• This appliance is for household use only, not for commercial purpose.
• Remove all packaging material from the appliance before use.
• This appliance shall not be used by children of 0 to 8-year old.
• This appliance can be used by children older than 8-year old and persons
with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience
and knowledge, but only if they have been given supervision or instruction
concerning use of the appliance in safe way and understand the hazards
involved.
• Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the
appliance.
• Cleaning and maintenance must not be done by children.
• Have any repairs carried out solely by a qualied electrician. Never try to repair
the appliance yourself.
• Do not handle the plug or appliance with wet hands.
• Do not immerse the main body in water.
• Children shall not play with the appliance.
• Do not leave the appliance unattended when connected to the mains supply.
• Only use the attachments/accessories supplied with the product.
• Ensure the appliance is placed on a horizontal, even and stable surface.
• Verify that the mains voltage is the same as that indicated on the rating plate
on the appliance before use.
• Make sure that you always use a grounded wall socket to connect the
appliance.
• Always remove the plug from the wall socket when the appliance is not in use.
• Remove the plug from the wall socket by pulling the plug, not the power cord.
• Make sure that the appliance, the power cord and plug do not make contact
with water.
• Make sure that the appliance, the power cord and plug do not make contact
with hot surface, such as a hot hob or naked ame.
• Check the appliance’s power cord regularly to make sure it is not damaged.
• Do not use the appliance if the power cord is damaged. If the power cord is
damaged, it must be replaced by an electrical technician or a person with
similar qualication, in order to avoid any hazards.

• The body and the heating element get very hot during use. Beware of the hot
surfaces while the appliance is operating.
• Operate the appliance only with the heating element in place and perfectly
locked.
• Always ll the oil collecting tray with water before you switch on the appliance.
This is to:
- reduce the generation of smoke while grilling
- facilitate cleaning
• This appliance is not intended for use with charcoal.
• Make sure the appliance stands stable and safe on a heat-resistant surface.
• DO NOT place the appliance on stove top surface.
• Be careful not to position the appliance right against the wall or into a corner.
Always keep a distance from at least 15 cm.
• Make sure that no inammable materials are adjacent to the grill.
• Wear oven mitts when handling hot components or touching hot surfaces.
• The glass lid and handle get very hot. Always use oven mitts.
• Clean the appliance thoroughly after use (please refer to “Cleaning and Main-
tenance” section.)

• Install Handle:
Please refer to Pic. 1, install the handle on the glass lid properly.
• Place the oil collecting tray (PRODUCT OVERVIEW item 4) at the bottom of
the base and ll with approximately 100ml of water.
• Please refer to Pic.2, place the heat-insulation tray (PRODUCT OVERVIEW
item 3) on the base align the arrow direction.
• Please refer to Pic.3, make sure to install the connector of the control panel
& Heating element into the hole of the heat-insulation tray tightly, ensuring
that the parts are in the recess.
• Fix the grill plate on the heating elements.
• Insert the plug into a plug socket. The red power indicator is ashing.
• Press the power button once, the red power indicator is continuous lighting,
then set the desired temperature.
• Press “+” or “-“ button to increase or decrease the temperature (TEMP. range
from Keep warm-120°C-160°C-180°C-200°C-230°C)
• Press the Fan button once, the fan will turn on and the fan indicator will
light up.
• NOTE: Suggest the fan to keep running throughout the grilling process to
prevent grease build up.
• This appliance has a safety protection function, after operating around for
90 minutes, the appliance will turn to standby mode (The red power indicator
ashes). To continue using the appliance, please press the power button once,
the red power indicator light becomes steadily, then set the desired temperature.
• The grilling time vary according to the nature of the food and to your personal
taste.
• When grilling has nished, turn the appliance o󰀨 and disconnect the grill
from the mains supply socket.

If you are thoroughly cleaning the base unit with water and detergents, please
remove the Electric Fan. When placing the fan back to its position, make sure to
insert the two-prong connection into the inner cavity.
CAUTION: Unplug the power cord before removing fan.
REMOVING THE ELECTRIC FAN
TIPS
• Do not grill large pieces of meat. This will avoid the inside from still being raw
when the outside is cooked.
• You can grill vegetables, sh, meat or vegetarian products.
• Small products that may fall through the grille, please replace the grill plate
with Teppanyaki plate or use aluminum foil.
• To prevent scratching the coating, it is recommended to use non-metallic
utensils. DO NOT slice food on the grill plate using sharp utensils, such as
knives and forks.

Turn over the base unit.

screws on the fan cover.
Slide down and remove the
fan cover.
Lift the fan out of the
base unit.
• Remove all packing materials, labels and stickers.
• Clean the griller and its accessories.
• When the griller is rst switched on, the grill may emit smell. A small amount
of smoke may also be noticeable. It is recommended heating the appliance
for approx. 5 minutes without any food. Ensure the room is well ventilated
because of the smell of the coating material. Do not use this appliance for
grilling in the meantime.

PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS
• Clean the appliance after every usage. Switch o󰀨 the appliance and unplug
power cord from the socket before to clean the appliance. DO NOT clean it
until the surface cools down.(Cool down at least 30 minutes)
• Make sure that unplug the power cord from the mains supply socket after
use, before cleaning and storing.
• Clean the grill plate, teppanyaki plate, heat-insulation tray, oil collecting tray,
glass lid with a piece of wet cloth and neutral detergent.
• Never immerse the heating element in water or liquids.

使用說明
- 手柄安裝:
請參考圖 1，將手柄正確地安裝在玻璃蓋上。
- 將盛油盤(部件示意圖第4個項目)裝入底座最底層，然後裝入約100毫升的水。
- 參閱圖1，將隔熱盤(部件示意圖第3個項目)對著箭咀方向安裝好。
- 參閱圖2，將底座兩支電極棒對準發熱管的相應孔位，往下安裝，確保該組件是在凹
槽中。
- 將烤架放置在發熱管上。
- 將插頭插入電源插座。紅色電源指示燈閃爍。
- 輕觸電源開/關鍵一次，紅色電源指示燈長亮，這時可設置所需的溫度。
- 輕 觸 ”+ ” 或 ”- ”鍵來 增 加 或 減 少 温 度。( 温 度 範 圍 : 保 温
-120°C-160°C-180°C-
200°C-230°C
)。
- 輕觸風扇鍵一次，風扇功能將開啓以及風扇亮起。
注意: 在操作時，建議保持風扇開啓, 防止油脂積聚。
- 本產品有安全保護裝置，在工作約90分鐘後，將會轉為待機狀態(紅色電源指
示燈閃爍)，若用家需再使用，請輕觸電源開/關鍵一次，紅色電源指示燈長
亮，再設所需溫度。
- 燒烤時間根據食品種類和個人口味而有所不同。
- 當結束燒烤後，關閉本產品，並從主電源插座上拔下插頭。

操作-首次使用之前
- 拆除所有包裝材料，標簽和貼紙。
- 清潔烤爐及其配件。
- 當烤爐第一次接通電源，會發出氣味和少量的煙霧。建議先加熱約 5分鐘，確保室內
通風良好，因為塗層材料會產生氣味，預熱期間不要使用本機。
温温温温溫馨提示
- 不要用大塊的肉。這將避免肉的內部仍未熟透時外面的已煮熟。
- 你可以烤蔬菜、魚、肉或素食產品。
- 細塊的食物，可能會從烤盤上掉落，可在煎盤或鋁箔上烹煮。
- 為了防止劃損塗層, 建議使用非金屬用具。切勿使用刀叉等鋒利的用具在烤盤上切食物。
拆卸電風扇
如果想用水和洗滌劑徹底清潔底座，需要拆下電風扇。當拆卸風扇時，請確保
插入內腔的兩孔中。
注意事項：在拆卸風機之前，請先拔掉插頭。
