Do not attempt to repair this tool. This tool contains no
user serviceable parts.
•Disconnect the adapter from the power source when
not in use.
•While the adapter is connected to a power source, do
not place it into a pocket, tool pouch or tool box with
conductive objects. Conductive objects may create a
short circuit.
•While the adapter is connected to a power source, do
not place it on moist ground or grass. Moisture may
create a short circuit.
Failure to observe these warnings could result in severe
injury or death.
Do not use solvents or flammable
cleaners to clean the tool body.
Solvents could ignite, causing serious
injury or property damage.
Use this tool for the manufacturer’s intended use only.
Use other than that described in this manual may
result in injury or property damage.
Keep the ventilation slots clear of any obstructions.
Do not place the unit on a soft surface which could
block the bottom ventilation slots. The adapter
generates internal heat.

Operating Instructions
1. Insert the adapter into the Gator tool.
2. Connect adapter to an appropriate power source.
3. Operate tool normally. Always follow the instructions and
safety information supplied with the Greenlee Gator tool.
Note: Observe the duty cycle information supplied with your
battery-powered tool.
Always disconnect the adapter from the power source before
removing it from the tool.
Cleaning Instructions
1. Disconnect the adapter from the power source.
2. Remove adapter from the tool.
3. Use a clean, damp cloth to wipe the housing and cord
clean.
Do not use solvents.
Do not immerse in any liquid.
This adapter is not approved by Makita for use on Makita
power tools.
