Glow Headphones Product purchased from an authorized Glow
Headphones retailer are covered by a limited warranty. The company
giving the warranty (the warrantor) is Glow LLC.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and
workmanship compared to the specification of the product in
question, that may arise in the product within twelve (12) months of
original purchase.
What you must do to obtain Limited Warranty Service:
In order for the warranty to apply, and to claim under the warranty,
you must present the original invoice received at the time of purchase
of the product in question, to the authorized Glow Headphones
retailer where you wish to make your warranty claim.
This limited warranty covers all defects in materials and workmanship
encountered in normal use of the Product and does not apply in the following
cases:
• Loss of or damage to the Product due to abuse, neglect, mishandling,
improper packaging by you, alteration, accident, electrical current fluctuations,
improper use, failure to follow operating instructions.
• Broken fiber optic glass wire due to bending, kinking, pinching, twisting of the
cable beyond the design specifications(s).
• Defects that have been caused by wrongful, incorrect installation, incorrect
repairs/modifications, or maladjustment of the product.
• Defects that have been caused by water, fire, or lightning.
• Defects in consumables, (i.e. components that are expected to require regular
replacement including without limitation: headphone ear-pads, loose cables
etc.) or use beyond the expected lifetime of the consumable in question.
The warranty period starts when the product(s) is delivered to the first end-
user. This warranty does not extend to any product whose serial number has
been defaced or altered.
1. To prevent possible hearing damage, do not listen at high
volume levels for long periods.
2. Fully understand user manual before using.
3. Ensure your player is at low volume levels or power it off
before disuse.
4. Risk of explosion if battery is replaced by an incorrect type.
Dispose of used batteries according to instructions
This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject
to the following two conditions: (1) this device may not cause harmful
interference, and (2) this device must accept any interference received,
including interference that may cause undesired operation.
Changes or modifications not expressly approved by the party responsible
for compliance could void the user’s authority to operate the equipment.
This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for
a Class B digital device, pursuant to Part 15 of the FCC Rules. These
limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful
