This appliance is equipped with a polarized plug in which 1 prong is wider

than the other. This is a safety feature to reduce the risk of electrical shock.

The plug should be aached to the charging base before connecng to an

electrical outlet. The plug will t into a polarized outlet only 1 way. If you

are unable to insert the plug into the outlet, try reversing the plug. If it sll

does not t, contact a qualied electrician. DO NOT aempt to modify the

LI-ION BATTERY PACK (Built into hand vacuum cleaner)

• The baery is the power source for the appliance. When it is connected to

the appliance, DO NOT carry the appliance with your nger on the power

buon.

• DO NOT charge the appliance with the power on.

• Disconnect the hand vacuum cleaner from the main body before making

any adjustments, cleaning or troubleshoong.

• Use only the baery and charger supplied with this vacuum cleaner.

• When not in use, keep baery away from all metal objects.

• DO NOT expose baery to temperatures above 266° F.

• DO NOT store the baery in temperatures below 37.4° F or above 104° F.

ASSEMBLY

1. Unfold and straighten the main body

unl the handle “clicks” into place.

2. Insert the brush head into the

the boom of the main body.

To release the head again,

press the buon shown in gure A.

3. Make sure the lock shown in gure B

is in place. This secures the roller brush.

CHARGING THE VACUUM CLEANER

1. Aach the power cord to the charging base and plug

it into an electrical outlet.

2. Hold the vacuum in a vercal posion and set the

brush head down onto the charging base as shown in

gure C. The vacuum will hang on the charging base and

remain upright. The baery indicator lights will ash

when the baery is charging.

3. Charging is complete when the baery indicator lights

shine steadily. Charging me may take 4–5 hours.

USING THE VACUUM CLEANER

1. Remove the charged vacuum cleaner from the charging base.

2. Hold the handle in one hand and tap the brush head with 1 foot to

release it parallel to the oor.

3. Keeping loose items and feet clear of the brush head, press the power

buon to turn on the vacuum cleaner.

4. Press the “+” buon to increase sucon and the “-” buon to decrease

sucon.

5. Press the roller/lights buon to start or stop the roller brush from turning.

6. Press the elbow release buon on the back of the handle,

as shown in gure D, to bend the handle forward for easy

cleaning under furniture. This buon is also used to

collapse the handle back and down for compact storage.

7. When nished cleaning, return the vacuum cleaner to the

charging base so it can recharge for next me.

USING THE HAND VACUUM CLEANER

1. Separate the hand vacuum cleaner from the

main body by pressing the hand vacuum release.

2. If desired, aach the crevice tool or brush tool by

inserng into the open end of the dust bin.

3. Press the hand vacuum power buon to operate

the hand vacuum.

4. To replace the hand vacuum, remove any

aached tool and insert the end of the dust bin

down into the opening in the main body.

5. Press with your thumbs in the areas indicated in

gure E to snap the hand vacuum cleaner

securely to the main body.

CLEANING & CARE

EMPTYING THE DUST BIN

1. Empty the dust bin aer every use.

2. Allow the vacuum cleaner to cool, then separate the hand vacuum from

the main body by pressing the hand vacuum release.

3. Press the dust bin release and separate the dust bin from the hand

vacuum cleaner.

4. Use an index nger to pull out the lter and lter cover.

5. Shake the contents of the dust bin into a trash receptacle.

6. Remove the lter cover by turning it counterclockwise.

7. Remove dust and debris from the lter with a so brush (not included).

8. Replace the lter as needed.

CLEANING THE ROLLER BRUSH

1. Remove the roller brush (see assembly instrucons on page 6) to dislodge

hair and debris, as needed.

2. Make sure the roller brush is securely back in place before using the

vacuum cleaner again.

STORAGE

1. Store the vacuum in a cool, dry area.

2. The crevice and brush tools can be stored on the back

of the charging base (see gure F).

3. For compact storage, the handle of the vacuum cleaner

can be folded down at the elbow.

WARRANTY

Ginny’s warrants this product free from defects in material and

workmanship for one year from provable date of purchase.

Within this warranty period, Ginny’s will repair or replace, at its opon,

defecve parts at no charge provided the product is returned freight

prepaid with proof of purchase to Ginny’s.

Allow 2–4 weeks for return shipping.

This warranty does not cover improper installaon, misuse, abuse or neglect

on part of the owner. Warranty is also invalid in any case that the product is

taken apart or serviced by an unauthorized service staon.

This warranty gives you specic legal rights and they may vary from

state to state.

THE FOREGOING WARRANTIES ARE IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES AND
