INSTALLATION
I documenti da utilizzare per l’installazione sono quelli richiesti dalle EN81-20 e dalle norme vigenti
applicabili, in particolare i seguenti:

- GLI SCHEMI ELETTRICI (EN81-20)
Tutta la documentazione, per una corretta e sicura manutenzione dell’ascensore, deve essere conservata
dal responsabile dell’installazione. Si ricorda che tale documentazione è considerata parte integrante
dell’impianto e deve essere completa, ben conservata, ed integra in ogni sua parte.
Inoltre, al fine di salvaguardarne la leggibilità, non deve essere danneggiata, presentare parti mancanti ed i
fogli non devono essere strappati o deteriorati durante la consultazione.
The documents to use for the installation are those required by the EN81-20 and by the rules in force,
particularly the following:
- THIS INSTALLATION MANUAL
- WIRING AND HYDRAULIC DIAGRAMS (EN81-20)
All the documentation for a correct and safe installation, must be stored by the installation responsible.
Please remember that this documentation is considered part of the plant and must be complete, well stored
and unabridged in every part.
In order to maintain the readability, the documentation shouldn’t be damaged and shouldn’t have missing
parts. Moreover, do not tear or deteriorate sheets during consulting.
0.2 SICUREZZA DURANTE L’INSTALLAZIONE - SAFETY PRECAUTION DURING
INSTALLATION
ATTENZIONE Prima di iniziare qualsiasi operazione d’installazione. Verificare SEMPRE che tutti i
dispositivi di sicurezza, sia meccanici che elettrici, siano attivati e correttamente funzionanti.
WARNING Before starting all kind of installing operation.ALWAYS verify that al the safety devices,
mechanical or electrical, are active and working properly.

0.3 ATTREZZATURA - TOOLING
- Per l’installazione è utilizzata la normale attrezzatura da cantiere e da elettricista.
- Use standard building-yard tooling for the installation.
0.4 PREPARAZIONE DELL’INSTALLAZIONE - PREPARING THE INSTALLATION
SITE
Verificare la presenza nel vano di un efficiente sistema d’illuminazione
Verificare lo stato di pulizia di vano e fossa
Verificare che l’impianto elettrico di rete sia fornito di adeguata messa a terra (in caso contrario
interrompere l’installazione fino a quando il Cliente abbia provveduto all’adeguamento)
Verificare che gli ingressi al vano siano adeguatamente chiusi
Verificare che gli accessi al locale macchine siano utilizzabili in tutta sicurezza e in ogni circostanza
(EN81.2 §5.2.2), sia per il locale macchine prefabbricato, che per quello in armadio
Verificare che gli accessi al locale macchine siano correttamente illuminati (EN81-20 §5.2.1.5.2). In
particolare, per il locale macchine in armadio, nell’area di lavoro delimitata dalle antine aperte e dalla
catenella, l’illuminazione deve essere secondo EN81-20 §5.2.1.4
Verificare, che l’armadio sia posizionabile secondo il Disegno di Progetto dell’Impianto, in un
ambiente non sottoposto alle intemperie.
Predisporre un’area di deposito materiale prossima al vano, facilmente accessibile dai montatori e
non esposta ad intemperie.
Verificare che tutte le canaline ed i fori per i cavi elettrici siano liberi, ispezionabili e ben rifiniti
Check that there is an adequate lighting in the well.
Check the cleaning conditions of the well and the pit
Check that the electrical equipment must be adequately grounded (otherwise stop the installation
until the ground wire is correctly connected)
Check that the entrance to the well are closed
Check that the accesses to the machine room can be safely used in any moment (EN81.20 §5.2.2),
both in the prefab machine room and in the machine room cabinet
Check that the accesses to the machine room should be adequately lighted (EN81-20 §5.2.1.5.2).
Particularly as concerns the machine room cabinet, the lighting in the working area, limited by the
open swing panels and by a chain, should comply with EN81-20 §5.2.1.4
Check that the cabinet can be placed according to the LIFT PROJECT DRAWING in an environment protected
against bad weather.
Prepare a material storage area near the well, easily accessible by the installation personnel and
protected against bad weather.
Check that all the wiring ducts and holes for the electric cables are free, can be inspected and are
perfectly finished.

0.5 PREPARAZIONE DELL’IMPIANTO ELETTRICO - PREPARING THE
ELECTRICAL SYSTEM
Gli impianti elettrici di forza motrice e illuminazione ed i relativi interruttori devono essere costruiti
ed installati a regola d’arte. In particolare devono essere sempre installati idonei interruttori
differenziali alla partenza della linea di alimentazione.
L’interruttore di forza motrice (posto nel locale macchine) deve essere di tipo lucchettabile in
posizione aperta.
Le linee elettriche di forza motrice e illuminazione, comprensive del conduttore di terra
correttamente allacciato all’impianto di terra della struttura nella quale si vuole installare
l’ascensore, devono fare capo al quadro interruttori posto nel locale macchine.
The utility power and lighting electrics and their switches must be perfectly manufactured and
installed. In particular suitable differential circuit breakers must be installed at the beginning of the
power line.
The utility power switch (in the machine room) must be provided with a lock in the open position.
The utility power and lighting lines, including the ground switch connected to the ground line in the
building where the system is installed, must be connected to the switch control panel in the
machine room.

1.4 COME FARE/HOW TO.
Di seguito la figura di partenza con la scheda NGV 01 montata/NGV 01 photo:
Sollevare la scheda NGV01 dal supporto. Posizionare la piastra adattatore R81000025 con iI bordo
largo a destra, fissandola con 3 viti e dadi come in figura e posizionando i distanziatori bianchi di
sostegno della nuova scheda.
Remove NGV01 card from the bracket.Place the spare plate code R81000025 with the larger edge on
the right, fixing it with 3 screws and nuts as in the picture below and inserting the white spacers to
support the NGV A3 card.

Posizionare la nuova scheda sulla piastra metallica fissandola come sotto sui 3 tasselli bianchi
(frecce) in modo che le prese dati e i led di diagnostica (cerchiati) si trovino a sinistra:
Place the NGV A3 card on the plate fixing it via the white spacers,to show the data ports and leds on
the left side
