STEP 5
When bolted sides are fitted,
stand the assembly upright.
Fix the back of the seat to the
posts of the side sections
as in Fig.8.
STEP 6
Now fix the Back Lattice (E)
above the seat back using two
screws (z) either side.
See Fig.9.
FINALLY..
Fix the side sections to the roof
assembly using screws (x) as
shown below, ensuring that the
roof is centred and lined up
evenly upon your arbour.

BEFORE YOU START
When you are ready to start make
sure you have the right tools to hand,
plenty of space and a clean dry area
for assembly.
It is advisable for two people to carry
out the work.
Drill pilot holes to aid assembly.
Please check the packs and make
sure that you have all of the parts
listed above. If not, contact your
retailer who will be able to help you.
ASSEMBLY
STEP 1
Assemble the Roof Sections
(Fto G - F to H) with screws (y)
as shown in Fig.1.

from it please read the following instructions carefully.

POWER DRILL/SCREWDRIVER
with posidrive No.2 bit
3mm DRILL FOR PILOT HOLES
ADJUSTABLE SPANNER

STEP 1 (cont.)
Fix together the two Roof
assemblies (F/G& F/H) as
shown in Fig.2. using screws
(z). The one roof section is
slightly longer than the other
to allow them to be fixed
together.
Fix the Roof Supports (J) to
the roof assembly front and
back as shown in Fig.3.using
two screws (y)each side.
Finally, fit the finials (K) front
and back to the roof using
two screws (z).See Fig.4.
This completes assembly of
your arbour roof.
STEP 2
Assemble the Side Sections
(Ato B) as shown in Fig.5.
using screws (y).
STEP 3
Assemble the seat (C& D)
as shown in Fig.6. Use two
screws (z) either side.
STEP 4
Bolt the assembled side
sections to the seat as shown
in Fig.7.
