2 SAFETY AND PROTECTION
A. GENERAL WARNINGS
The magnet is very powerful, it may attract nearby metal items or other magnets. For the Neptune 400 there
are 2 magnets included, its very important to keep distance between these 2 magnets. If they come to close
to each other they will attach on to each other. Once that happens the magnets become inseparable.
The product is made for indoor use only and in area’s where the ambient temperature is between -5°C and -
35°C.
Please keep water away from the product and don’t use in wet surroundings. If the product comes in contact
with water it will damage the product.
The product base should be placed on a flat surface. Keep away from any surfaces that contain materials that
are affected by magnets such as; Iron, Metals and other magnetic objects as they may interfere with the
product.
3 Setting up the module

1) Place the stand on a flat surface.
2) Connect the cable to the display and plug the adapter to your outlet.
3) Weight the shoe or estimate the weight of the shoe.
4) Adjust the weight knob to match the weight of your shoe.
5) Put the magnet in the heel, make sure the small end of the magnet which is also marked with ‘TOP’ is
attached to the heel of the shoe.
6) Hold the magnet within the shoe and move towards the display. The magnet in the display is about 6 CM
from the front of the display. This is the location where you should also locate the magnet in the shoe.
7) Hold the shoe about 1.3 CM from the base. If done correctly you should feel the magnetic forces locking the
shoe into place. If this is the case release the shoe gently.
8) If you feel an upward attracting power, the set weight might be to high or to low. Do a couple of test by
using different weights.
9) Adjusting the rotation speed is done by rotating the knob with the fan icon.
