Labri de ardin dont vous venez de faire lacuisition a été conçu en
vue dune utilisation privative. Il nest donc en aucun cas conçu pour
recevoir du public ou servir à leercice dune activité commerciale.
Selon lemplacement où elle est réalisée et selon la surface
concernée, la construction de votre abri de ardin peut être soumise à
une déclaration de travauou à une demande préalable de permis de
construire. Nous vous conseillons donc de vous rapprocher de la
Mairie compétente pour obtenir toutes informations utiles avant
démarrage de vos travau.
Nous vous conseillons également de vous rapprocher de votre
assureur, la garantie de votre abri pouvant nécessiter un avenant à
votre contrat dassurance habitation.
MODALITES DE GARANTIE
Votre abri de ardin bénéficie, comme tous les produits de notre
gamme, de la garantie rosfilleselon les modalités suivantes Labri de ardin et ses composants sont garantis contre tout défaut de
matière ou de fabrication pendant une durée de 10 ans et ce, à compter
de la date dachat figurant sur votre facture ou ticet de caisse.
En cas de r clamation, vous devrez imp rativement
rappeler le num ro de s rie de votre abri Garden Home
ainsi que la r f rence de la pièce d fectueuse et pr senter
votre justificatif d’achat (facture, ticket de caisse). Ces
informations sont rappel es sur votre notice de montage
ainsi que sur notre site www.grosfillex-gardenhome.com.
Pensez donc à conserver pr cieusement votre justificatif
d’achat et votre notice de montage.
Dans le cas du remplacement dune pièce manuante ou défectueuse
couverte par la garantie, rosfillesengage à vous délivrer, sans
frais, ladite pièce dans les plus brefs délais. Dans le cas où une pièce
couverte par la garantie nest plus disponible, rosfillela remplacera
par une pièce adaptable et de ualité identiue.

CONSEILS D’UTILISATION
Les abris de petites dimensions (usuà 5 m2) peuvent être édifiés et
fiés sur des dalles gravillonnées ou des plots dangle en béton. ฀Au-dessus de cette dimension de 5 m2, nous recommandons
sstématiuement la réalisation préalable dune dalle en béton
(fondation) sur lauelle doit être édifié et fié votre abri. La fiation de
votre abri sur son support doit être réalisée au moen des accessoires
de fiation ui vous sont fournis. Quelles ue soient enfin la
dimension et la référence de votre abri, nous vous recommandons
den renforcer la fiation sur son support au moen du it dancrage
rosfilledisponible auprès de notre service après-vente dont les
coordonnées figurent ci-après sous la référence 22 954 031.
MISE EN GARDE
Nous attirons votre attention sur certaines pratiues formellement
déconseillées pouvant présenter un danger pour vous-même et pour
autrui et susceptibles de vous faire perdre le bénéfice de notre garantie.
Nous déconseillons ainsi formellement - toute utilisation dune flamme nue ou dune source de chaleur à
lintérieur ou à proimité immédiate de labri,
- toute installation de labri à un emplacement fortement eposé au vent,
- toute orientation des portes face au vent dominant.
- le défaut de fiation de labri au sol, ou la fiation à même le sol
sans fondation,
- la présence prolongée dans labri en cas deposition à une forte
chaleur tout particulièrement pour les nourrissons, eunes enfants ou
personnes âgées,
- toute installation électriue ui ne serait pas réalisée par un
électricien professionnel agrée,
- le dépôt dans votre abri dobets sensibles à lhumidité, la
condensation ou la corrosion.
EXCLUSIONS DE GARANTIE
Nous vous informons ue notre garantie est par contre eclue dans
les cas suivants - modification ou altération du produit par le client,
- non-respect des préconisations de montage, dutilisation ou dentretien,
- utilisation de pièces ou de composants non fournis par rosfille,
- usage ecessif de la force lors de lassemblage des composants,
- altération du PVdue à lémanation de produits chimiues
entreposés dans labri,
- déformation de labri due à lentreposage dobets lourds contre les parois,
- fiation de crochets, de vis, de supports ou de sstèmes de
suspension autres ue ceufournis ou préconisés par rosfille,
- décoloration progressive du PVdue à leposition auraons solaires,
- usure liée à lutilisation et/ou au vieillissement normal du produit,
- usage de produits abrasifs ou de détergents pour nettoer votre abri

- déformation ou effondrement dû à labsence de fondations ou à des
fondations défectueuses,
- dégâts provoués par des aléas climatiues eceptionnels
(tempêtes, ouragans, foudre, inondations),

GUARANTEE CONDITIONS

rosfilleguarantee as follows The garden shed and its components
are guaranteed against anmaterial or manufacturing fault for 10
ears as of the date of purchase which appears on our invoice or till
receipt. Should you wish to make a claim, you must quote
the serial number of your Garden House and the reference
of the faulty parts and present your purchase documents (invoice,
till receipt). This information is quoted in your assembly

document and your assembly instructions safe. Should a missing
or faultpart covered bthe guarantee be replaced, rosfilleagrees
to deliver it to ou as soon as possible free of charge. Should a part

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
The small sheds (up to 5 m2) can be built on and fied to a gravel
foundation or concrete corner blocs. For sheds with a surface area
greater than 5 m2, we sstematicallrecommend first constructing a
concrete foundation on which our shed must be built and fied.
Fiing our shed on its support must be carried out using the
fastening accessories supplied to ou. Finall, whatever our shed's
dimension and reference number, we recommend that ou reinforce
the fastenings to its support busing a rosfillegripping it,
available with our after-sales service. Details of this can be found
below under the reference number 22 954 031.
WARNING
We would lie to draw our attention to some strictlinadvisable
practices which could present a danger to ourself or others and
which are lielto lead to losing the benefit of our guarantee.
We therefore strictladvise against- using a naed flame or heat source inside or in the immediate
proimitof our shed.
- installing the shed on a site heavileposed to wind.
- directing the doors towards prevailing wind.
- failing to fithe shed to the ground, or even fiing it to the ground
without a foundation.
- spending prolonged periods of time in the shed in case of eposure to
etreme heat, particularlinfants, oung children and elderlpeople.

RATSCHLAG ZUR BENUTZUNG
Die leinen artenhäuser (bis 5m2) önnen auf abgesplitteten Platten
oder winelförmigen Betonblöcen errichtet und befestigt werden. Bei
artenhäusern von über 5m2 empfehlen wir grundsätzlich, vorher
eine Betonplatte (Fundament) zu bauen, auf die Ihr artenhaus
errichtet werden soll. Das artenhaus muss mit Hilfe des
mitgelieferten Befestigungszubehörs im Boden veranert werden.
Unabhängig davon, wie groß und wie teuer Ihr artenhaus
letztendlich wird, empfehlen wir Ihnen, die Befestigung im Boden mit
Hilfe des rosfile-Veranerungs-Bausatzes zu verstären, der bei

Wir warnen Sie ausdrüclich vor bestimmten Methoden, die für Sie
selbst und für andere eine efahr darstellen und aufgrund derer Sie

Wir warnen hiermit ausdrüclich davor,

unmittelbarer Nähe des artenhauses zu benutzen,
- das artenhaus an einer Stelle mit starem Windeinfall zu errichten,
- die Türen nach der Haupt-Windrichtung auszurichten,
- das artenhaus gar nicht oder ohne Fundament im Boden zu
veranern,
- sich bei starer Hitze länger imartenhaus aufzuhalten (dies gilt

zugelassenen Eletrier durchführen zu lassen,
