This suction is built according to state-of-the-art, recognised safety regulations. However, when in use
dangers can arise to the life and limb of those operating it or third parties, and/or adverse effects to the
device and other property.
For this reason, we would ask you to please comply with the safety instructions below:
(1) The device must only be used in technically perfect condition in accordance with its designated use
and the instructions set out in the operating manual, and only by safety-conscious persons who are
fully aware of the risks involved in operating the unit. No claims under guarantee can be entertained
in the event of operator error or lack of maintenance.
(2) Before putting into service, check if you received all specified parts.
(3) The filter system is only designed for connection to our cleaning unit ACS 900. Any other use or use
above and beyond the specifications will be regarded as improper use. The manufacturer can´t
accept any liability for damage resulting from such improper use.
The risk will be borne entirely by the user.
(4) Always keep the operating manual carefully to hand at the location where the device is used.
(5) Supplementary to the operating manual, all generally valid statutory and other binding regulations
relating to accident prevention and environmental protection must be observed and communicated to
others.
(6) Personnel entrusted with the operation of the device must, before starting work, have read the
Operating Manual and in particular the Safety instructions chapter.
This is especially important in the case of personnel who only work with the device occasionally.
(7) Never use the device in a humid environment (never > 85%) or close to combustible liquids or
gases.
(8) Do not overload the filter system and check, clean or replace it regularly.
(9) In the event of damage exchange the carbon filter. It may not be used again until it has been
repaired.
(10) Spare parts must comply with the technical requirements specified by the manufacturer. This can
only be guaranteed in the case of original spare parts from company Helmut Klein or Greiner
Vibrograf.
(11) Store the operating manual carefully.

3. General information
Carbon active filter (200 m3/h)
CarbonActive has the aim to develop optimized solutions for use in air
cleaning technology. CarbonActive standard filters use tiny active carbon
particles (Ø 0,4 - 0,8mm).
By the comminution into particles, the odor neutralizing surface is increased
by a factor of 10,000, which greatly increases the effect.
Thanks to this innovative design, the CarbonActive standard filters are lighter,
smaller, more efficient and safer than conventional activated carbon filters.
Uncomplicated and comfortable installation is guaranteed by the fixed-mounted
device.
For fans, any given cubic meter power is measured at 0 Pa pressure.
If the pressure increases, the performance of the fan decreases.
CarbonActiveFilter guarantee a smaller pressure loss than conventional filters
due to its innovative design. As a result, the air throughput in your system is
greater with the same fan than with conventional filters.
You have purchased a high quality CarbonActive filter that frees your air
of odors efficiently and safely. Please note you must use the following
instructions to ensure maximum performance and durability of this product.
Any improper handling can lead to impairment or failure of the CarbonActive
Filter.
3.1 No dirt, dust or smoke !
These close the pores of the activated carbon, thereby preventing the
neutralization of the air.Always use a pre-filter and replace it when dirty.
Remember that micro-particles such as very fine concrete dust or smoke
will move freely through the pre-filter. Therefore, never smoke in the vicinity
of a Carbon Active filter. Thus, this will also effect CO2 emissions and the
longevity of the filter. While cleaning the room, the CarbonActive filter must
be removed to prevent possible intake of micro-dust and consequent
damage of the activated carbon.

3. General information
3.2 Never humidity over 85% !
This exerts a negative influence on the capacity of the carbon filters.
Note also that using an ultrasonic
3.3 Never exceed the stated cubic meter (m3)of the carbon filter !
This will result in too short a contact time between the air and activated
carbon, whereby the neutralization is minimized. The capacity of the fan
should be 20% lower than the capacity of the filter. Thus, the activated
carbon will have enough spare capacity and can neutralize the air continously.
3.4 The give cubic meter (m3/h) of the carbon filter should never fall below 75%!
The m3 must be always at least 25% of the total output of the filter. This
ensures a constant pressure in the cylinder. For example: If the maximum
output of the filter is 1000 m3/h, then the air flow should never fall below
250 m3/h.
3.5 Store in a dry, airtight place at room temperature !
In this way carbon filter are easily stored for a long time.
3.6 Replacement !
Depending on air pollution and daily application time, the service life can
vary a lot. Therefore, change the filter as soon as the odors are detected
again.
3.7 Dispose professionally !
The product can be disposed along with normal household garbage.
Metal products should be taken to a collection site for metal recycling.

Remove the filter element on the top
of the device.
Loosen the screws
(depending on the age of the device
it may cross-head - or socket head-
screws)
and remove the grid.
