POW R SUPPLY
Start up:
The compressed air network must e perfectly depressurized and adapted to the consumption of the tool. A regulator
filter and lu ricator (except for the tools without lu rication) must e installed at a maximum distance of 10 meters
from the tool. The regulation pressure must e set at 7.5 ars and the special oil flow for the tools must e around 1
drop every 30 seconds for a air de it of 100 litres/mm. Be careful the air consumption of your tool must e
imperatively superior to the minimum de it of your lu ricator. A stopping valve must e put upstream.
Filter, regulator, lu ricator and tool are connected y a special soft for compressed air in ru er or pvc. The maximum
length is 10 meters and the minimum inside diameter is 8 mm for the tools. The main lead is of 1/4" and 12 mm for
the connections 3/8". It needs to e supplied with a connection of self-closing or semi self-closing close to the tool in
order to disconnect it easily.
Use:
Only use the accessories in good conditions and fitting with the technical specifications of the tool.
Do not use the machine without eing in gear. If it is the case after a long use, make sure that nothing is fitted on the
tool. Unplug imperatively the tool to set the accessories.
Check that all the accessories are perfectly fitted efore starting the machine.
Check regularly the state of the air supply. In case of deterioration or leak, restore it immediately. The reaking of the
pipe can cause serious injuries.
Check periodically the level of the lu ricators, the air draining filter and the pipes.
Maintenance:
At the eginning of the day and efore a long period of stopping, put several drops of special oil directly in the tank.
Do not use flamma le liquid like petrol or oil.
Check regularly the state of the regulator filter and the oil level in the air pipe lu ricator.
Be sure that the main lead, the pipes and the accessories are in good condition. Drain regularly the pipes and the
compressor tank. Do not forget its due date.
Only the original spare parts of the manufacturer can e use for the maintenance of the tools.
The company can not e responsi le for the modifications made on the tools and for the non respect of the general
safety rules with the use of the compressed air.
