Correct Sitting Posture
PROTECTING LUMBAR POSITIONS ADJUSTMENT
To adjust lumbar positions:
Hold both sides of lumbar positions adjustment handles and lift upwards slowly to increase the lumbar
tilt to provide the user with whole line support of spine.
There are total 7 levels adjustable.
To reduce lumbar positions:
Lift the handles to the top and push down, the spine will return to the original position,
then adjust to the optimal positions by lifting the handles slowly.
Attention: To provide smoother movement, do not tilt the bionic spine during this adjustment.
Hold the both sides seat front edge, slide forwards
or backwards to increase or reduce seat depth

and automatically all the time in any sitting positions.
HEIGHT DEPTH ANGLE
Height Vertical adjustment
Hold both sides of the headrest
and push it up or down to adjust
the height.
Height Setting adjustment
Hold the headrest support bar
and push the bar up or down to adjust
and set the height.
Tilt adjustment
Press the button on the right side of
the headrest support bar when seated
and push the headrest forwards or
backwards to tilt the headrest.
Release the button to lock the position.
Angle adjustment
Hold two sides of the headrest and
rotate forwards or backwards to adjust
the angle.
Being fully seated on the seat cushion (the hips should be in contact with the chair’s back) is key to provide full
and correct support to back, hips and legs.
Keep the head and neck straight to lean against the headrest, eyesight focused ahead, looking straight
Body leaning against the backrest, ensuring good back support
Keep the elbow bent at 90º, hands dropped naturally, shoulders relaxed
Keep knees bent at 90º
Keep a 5-8 cm distance between the seat’s front edge to and the back of the knees
Feet at on the oor or on a footrest
