All serious accidents concerning the medical device supplied by us must be reported to the manufacturer and
competent authority of the member state where your registered ofce is located.

fabricant et à l’autorité compétente de l’état membre où on a le siège social.
Jeder schwere Unfall im Zusammenhang mit dem von uns gelieferten medizinischen Gerät muss unbedingt
dem Hersteller und der zuständigen Behörde des Mitgliedsstaats, in dem das Gerät verwendet wird, gemeldet
werden.

- The suction cup grab bar is not designed to hold or support your full body weight.
- This grab bar is designed to assist your natural motion, as when stepping into or out
of a shower. Do not stress by pulling or with other movements.
- Always check the attachment and holding condition of suction cup through windows
every time before each use.
- Do not attach to moving surfaces.
- Maximum User Weight : 60 kg (vertical); 45 kg (lateral)
- Only for product code 28974 - Maximum User Weight: 85 kg (vertical); 60 kg (lateral)
The manufacturer will not be held responsible for damages to people or things
if the product is used for non compliant use or for incorrect or unsafe use.
It is designed for use only on smooth and non-porous surfaces; tile, porcelain or
fiberglass. Not for use on wall board, wood, painted or papered surfaces.
FITTING
1. Thoroughly clean and the surface with alcohol wipe and allow to dry and check the condition
of the suction cups. Do not use if damaged, cracked or split.
2. Raise both levers, place the suction grab bar so that both suction cups lie firmly and completely
on a smooth surface.
3. Hold one end and press on one lever with your palm, You should feel resistance as the
suction cup tightens.
REMOVAL
1. Lift each of the two levers.
2. If suction remains, gently lift one edge with a finger.
3. Do not use a sharp instrument which may damage the suction cup.
4. Always to keep the levers flip up until next use.

PATENTED SUCTION INDICATOR
“GREEN” means the correct attaching, otherwise, it will turn into the “RED” request to check
the mounting surface and re-attach again. Do not place over joints or grout lines.
GIMA WARRANTY CONDITIONS
Congratulations for purchasing a GIMA product.
This product meets high qualitative standards both as regards the material and the production.
The warranty is valid for 12 months from the date of supply of GIMA.
During the period of validity of the warranty, GIMA will repair and/or replace free of charge all the
defected parts due to production reasons. Labor costs and personnel traveling expenses and
packaging not included.
All components subject to wear are not included in the warranty.
The repair or replacement performed during the warranty period shall not extend the warranty.
The warranty is void in the following cases: repairs performed by unauthorized personnel or
with non-original spare parts, defects caused by negligence or incorrect use.
GIMA cannot be held responsible for malfunctioning on electronic devices or software due to
outside agents such as: voltage changes, electro-magnetic fields, radio interferences, etc.
The warranty is void if the above regulations are not observed and if the serial code (if available)
has been removed, cancelled or changed.
The defected products must be returned only to the dealer the product was purchased from.
Products sent to GIMA will be rejected.
