Warranty
Floor Heating Systems (FHS) gives THREE years limited
warranty.
This product is guaranteed against workmanship defects for
a three-year period,following the initial date of purchase.
During this period FHS will repair or replace, at our option
and without charge,any defective products which have
been used under normal conditions.The warranty does not
cover delivery costs and does not apply to products poorly
installed or randomly damaged following installation.
This warranty cancels and replaces any other manufacturers
express or implied warranty as well as any other company
commitment FHS cannot be held liable for related or
random damages following the installation of this product.
The defective product as well as the purchase invoice must
be returned to the place of purchase or mailed,prepaid and
insured,to the nearest shipping address.

Thank you for choosing the FH 270. The Thermostat is de-
signed for Electrical underfloor heating. It can be pro-
grammed for up to 4 events each day with different tempe-
ratures. You may select Program Mode or Manual Mode ac-
cording to your individual requirements.

Manuel Mode
The manual mode overrides the schedule pro-
gram. Set the temperature and number of hours
according to your individual requirements and
the thermostat will operate at this temperature.
Program schedule mode
The schedule is used to automatically switch
between comfort and economy temperature.

Press the front frame on the front of the thermostat
Note:
Please take care of the connection wires between the
housing cover and the power base when installing the
thermostat.
Installation Guidelines
Turn off the power to the heating system
at the main power panel to avoid electrical
shock. Installation should be carried out
by a qualified electrician.
All work must conform to the most recent
national regulations for electric instal-
lations and wirings.This thermostat should
be connected on a circuit with a RCD
failure current tripping device. For new in-
stallation, choose a location 1,5 m above
the floor.
The Thermostat must be installed on an
inside wall. Avoid locations where there is
an air draft, air outlet, top of staircase,be-
hind door, direct sunlight, concealed
chimneys or stove pipes.
Accessories
Before making the connections, make sure that the
base covers the electrical box entirely. If not,install
a wall plate at the back of the base.
Press the front cover on the thermostat
To release the front cover use a screw driver and
push the taps in both sides
Turn power on
When power is turned on set the time and
weekday.
If displays shows: “ __ __ ”the floor probe
is not connected or fails.
