Important Safety Information
We thank you for choosing our product. To guarantee your safety and
health, please use this equipment correctly.Please read the information as
below carefully before using this equipment.It is important to read this
entire manual before assembling and using the equipment. Safe and
effective use can only be achieved if the equipment is assembled,
maintained and used properly.
1. This equipment is designed for indoor and family use only. The maximum
weight of user is 120KG.
2.This equipment belongs to HC rate and it is not suitable for therapeutic use.
3.Before assembly, first please well understand and check check all parts of this
equipment and then assemble the equipment as instruction.
4.The right tools should be used when assembling. If necessary,ask other
person help complete the assembly together.
5. The equipment should be put on flat and anti-skid floor.If the equipment is
layed in the wet space, equipment corrosion will influence the use.
6. Before using the equipment, check if nuts and bolts are tightened. To ensure
safety, the equipment should have at least 0.6 meters of free space all around
it.It shouldn’t have any adjustable parts sticking out.
7. Check regularly if each connecting part of equipment is tight and if the status
of equipment is normal to ensure the safety level of equipment.
8.The caustic cleaner mustn’t be used for cleaning maintenance to avoid that
the liquid flows into the equipment inside through tail or crack.
9. The particular attention should be paid to those adjustable parts, especially
for the minimum depth of saddle post. When the letter “MAX” expose outside, it
means that it is the limit position.
10.Replace the defective parts immediately. Don’t use the equipment before the
defective parts are replaced. Any question, please consult the professional
after-sales persons or distributors.
11. The equipment is designed for adult use only. Keep children and pets away
from the equipment. The use of children should be under the guidance by the
adult.
12.The equipment is used by only one person during exercise. Please point out

the possible risk when exercising, such as the risk from running parts.
13. Wear suitable clothing while exercising to avoid that loose clothing are
caught by equipment or movement is restricted.
14. Don’t exercise before or after meals.
15. Pay attention to the mode of exercise and the mode of resistance
adjustment.
16. The resistance of equipment has nothing to do with speed. The resistance
also has nothing to do with rotation speed during driving the equipment and it
remains constant.
17. Before starting any exercise, you should consult your doctor to know which
kind of exercise and what moving load are suitable for you. Wrong exercise
may damage health. Excessive movement can lead to serious injury or death. If
you feel dizzy, please stop exercising instantly.
18. There are many functions of the computer. It can show the corresponding
data according to themovement of body .Here warmly remind you that the value
of heart pulse is just for your information because it may be not accurate.
19. Hold the middle handlebar tightly (or handler bar L/R)during exercise.
20. Please save this manual and assembling tools well.
Important Advice:
1.Follow the assembly instructions and only use the parts which this equipment
is equipped with.
2.In principle the equipment cannot be deemed as toys and only can be used
by persons who have the related knowledge or are trained.
3. If you experience any of the following symptoms: dizziness, nausea , pain in
your chest or something irregular, please stop exercising at once and consult
doctors.
4. The use of adult and the disabled should be under the guidance by skilled
persons.
5.Any part of body is absolutely not allowed totouch those running parts.
6.Particular attention should be paid to the adjustable parts of equipment with
maximum marks.

7.Only regularly checking if any parts are wore or loosen can ensure the
equipment in the high quality condition.
Assembly Instruction
1.The equipment should be assembled by adult carefully. Ask for help from
those persons who have technical experience in conditions of uncertainty.
2. Unpacking all the packing materials and putting away all parts make people
more easier to understand how to assemble. Put the protective plate on the
mounting place to prevent it from dirty or scratch.
3.Check if all parts are complete as per part list. The packing material can be
discarded only after the assembling is finished.
4.Before assembling, please carefully read assembly instructions and well
understand the corresponding schematic diagram .
5.Be careful when using tools to assemble the equipment as there may be the
risk of injury during operation.
6.After assembly is finished, please check carefully if all screws, nuts and
knobs are properly installed and fully tighten.
7.Don’t put tools in disorder after finishing assembly.
8.A protective plate, not provided by us ,is suggested to be put under the
equipment to protect the floor as the rubber inevitably leaves the mark.
Exercise Mode
Exercise mode of lower body: Stand on the pedals stably and hold the middle
handlebar tightly. Keep the upper body uplifted ,arms open and eyes looking
straight ahead. In the beginning, step forward at the slow speed according to
the exercise schedule. After a while, increase the speed as per personal
proficiency to achieve the exercise effect of legs and buttocks.
Exercise mode of whole body: Stand on the pedals stably and hold the left and
right handlebar tightly. Keep the upper body uplifted ,arms open and eyes
looking straight ahead. When stepping forward, the upper body and the lower
body can be in movement in a diagonal manner. Please keep upper body
uplifted and arms changing alternatively from bending at an angle to extending
fully .

Exercise Instruction
1.Do you know that the suitable resistance work out(2 times per week, 30 mins
each time) can greatly improve your health? The blood pressure, cholesterol,
blood sugar, initiative, and even your emotions may be improved a lot due to
the little exercise. You can change the body type with the appropriate nutritional
intake through exercise, which can reduce the percentage of body fat.
2. Exercise starts from warm-up. The more consumption of physical strength ,
the more important warm-up. Warm-up can make body be ready for body
burden, which can stimulate cardiovascular system and prevent ligaments,
tendons and joints from injuring. Besides, warm-up can reduce the risk of
spasm happening and muscle injury.

The things you should know before exercise
A. User Data:
You should input your personal data before workout. Press BODY FAT key to enter your
personal data of sex, age, height and weight then the computer can save the data unless
take out the batteries.
B. Clock Mode:
a. The computer will enter the clock mode when there is no signal input or no keys be
pressed after 4 minutes. You can press ENTER key to switch the clock and
temperature at the clock mode or press other keys to quit the clock mode.
b. You can setup the CLOCK by holding UP+ENTER keys; and ALARM by holding
DOWN+ENTER keys for over 2 seconds, then you can quit by ENTER key.
c. By holding the ENTER and UP keys together for over two seconds, you can check the
current clock at “NO SPEED” mode.
Functions and Features:
1. CLOCK: Display the current clock in hour and minute and second.
2. ALARM: You can set up your morning call or setting time by this computer and it will
beep alarm 1 minute when your setting time is reached.
3. TEMPERATURE: Display the current temperature.
4. SCAN: During the exercise stage, the computer will automatically scan the function of
TIME, SPEED, DISTANCE, CALORIES, PULSE and RPM per each for 6 seconds
unless press the ENTER key to exit the auto-scan function. When the computer exits
the manual-scan then the message window will show “SCAN” for 2 seconds then
switch to auto-scan function.
5. TIME: Shows your elapsed workout time in minutes and seconds. Your computer will
automatically count up from 0:00 to 99:59 in one second intervals. You many also
program your computer to count down from a set value by using the UP and DOWN
keys. If you continue exercising once the time has reached 0:00, the computer will
begin beeping, and reset itself to the original time set, letting you know your workout is
done.
6. SPEED: Displays your workout speed value in KM/MILE per hour. If no speed signal
input then the computer will display “NO SPEED” on the window.
7. DISTANCE: Displays the accumulative distance traveled during each workout up to a
maximum of 99.9KM/MILE.
8. CALORIES: Your computer will estimate the cumulative calories burned at any given
time during your workout.
9. PULSE: Your computer displays your pulse rate in beats per minute during your
workout. If no pulse signal input then the computer will display “NO pulse” on the
window.
10. RPM: Your pedal cadence.
11. AGE: Your computer is age-programmable from 10 to 99 years. If you do not set an
age, this function will always default to age 35.
12. PULSE RECOVERY: During the START stage, leave your hands holding on grips or
leave the chest transmitter attached and then press “PULSE RECOVERY” key,time

starts counting from 01:00 - 00:59 - - to 00:00. As soon as 00:00 is reached, the
computer will show your heart rate recovery status with the grade F1.0 to F6.0 and
message window will show your workout situation. The details as follows,
1.0 means OUSTANDING
1.0<F<2.0 means EXCELLENT
2.0≦F≦2.9 means GOOD
3.0≦F≦3.9 means FAIR
4.0≦F≦5.9 means BELOW AVERAGE
6.0 means POOR
Key function:
There are 6 button keys and the function description as follows:
1. UP key: During the setting mode, press the key to increase the value of Time, Distance,
Calories, Age, Weight, Height etc. and to select sex. During the CLOCK mode,
you can set up clock and alarm by this key.
2. DOWN key: During the setting mode, press the key to decrease the value of Time,
Distance, Calories, Age, Weight, Height etc. and to select sex. During the
CLOCK mode, you can set up clock and alarm by this key.
Note: During the setting mode, you can hold UP and DOWN keys together for over two
seconds then the setting value will reset to Zero or default value.
3. ENTER/RESET key: a. Press the key to accept the current data entry.
b. During the “NO SPEED” mode, by holding this key for over two
seconds then the computer will re-power-on.
4. BODY FAT key: Press the key to enter your personal data before measure your body fat
ratio.
5. MEASURE key: Press the key to get your body fat ratio and BMI and BMR.
a. FAT %: Indicate your body fat percentage after measurement.
b. BMI (Body Mass Index): BMI is a measure of body fat based on height and weight
that applies to both adult men and women.
c. BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate): Your Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) shows the number
of calories your body needs to operate. This doesn’t account for any activity, it’s
simply the energy needed to sustain a heartbeat, breathing and normal body
temperature. It measures the body at rest, not sleep, at room temperature.
6. PULSE RECOVERY key: Press the key to activate heart rate recovery function.
Error Message:
E: The speed over than 99.9 MPH/KPH then the computer will display “E”.
Err: When measure the body fat function or pulse recovery function, if there is no pulse
signal input within 20 seconds then the computer will display “Err”. You can repress any
keys to quit the Err message.

Quick Start Guide
Stretch exercise
No matter how you do sports, please do some stretch
at first, The warm muscle will extend easily, so warm
up yourself with 5-10minutes, Then We suggest the
following stretch exercise, five times.10counts for
each time or longer do these exercise again after
sports.
1.Toe Touch
Slow bend forward from your waist, letting your
back and shoulders relax as you stretch toward
your toes, Reach down as far as you can and hold
for 15 counts. And then relax, repeat 3
times.(picture 1)
2.Hamstring Stretch
Sit with your right leg extend. Rest the sole of
your left foot against your right inner thigh. Stretch
toward your toe as far as possible. Hold for 15
counts. Relax and then repeat with left leg
extend .Then relax and repeat 3 times for each
leg.. (picture 2)
3.Calf-Achilles Stretch
Lean against a wall with your left leg in front of
the right and your arms forward,
Keep your right leg straight and the left foot on
the floor, then bend the left leg and lean forward
by moving your hips toward the wall, Hold, then
repeat on the other side for 15 counts .Then relax
and repeat 3 times for each leg(picture 3)
4.Quadriceps stretch
With one hand against a wall for balance, reach
behind you and pull your right foot up .Bring your
heel as close to your buttocks. hold for
10-15counts,relax.Repeat three times for each
foot.(picture 4).
5.Inner Thigh Stretch
Sit with the soles of your feet together with your
knees pointing outward. Pull your feet as close
into your groin as possible. Gently push your
knees towards the floor. Hold for 15 counts.
Then relax and repeat 3 times.
