DRILL PRESS TRAY
INSTRUCTIONS
Introduction
***Keep for Future Reference***
The Model T33682 holds bits, chucks and other
equipment for your drill press. It easily mounts to a
drill press column up to 43⁄4" in diameter, and can
be conveniently rotated 360° during operations for
closer access.
The tray size is 113⁄8" across and has pre-drilled
mounting holes for bit sizes 1⁄16" to 1⁄2" in 32nd and
64th increments.

Installation
Installing the Model T33682 consists of clamping
the mounting block to the drill press column, and
installing the Z-bars, adapter, and tool tray.

6. Mount Z-bar adapter on 1⁄2" Z-bar
(see Figure 5).
Note: Z-bar adapter has one end drilled at 3⁄8"
and one end drilled at 1⁄2".
7. Mount 3⁄8" Z - b a r i n t o Z - b a r a d a p t e r
(see Figure 5).
8. Insert tool tray on top of 3⁄8" Z - b a r
(see Figure 5).
5. Mount 1⁄2" Z-bar into mounting block
(see Figure 4).

To install drill press tray:
1. Unscrew hose clamp key until band is free of
shroud, then repeat with second hose clamp.
2. Feed clamp bands through slots in mounting
block, then slide clamp bands underneath
drill press rack (see Figure 3).
Note: Do not position clamps over rack. They
will interfere with movement of drill press
column.
3. Position mounting block on drill press column
(see Figure 3).
Note: Position mounting block high enough
on column so it does not interfere with table
movement.
4. Insert clamp bands in shrouds and tighten
until snug (see Figure 3).
