- Thank you for choosing Gprinter M320 series Mobile Printers.
- These rugged printers will surely become productive and efficient additions to
your workplace. This user’s guide gives you the information you will need to operate
the M320 printers. These printers use TSPL programming language, to create and
print labels using TSPL languages, refer to the program manual.
There are two options for M320: USB+Bluetooth, USB+Wi-Fi.

Open the battery compartment cover and put battery inside, re-install battery compartment
sover and lock it securely.
Install the Battery
Open the top cover and insert the roll of media into media compartment, ensure that the
media pulls off, and pull a short length of media out of the printer, close the top cover firmly
and ensure it is securely latched on both sides.Turn on the printer and press the FEED button,
the printer will advance the media until the FEED button is released. Verify the media is
feeding properly and without binding or skewing sideways.

Example for setting printer density
Step 1. Press MENU ( see picture1 & 2)
Step 2. Press SELECT ( see picture 3)
Step 3. Press MENU (NEXT) ( Then see picture 4)
Step 4. Press SELECT ( see picture 5, press SELECT to select density 0~15)
Step 5. Press OK to complete the setting. ( See picture 6, settings done)
Self test printing
Step 1. Load paper into the printer and turn on the POWER.
Step 2. Press MENU to enter into setting menu
Step 3. Press MENU button till you find 6. INFORMATION
Step 4. Press SELECT, and when you see 6.1 Self Test, press SELECT, then selft test will be printed.
Printer display lock time setting
Step 1. Load paper into the printer and turn on the POWER.
Step 2. Press MENU to enter into setting menu
Step 3. Press MENU button till you find 4. Display
Step 4. Press SELECT, when you see 4.1 Lock Screen, press SELECT,
you can select Set lock 10 sec 30sec, 60sec, 90sec
Step 5. Press OK for your final setings like Set lock 90sec, completed.
Printer Initialization
Step 1. Load paper into the printer and turn on the POWER.
Step 2. Press MENU to enter into setting menu
Step 3. Press MENU button till you find 6. Information
Step 4. Press SELECT, press MENU and when you see 6.3 Factory Restore,
press SELECT, then paper will feed as response, to show settings are completed

This series printers are designed for label roll with large volume. Printer inner volume is fit for 6"
OD (Outer Diameter) paper roll, by using external paper holder, you can install 8.4"OD
industrial grade label roll.

1.Introduction
This printer can be used for batch printing，Connecting with other device by USB
interface、Bluetooth and WiFi, it supports direct thermal printing, you can choose various
kinds of printing media, including thermal paper roll and fanfold paper.
Common 1D barcode and 2D barcode fonts are built in printer. It also support 4 direction
printing, characters can be enlarged from 1 to 10 times. Besides, it supports 5 different size
bitmap fonts, OCR-A and OCR-B fonts. These series printer are the best choice among the
same class with its enhanced features, economical price and excellent printing quality.
Please refer to the information of software when you print labels. If you need to write
command by yourself, please read program manual in CD or download it from our

2. Button Function
Feed When the printer is ready ( LED blue fixed), press the button, label paper into the
font end of the label paper.
Please follow below to operate to start.

A.Turn on the printer
B.Make sure label paper is installed correctly and the
printer top cover is closed.

B.Make sure the paper roll is installed correctly and the
printer top cover is closed.
C.Press and hold PAUSE button and turn on the printer.
When paper feed and then release FEED button, DIP
switch page will be printed out.

Power on function
This printer has a variety of boot functions that can be used to set or test the
printer's hardware. In the boot LED display, keyset settings can activate these
functions.

5.Troubleshooting
