Troubleshooting Guide for Greenote GSC50
1）My vacuum has low suction or no suction at all？
If the suction power of your hoover has decreased significantly after a
period of use. This may be caused by a blockage inside the machine that
has not been cleaned for a long time.
Turn vacuum off and remove floor nozzle from wand. Remove soft roller
using eject tab on left side of nozzle.
Check where hair tangled :
1. Check your floor brush head
2. Check your brush room
3. Check your brush connections
4. Checking the connection of telescopic tube
Solution:
Try using a long hook or chopstick to dig out any blockages that have
become entangled in the machine, or tap down to guide the blockage
out.

2）My vacuum has shorter run time than expected？
To get the most run time, ensure that the battery is fully charged before
use. If all 3 battery LEDs are solidly illuminated when on the battery, the
battery is fully charged.
Note: The unit can take up to 4 hours to fully charge.
Run time depends heavily on cleaning mode and floor type.
3）How often should I clean my Cartridge and Brush Head?
The motor may be affected during low battery operation, we recommend you fully
charge before each use.
HEPA Filters and Brush Head that have not been cleaned for a long time may affect
the working efficiency of the motor.
We recommend that you clean your filter element once a month and replace it once
every 4-6 months.
And need clean your brush heads after 2-3 cleaning sessions, take out the rollers,
clean them of debris and hair, and wipe the brushroll chamber and the surface of the
floor brush with a damp towel.
Note：
After you clean your accessories, be sure to wait them dry before using them.
Washable Accessories:
dust cup, HEPA filter, crevice tool, floor brush cleaning tool.
Non-Washable Accessories :
motor, battery, telescoping tube, floor brush, 2-in-1 brush.
(just wipe with a damp towel)
Note：Do not use the vacuum cleaner clean wet floor.

4）My Vacuum is noisier than expected？
Note: The lower power modes (ex: Bare Floor ECO or Deep Clean) are significantly
less noisy. Power mode specifically is noisy
due to the high power.
Remove the handheld vacuum from the wand. Turn on the Handheld.
5）Why does my vacuum cleaner suddenly fail to turn on?
Please ensure the stable connection between battery and dust cup with motor （in
order from bottom to top to connect）, try to pull battery gently to test if the
connection is stable.

6）Disconnect the Wand from the floor Nozzle and Handvac
Drop a small coin (penny, pence, etc.) in one end of the Wand. If the coin doesn't fall
through,
then there is a clog that must be cleared.
