Pendulum, Abs, and Dips Station
Assembly Instructions
Parts List:
1. Torx security hand tool.
2. (8) M10 torx bolts—pre-installed
on the unit.
3. Backrest assembly.
4. Left side of unit.
5. Right side of unit.
6. Ensure there is equal distance between outer
loops, then tighten screws fully.
1. Align pieces as shown in picture.
2. Ensure berglass back is toward handles and
armrests. The Logo should face away from
armrests.
3. Using Torx tool, loosely tighten torx bolts to
attach back.
4. Make sure screw attaching backrest is not tight
to allow for adjustment.
5. When all screws are installed, tighten all of
them moderately.
Backrest needs to be installed
with the smooth plastic side facing the armrests.

Installation Instructions:
SGR2005-1-22
Pendulum, Abs, and Dips Station
1. Clamp the two center pipes
between two 2X4s, using all-thread, nuts
and washers.
2. Top of boards should be even with
the “nished grade” markings on pipes,
usually done with blue tape.
3. Stand unit in the prepared footing;
use laser or string-line to measure height
of unit.
4. Raise/lower unit so that “nished
grade” marking on pipes is correct height.
Pieces of cinder block may be placed
directly under the pipes and/or wooden
blocks and shims may be placed under
the clamping 2X4s.
5. Stake the clamping 2X4s to the
ground on each side of the unit.
6. With magnetic level, make sure
both pipes are plumb. Then attach a
balancing 2X4 (kicker) to the top portion
of the unit with tie wire and stake the
other end to the ground. If needed for
stability, a second 2X4 may be attached
and staked in a di󰀨erent direction.
7. Place metal pegs/rebar through
prepared holes in embedded pipe.
8. Pour concrete into footings. Use
vibration or thorough shovel mixing to ensure
a good set around embedded pipes, and to
eliminate air pockets.
9. Depending on the type of surface to be
installed, there should be approximately 4”
between the top of the concrete and “nished
grade.”
