GENERAL SAFETY RULES
IMPORTANT! PLEASE, OBEY FIRE SAFETY RULES!
IMPORTANT! Non-observance of safety measures when using the grill can
lead to serious consequences, even death.
IMPORTANT! Do not use the grill near flammable, volatile or explosive
substances. It is prohibited to use the grill in places where paints, paint
thinners, solvents, gasoline, dust particles or chemicals whose properties
are unknown are located or may be present.
IMPORTANT! It is allowed to use only solid combustible materials: firewood
(alder, birch), charcoal. Construction and other materials containing
chemicals, glue, etc., are strongly prohibited as fuel: wood chipboard, wood
fiber board, and others.
IMPORTANT! It is prohibited to use paints, solvents, plastic, gasoline,
explosive and toxic substances, and other inappropriate materials and
substances when lighting a fire.
IMPORTANT! It is prohibited to touch metal surfaces of the operating grill!
IMPORTANT! It is forbidden to carry out maintenance or moving operations,
or to carry out other operations with a grill in operation.
IMPORTANT! It is forbidden to make changes or install any additional
elements in the design of the grill that are not provided by the
manufacturer.
IMPORTANT! It is prohibited to dry clothes, items, objects, firewood, bath
brooms, etc., on the grill surface.
IMPORTANT! Combustible objects shall be at least 500 mm from the surface
of the grill, and highly inflammable ones - at least 1800 mm.
IMPORTANT! It is forbidden to leave children and animals unattended in the
immediate vicinity of the grill.

IMPORTANT! The grill shall be supervised all the time, even if only
smoldering coals or hot ashes are left. Do not entrust this responsible task
to children.
It is preferable to use natural materials such as birch bark, wood chips, etc. as
firelighters.
Keep firelighters and other materials for lighting a fire out of the reach of
children!
It is not recommended to use the grill in windy weather.
Make sure that you have the fire extinguishing equipment necessary for your
environment within easy reach. Persons authorized to use the grill shall be
trained in the use of this equipment.
It is forbidden to lean on or to recline
on the grill and its parts, to use it as a support for various structures.
Vegetable oils used for cooking shall be stored in closed containers and shall
not be placed on or near the grill.
1. APPLICATION
Grill’D brand Step-Grill
is designed for cooking
outdoors, in alcoves,
in verandas and one-
storey extensions, using
firewood or charcoal.
The food can be cooked
on the range (5), or using
additional devices, such
as: wok stand (8), grate
(9). Detailed delivery
package is specified in
Section 3. DELIVERY
PACKAGE, ASSEMBLY
PROCEDURE.
IMPORTANT! When
exploiting the product
commercially, in case
of daily, heavy duty
operating mode, the
work load increases
in 5-10 times. In
such circumstances,
the Manufacturer
disclaims any warranty
obligations.

2. TECHNICAL DATA
Grill dimensions are specied in Figure 1.
Grill range (5) and cooking grate (9) are fabricated of stainless steel. Other
elements are fabricated of quality structural-grade steel, painted with an-
corrosion heat-resistant enamel that can withstand temperatures up to 600 °C.
Paint burnout or cracking in the inner bowl (4) is normal and is due to ame
exposure.
No unhealthful substances are emied during heang.

3. DELIVERY PACKAGE, ASSEMBLY PROCEDURE
3.1 Delivery package

1) If necessary, the grill can be fixed
at the place of permanent operation:
there are four holes with a diameter
of 12 mm in the base (1) for fixing the
grill, for example, M10 anchor bolts
(not included into delivery package).
The installation site shall be properly
prepared to ensure the grill stability.
2) After the installation of the base
(1) one support to be attached to it
(6) using one of fastening elements
(10-13).
3.2 Assembly procedure:
IMPORTANT! Do not give mechanical impact to the grill surface prior to
complete heat-bodying of the paint and its cooldown, in order to avoid
damage of the coat of heat-resistant paint.

3) Shelf (2) to be installed into the grooves of the previously installed
support (6) and while holding it, install the second support (6)
simultaneously matching the grooves and the shelf. While holding the
structure, attach the support to the base (1) using fastening elements
(10-13).

4) Install the outer bowl (3), attach it to the supports (6) in four places using
fastening elements (10-13).

5) Install the inner bowl (4) grooves to match the landing seats on the outer
bowl (3).

and inner bowl (4).

4. COMMISSIONING
IMPORTANT! Remove all packing elements, paper information labels, etc.,
prior to the operation of the product.
IMPORTANT! It is prohibited to operate products with faults.
Make sure that all elements of the grill are free from defects, and also make
sure that the delivery package is complete.
Prior to operation of the product, it is necessary to carry out a preparatory
stoking outdoors or in a ventilated room away from combustible surfaces and
materials, in compliance with fire safety measures and safe work practices.
Compound for metal protection and volatile components of the heat-resistant
enamel evaporate as a result of stoking.
IMPORTANT! It is necessary to void the chance of mechanical impact and
ingress of water on the paint coating of the heater during preparatory
stoking.
After carrying out preparatory stoking, wait for the complete cooldown of the
grill surface. Wipe the cooking range (5) using hot water and a non-metallic
washing brush, and then wipe it dry. Only use cleaning agent in case of severe
contamination.
Follow the same cleaning procedure in the process of further operation.
5. WARRANTY
The warranty period for the Product is 1 year from the date of purchase of
the Product by the Consumer. If the Consumer detects a non-compliance
of the Product with the specified properties, the Consumer has the right
to address a claim to the Company that sold the Product. However, the
Company has the right to contact the Manufacturer to resolve issues
regarding the Claim.
The Manufacturer undertakes to improve the entire Product or its parts (as
decided by the Manufacturer) free of charge, replace the entire Product, its
components, parts, compensate for the damage in any other way (as agreed
with the Consumer), if the defect occurred during the warranty period or due
to the Manufacturer’s fault.
Should the Consumer make alterations to the entire Product, its
component(s), parts, then warranty obligations do not apply to the Product.
Thereafter, the warranty does not apply to elements that are subject to
periodic replacement during operation.
The Product warranty is not provided in case of violation by the Consumer of
the requirements specified in the Operation Manual, technical requirements
for installation and operation of the Product. The above violations by the
Consumer release the Manufacturer from responsibility.
Signs of corrosion may appear on the Product due to damage to the paint
coating during operation, which is not a warranty case.

6. TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE
The following storage conditions apply to the storage premises of both the
Supplier and the Consumer.
Storage conditions: In accordance with GOST 15150-69, group 3. (in a
dry room, providing protection from atmospheric precipitation and direct
sunlight), in the original packaging, in a horizontal position.
Temperature conditions: from - 60 to + 40 ⁰С with relative air humidity not
more than 80% (at +25 ⁰С).
IMPORTANT: The air of the storage room shall not contain impurities of
corrosive substances.
Shelf life in original packaging until re-preservation is 12 months.
7. DISPOSAL
The Product does not contain any harmful, hazardous, toxic substances, and
thus does not pose hazard to human life and health, and to the environment,
so it can be disposed of according to the rules for general industrial waste
disposal.
