First Charge the Battery
The unit has a built-in rechargeable Li-polymer battery.
Connect the end of the mains cable to the DC socket at
the rear of the unit then connect the mains adapter to the
mains socket. The battery will start charging.
Low battery Battery indicator flashes quickly.
Recharging Battery indicator flashes slowly.
Fully recharged Battery Indicator will stay on.
• It takes 3-4 hours (approx.) to fully charge the battery.
• A fully charged unit has up to 6 hours of playback time.
• Do not overcharge the battery as it may shorten its life.

Battery Power
• Unplug the mains adapter, the unit will enter battery
mode.
• Switch the ON/OFF switch the unit ON position, the unit
will be in STANDBY mode.
• Press and hold the / button to turn the unit on.
• Switch the ON/OFF switch the unit OFF position to turn
off the unit.
• If the unit is idle for more than 10 minutes, it will
automatically switch to standby mode. Press and
hold the / button to switch on the unit again.
• When using mains adapter, the ON/OFF switch
function will not active.

• You must complete Step (4) above, else your Bluetooth
device will not be paired with the unit.
• When the unit has found the last paired Bluetooth device, it
will connect automatically.
• Press and hold the VOL– and VOL+ buttons to reset the
current setting. The Bluetooth indicator will flash and
search for new Bluetooth device.
Bluetooth
1. While in STANDBY mode. Press and hold the / button
to turn the unit on. The Bluetooth indicator will rapidly
flash blue and the unit will beep.
2. Search for the system with your Bluetooth device and
you should see “‘GPSBT212”. Enter password “0000” if
requested.
3. When the unit begins pairing, the indicator will flash
slowly. On successful pairing it will light up solid blue.
4. Press the / button on the unit to confirm the paired
device.
