Quick Installation Guide of Joymate
Joymate is a hand-size VIDEO TO VGA MONITOR converter box, it convert all video
signal in the world into non-interlace VGA signal for CRT monitors or LCD
monitor. OSD function and Remote controller make Joymate user-friendly. It is easily
connected to PC, video source, such as VCR, LD or VCD players and video game
machines without any software installation, just plug and display.

 VGA monitor (for NTSC: HSYNC=31.5KHz, VSYNC=60Hz,
PAL: HSYNC=31.25KHz, VSYNC=50Hz)
 Video input device (e.g. VCR, V8, LD player, TV game machine and etc.)


1. VIDEO IN : Connect to VIDEO OUT of video source (e.g. VCR, V8
or TV GAME)
2. S-VIDEO IN : Connect to S-VIDEO OUT of video source
3. VGA IN : Connect to VGA card with supplied VGA cable
4. VGA OUT : Connect to your original VGA monitor
5. LINE IN : Stereo audio signal input, connect to AUDIO OUT of
audio source (e.g. VCR, V8 or TV GAME)
6. SPK : Stereo power amplifier output, connect 4 to 8 ohms
impedance speaker.
7. DC IN : Connect to supplied AC adapter.
8. PC/AV : Input source selection button, switch among VGA IN,
VIDEO IN and S-VIDEO IN.

4. OSD : On screen display button, display input signal status.
5. BRITE. : Brightness adjustment. Press this button then press “+”
or “-“ can increment or decrement the brightness level.
6. CONT. :Contrast adjustment. Press this button then press “+” or
“–“ can increment or decrement contrast level.
7. COLOR : Color adjustment. Press this button then press “+” or
“–“ can increment or decrement the color level.
8. HUE : Hue adjustment. Press this button then press “+” or
“–“ can increment or decrement the hue level.
9. SYSTEM : Video system selection button, press this button to
select one of PAL BGHI/NTSC M,
NSTC4.43(50Hz)/PAL4.43(60Hz),
PAL N/NTSC4.43(60Hz), NTSC N/PAL M or
SECAM/PAL4.43(60Hz)
10. RECALL : Reset the brightness, contrast, color and hue to factory
default setting.
