Battery Safety
WARNING: Li-Ion batteries, if incorrectly used, stored or charged are a fire, burn
and explosion hazard.
• Keep the battery out of reach of children
• Only charge Li-Ion batteries using the charger provided or designed specifically
for your product
• Only use Li-Ion batteries provided with a product or specifically designed to be
compatible
• Allow batteries to cool for 15 minutes after charging or heavy use. Failure to
follow these instructions may cause overheating or fire
• When not in use batteries should be stored at room temperature (approximately
20˚C/68°F)
• Ensure that battery contacts cannot accidentally short in storage. Keep batteries
clean; foreign objects or dirt may cause a short. Keep away from other metal
objects, for example paperclips, coins, keys, nails and screws
• Under abusive conditions, liquid may be ejected from the battery. This liquid may
cause skin irritation or burns. Avoid contact. If contact accidentally occurs, flush
with water. If liquid contacts eyes, seek medical help
• DO NOT open, disassemble, crush, heat above 60°C or incinerate. Do not
dispose of in fire or similar
Instructions
Note: Batteries are an expendable supply whose capacity shortens over
time. Always adhere to the correct handling and charging instructions in the
manual. If the battery does not hold charge or working time is shortened,
purchase a genuine GMC replacement.
Please note the following:
• The battery is supplied in a low charge condition. Charge before use
• Only charge this battery with the charger provided with your power tool
• Refer to the main manual provided with your charger or power tool for charging
instructions
• Remove the battery as soon as possible from the charger when fully charged

Instructions d’utilisation

capacité d’une batterie va diminuer avec le temps au fil des utilisations et
particulièrement si la recharge n’est pas effectuée de manière appropriée.
Conformez-vous toujours aux bonnes procédures à suivre telles qu’indiquées
dans le manuel d’instructions. Si la batterie ne tient pas la charge, ou si le
temps de service résulte amoindri, procédez à son remplacement avec un
modèle d’origine de marque GMC.
• La batterie n’est pas fournie chargée complètement. Recharger avant l’utilisation
• Ne rechargez la batterie qu’avec le chargeur fourni avec votre outil électrique
• Pour les instructions relatives à la recharge veuillez-vous référer au manuel
fourni avec le chargeur ou l’outil électrique
• Enlevez la batterie du chargeur dès que possible quand celle-ci est totalement

Recyclage

Accu veiligheid

• Bij verkeerd gebruik kan vloeistof uit de accu lekken. De vloeistof veroorzaakt

Instructies
Let op: Batterijen zijn een wegwerp product waarbij de capaciteit op lang
gebruik kan verlagen. Hou er rekening mee om altijd de juiste handeling
en oplaad methode te gebruiken, dit zoals aangegeven in de handleiding.
Indien de batterij niet oplaad of de capaciteit verlaagd is raden wij u een GMC
vervanging aan.
Let op:
• De accu wordt met een laag laadniveau geleverd. Laad de accu voor gebruik
volledig op
• Laad de accu enkel met de oplader, voorzien bij uw oplader of machine op
• Verwijs naar de handleiding van uw oplader of machine betreft de correcte
laadprocedure
• Ontkoppel de accu, wanneer volledig opgeladen, zo snel mogelijk van de oplader
Verwijdering
Neem de wettelijke richtlijnen bij het verwijderen van onbruikbare accu’s in acht
• Ontlaad de accu voordat deze verwijderd wordt
• De accu mag niet met uw huishoudelijk afval verwijderd worden

Instrucciones de seguridad para baterías

Utilizzare correttamente le batterie

Garantía para baterías
Las baterías GMC disponen de 2 años de garantía. Si durante el período de
garantía apareciera algún defecto en la batería debido a la fabricación o materiales
defectuosos, GMC se hará cargo de la reparación o sustitución del producto de
forma gratuita. Está garantía no se aplica al uso comercial por desgaste de uso
normal, daños accidentales o por mal uso de este producto.

de compra.

Smaltimento
Rispettare sempre le normative nazionali per lo smaltimento delle batterie che non
sono più funzionali.
• Scaricare le batterie prima dello smaltimento.
• NON smaltire le batterie con i rifiuti domestici.
• NON smaltire tramite incenerimento, in quanto le batterie possono rilasciare
sostanze o gas tossici, inoltre possono costituire un rischio di esplosione.
• Contattare l’autorità locale di smaltimento rifiuti per informazioni sul modo
corretto di smaltire le batterie.
Garanzia della batteria
Le batterie GMC sono garantite per 2 anni. Se un difetto si verifica su una batteria
registrata durante il periodo di garanzia della batteria, a causa di materiale o di
difetto di fabbricazione, GMC sostituirà gratuitamente. Questa garanzia non si
applica ad uso commerciale né si estende alla normale usura o danni a seguito di
incidenti, abuso o uso improprio.

• Lassen Sie sich von der zuständigen Behörde bezüglich der ordnungsgemäßen
Entsorgung von Akkus beraten.
Akku-Garantie
Die Garantie auf GMC-Akkus beträgt 2-Jahres. Falls innerhalb der Akku-
Garantiefrist aufgrund von Material- oder Verarbeitungsfehlern ein Defekt an
einem registrierten Akku auftritt, ersetzt GMC diesen kostenlos. Diese Garantie
gilt nicht bei gewerblicher Nutzung und erstreckt sich nicht auf natürliche
Abnutzung oder Schäden infolge von Unfällen, unsachgemäßer Verwendung oder
Zweckentfremdung.
