Bedienelemente / Controls
cFader Regler
Einstellmöglichkeit für das Ausgangsverhältnis von Front und Rear im 4
Lautsprecher Betrieb.
Fader control
This control adjusts the volume between the front and rear output in 4-
speaker system.
dEingangswahlschalter –Für AUX oder CD Input.
Input selector switch –This switch selects the AUX or CD input.
eBeleuchtungs Umschalter – Wahl zwischen roter / blauer Beleuchtung.
Illumination switch – Red / Blue color back light select switch.
fLautstärkeregler –Gesamtlautstärkeregler für alle Ausgänge.
Master volume control – This is the main control to adjust the output level.
gSubwoofer Ausgangslautstärke
Regelt das Level des Subwooferausgangs.
Subwoofer output volume
This control adjusts output level of subwofer RCA jack.
hEqualizer Kontrollregler
Regelt die Frequenzen von Subwoofer, Kickbass, Mittelton und Hochton.
Parametric Equalizer controls
Control the frequency response of the boost or cut, with the 4 tone controls
each Sub, Low, Mid and High.

Weicheneinstellung / Crossover control
Wir empfehlen die Regler für LOW/MID und High Frequenzen mittig, und den
Subwoofer Frequenzregler auf circa 60Hz zu stellen.
Die Technologie dieses Geräts ermöglicht es Ihnen jede Einstellung genau auf
Ihren persönlichen Geschmack abzustimmen. Bitte beachten Sie, das die
korrekten Einstellungen immer vom gesamten Audiosystem und Ihrem
individuellen Musikgeschmack abhängig sind. Bitte prüfen Sie alle Einstellungen
sowie alle Bänder sorgfältig bevor Sie die Installation beenden.
It is recommended that the LOW/MID/HI frequencies be set a center position
and that the SUB frequency be set at around 60Hz. One of the best features of
this unit it that it allows the listener to adjust each band exactly to his own
satisfaction, so please note that the correct settings depend very much on the
overall system itself and the individual musical taste of the listener. Please
check the settings for each band carefully before completing the installation.
Setup Einstellungen / Set-up adjustment
Vor dem Einschalten :
Drehen Sie die Lautstärke am Gerät, die Input Gain Kontrolle und die
Lautstärke an Ihrer Head Unit auf Minimum. Drehen Die nun die Equalizer
Regler auf eine 12 Uhr Stellung.
Vor dem Einschalten des Systems :
Nachdem alle Kabel angeschlossen und sorgfältig geprüft wurden, können Sie
das System nun einschalten.
Einstellung :
Drehen Sie die Lautstärke des Geräts auf maximum. Drehen Sie die Gain Input
Regler auf die Mitte zwischen Maximum und Minimum. Drehen Sie die
Lautstärke Ihrer Head Unit nach und nach lauter bis die Musikwiedergabe
verzerrt klingt. Drehen Sie nun die Input Gain Kontrollen nach oben bis die
Störungen hörbar werden, drehen Sie dann wieder langsam die Lautstärke
nach unten. Das System ist während dieses Vorgangs sehr belastet. Drehen
Sie die Lautstärke nun wieder auf Minimum und anschließend auf eine
angenehme Lautstärke. Das erhöhen und verringern der Lautstärke sollte nun
linear und gleichmäßig klingen.

Before turn on :
Turn the unit volume to minimum. Adjust the input gains to minimum. Turn
the source unit volume to minimum. Set EQ controls to flat (12 o’clock).
System turn on :
After completing all wiring and signal connections you can now turn
the system on.
Adjust :
Raise volume of the unit to maximum. Adjust left and right input gains of the
unit until half way between minimum and maximum. Gradually increase source
volume until clip. Begin gradually increasing input gains until distortion is
audible, then reduce slightly, system should be extremely load at this point.
Turn the volume control down to minimum and back up to comfortable level.
Volume changes should sound linear and balanced.
Vorsichtsmaßnahmen / Precautions
Aus Sicherheitsgründen muss das Gerät fest im Fahrzeug installiert werden.
Bohren Sie keine Löcher in die Teile des Fahrzeuges, wenn Sie nicht wissen
was sich darunter befindet. Achten sie auf Kabelbäume und
Kraftstoffleitungen.
Benutzen Sie das Gerät immer nur im Rahmen der StVo vermeiden Sie
Ruhestörungen .
Enjoy your system, but use it wisely and safely!
Never drive with the volume raised so high you cannot hear what is occurring
in traffic around you.
Be aware that repeated exposure to excessive volume levels can permanently
damage your hearing.
Keep all electronics away from moisture, dust, extreme heat or vibrations.

Achtung / Notes
Bei der Benutzung beachten Sie bitte Folgendes:
Die Lautstärke sollte immer über den GZEQ 4.7X geregelt werden. Dazu stellen
Sie den Pegel am Headunit auf halb bis dreiviertel. Somit ist die max.
Ausnutzung des Vorverstärkers im GZEQ 4.7X sichergestellt.
Bei Störungen wie zb. Lichtmaschinenpfeifen überprüfen Sie Ihre
Masseverbindungen im Fahrzeug. Alle Geräte sollen einen gemeinsamen
Massepunkt haben !
Set your source volume at one-half to three-quarters up and leave it. Always
use the GZEQ 4.7X volume control as a master (main) volume vontrol. This will
allow you to take advantage of the GZEQ 4,7X’s superior signal-to-noise ratio.
Its volume control is more linear than any sourve unit volum control. If engine
noise is audible, check the ground connection on all units in the audio system.
