1. Insert the caster base (C) into the gate
(A&B). (See Figure 2)

2. Stand folded gate against the door frame
where you intend to mount it. (See Figure
1)
3. Mark though the mounting holes of the
locking bar (D) with a pen or pencil.
4. For mounting into:
Wood: use 5/16” ×2” Lag Bolts.
Steel: drill and tap for 5/16” ×1” Bolts.
Brickorconcrete:use 5/16” ×2” Lag Bolts Drill 3/8”
holes, use with lead anchors.

5. Drill appropriate holes and insert the appropriate bolts.
6. Mount the Locking Bar (D) by inserting the bolts.
7. Tighten the bolts to secure Locking Bar (D). (See Figure 1) Pull the door (A) into the locking
bar (D), and insert a padlock. (See Figure 1)

8. Repeat step 3 to 8. Mount another side of the locking bar (D).
9. Pull two door (A&B) together，Assemble them with bolts and nuts.

10. When closing the gate, please use fixing bar (E) to lock for safety. (See Figure 3)
