The GoSun Stove’s performance is unaffected by ambient
temperatures and wind, cooking meals in frigid temperatures just as
well as in hot weather. High humidity, pollution, and diffuse light
(generally overcast or “thick” air) can signicantly impact cooking
times due to light scattering. In humid climates the GoSun Stove will
be most efcient in the spring and fall. It will not work in the shade.

07. Cooking Tips
App ying a uminum foi , oi or butter to the Cooking Tray before
adding food he ps to prevent sticking.
Heat is genera y distributed even y to food in the Tube but foods

Baked foods typica y expand considerab y (more than twice the

the fu tube size.
The GoSun Go tends to trap a arge amount of moisture from
cooking food and can be used to easi y steam vegetab es. For a
crispier mea , a ow the steam to escape by keeping the Tray
s ight y open. Drain fluids periodica y.
Sausages that cur when heated shou d be cut in ha f to prevent
them from getting stuck.
