mation completely.Please keep these instructions in asafe
place for futurereference. If you sellthe device, please pass
these operating instructions on to the new owner.
1. Explanation of Warning Symbols and Notes
Warning
This symbol is used to indicate safety instructions or to draw
your attention to specichazards and risks.

3. Safety Notes
•Protect the product from dirt, moistureand overheating, and
only use it in adry environment.
•This product is not intended for use by persons, including
children, with limited physical, sensory or mental abilities
or lacking in experience or knowledge, unless they are
supervised by aperson responsible for their safety or have
been instructed on how to use the product.
•The product may only be operated with the type of power
supply network described on the name plate.
•Only connect the product to asocket that has been ap-
proved for the device. The electrical socket must always be
easily accessible.
•If you will not be using the product for along period of time,
disconnect it from mains power.
•Do not use the product if the AC adapter,adapter cable or
power cable is damaged.
•Do not drop the product and do not expose it to any major
shocks.
•Do not attempt to service or repair the product yourself.
Leave any and all service work to qualied experts.
•Do not open the device or continue to operate it if it
becomes damaged.
Warning
Never look straight into the light source and do
not aim its beam of light straight into the eyes
of other people or animals. This could damage
your/their eyes.
•Please note that lamps (even LEDs) generate heat and
may become hot. Always let the lamp cool down for afew
minutes beforetouching it.
•Do not place any objects or hang objects (for example,
decorative material) on the LED desk lamp. Doing so could
create a re hazard.
•Only use the device with the included LED ballast unit (pow-
er supply unit). Normal power supply units arenot suitable
for the lamp.
•The light source of this light is not replaceable; when the
light source has reached the end of its life, you need to
replace the entirelight.
•The lamp arm can be tilted 90-0° for transport. In continual
use, the lamp arm should not be tilted morethan 45° (see
Pic 2).
•The lamp is intended only for private household and oce
use. Due to the touch function, the lamp is not suitable
for use on metal surfaces (for example, iron, aluminium,
copper).
•Do not place any electronic objects (such as smartphones,
tablets, cables) onto the touch control panel.
•Do not touch the touch control panels with wet hands.
4. Product features
The desk lamp features different colour temperatures (warm
white to daylight) so that you can always nd the appropriate
light for your needs. The virtually icker-free light protects your
eyes and prevents fatigue. The amount of light is continuously
adjustable to suit your brightness requirements. The lamp can
be adjusted for optimum positioning using swivel and hinge
joints. Touch buttons ensureergonomic and simple operation.
In addition, aUSB port is available for charging aUSB terminal
device, such as asmartphone or tablet.
5. Getting started and operation
5.1 Connection
Connect the supplied power supply unit to the DC socket on
the desk lamp. Place the lamp on astable, even, horizontal
surface and adjust to your liking. Connect the power supply
unit to an easily accessible mains socket.
5.2 Settings
Switch on/off
Taponthe touch control panel (1) twice in quick succession to
switch on or off.

Light modes
CCTmode
•Continuously adjustable light colour (warm white to daylight)
Touch the lamp arm (4) to change the colour.The colour
changes with every touch. The lamp vibrates slightly when the
lowest or highest value is reached. Forfurther settings, you
must touch the lamp arm again.
After the lamp has been switched off using the touch control
panel, it will switch on again with the last light colour setting.
Brightness
•The amount of light is continuously adjustable to suit your
brightness requirements.
Touch the touch control panel (1). As long as you touch it, the
brightness will increase. The lamp vibrates slightly when the
maximum value is reached. To reduce the brightness, you must
touch the touch control panel again.
After the lamp has been switched off using the touch control
panel, it will switch on again with the last brightness setting.
USB charging function
Connect asuitable USB terminal device (for example, smart-
phone, tablet) to the USB port. Beforeconnecting aterminal
device, check whether the lamp’spower output can supply
sucient power for the device.
6. Careand Maintenance
•Only clean this product with aslightly damp, lint-free cloth
and do not use aggressive cleaning agents.
•Make surethat water does not get into the product.
