill the jar with the specified amount of ingredients, making sure not to exceed 40% of its capacity.
Place the lid on the jar and press it down securely with your hand.
2. Before plugging in the mixer grinder, ensure that the speed selector and mains switch are both in the off position.
3. Insert the jar into the mixer grinder, aligning the locks on the jar with the slots on the mixer. Rotate the jar clockwise
until it locks into place.
4. Use the speed knob to adjust the speed of the mixer grinder. You can choose from three different speed settings:
Inch, 1, 2, or 3.
5. Repeat the blending process as needed until you achieve the desired consistency.
6. When you're finished using the mixer grinder, turn it off and rotate the jar counterclockwise to unlock it from the mixer.
Then, lift the jar up and remove it from the mixer.
7. Finally, switch off the mains power and unplug the mixer from the socket. Be sure to avoid pulling the mains cord
when unplugging it.
Note: Always hold the lid of the jar with your hand while the mixer grinder is in operation.

CLEANING & MAINTENANCE
1. To keep your mixer grinder in top condition, follow these cleaning tips:

4. Use a damp cloth to clean stubborn stains and avoid abrasive cleaners
5. Run the empty jar for 5-10 seconds to prevent rusting
6. Proper care and cleaning ensures reliable performance and delicious results.
PRECAUTIONS
1. Do not clean the motor unit by immersing it in water, running water over it, or using abrasive cleaners or
scouring pads. Use a damp cloth to wipe the main unit.
2. Be cautious when handling the blades as they are sharp. Always unplug the mixer grinder from the mains
supply before cleaning and use caution when handling the blades.
3. Never leave the mixer grinder unattended while in use, and always hold the lid of the jars while the machine is running.
4. Do not overload the jars beyond their recommended capacity, and avoid running the mixer grinder continuously
for more than a few minutes at a time.
5. Keep the mixer grinder out of reach of children, and do not allow them to operate the machine unsupervised.
IMPORTANT SAFEGUARD
1. Keep the Mixer Grinder at least 6 inches (150mm) away from the wall.
2. Ensure that there is enough space around the Mixer Grinder to accommodate the various items and ingredients required.
3. Do not touch the moving parts and blades when the Mixer Grinder is in operation.
4. To avoid electrical hazards, do not immerse any part of the Mixer Grinder such as the base, plug, or cord in water or any
other liquid.
5. Keep the Mixer Grinder away from direct heat, sunlight, gas stove, or any electrical heating appliances.
6. Always use the Mixer Grinder with the lid and lid cap securely in place.
7. Never operate your Mixer Grinder without a load.
8. Do not pull the cord to disconnect; instead, grasp the plug and pull to disconnect.
9. Always disconnect the plug from the power outlet before cleaning, while emptying, and when not in use.
10. Avoid letting the power cord hang over the edge of the table or touch any hot surface. If the plug or cord is damaged, do
not use the appliance.
11. Keep the Mixer Grinder out of reach of children at all times. Close supervision is necessary when used near children.
12. Do not attempt to repair the Mixer Grinder at home or allow any unauthorized person to do so in the event of any failure.
