1 Introduction
This device is designed to effectively disinfect and sterilize the resin in your water treat ent syste .
Once installed, it works in conjunction with a Hankscraft Runxin valve with an output power of
DC5V/200 A. During brine draw, salt water runs through the device and is electrolyzed to produce a
weak solution of hypo chloric acid that is safe for treat ent of supply water.
2 Pre-Installation Checklist
IMPORTANT NOTICE
Read through the instructions thoroughly and obtain all aterials and tools before proceeding with the
installation. Be sure to follow all applicable national, state, county and local plu bing codes and
regulations.
All plu bing and electrical work should be perfor ed by an accredited professional to ensure all local,
state, and unicipal guidelines are et.
During cold weather it is reco ended that the installer war the valve to roo te perature before
operating.

1. Utility knife or scissors

4 Product Installation
1. Cut the supply tube where the disinfection
device will be located.
2. Insert end of tube into fe ale threaded hex nut.
3. Place plastic insert into the end of the cut tubing,
pressing in fir ly.
4. Place tubing with insert into the
disinfection device until the stop is
reached. Tighten the hex nut until fir .
5. Repeat Steps 2-4 for the opposite side of
the disinfection device.

6 Hankscraft Runxin, LLC Warranty Statement
LIMITED WARRANTY
As described herein, Hankscraft Runxin, LLC ("Hankscraft Runxin"), warrants its products are free fro
defects in aterial and work anship only, when properly installed, operated, and aintained. This
warranty is subject to the exceptions herein.
Hankscraft Runxin warrants to the original owner that the ite s listed below, excluding but not li ited
to wear parts like O-rings, gaskets and seals, will be free fro defects in aterials and work anship for
the period of ti e specified below fro the original purchase date.

Media/resin is not warrantied due to water supply quality differences.
Any parts used for replace ent are warrantied for the re ainder of the original warranty period
applicable to the part fro the date of anufacture so long as the parts are installed by a Hankscraft
Runxin factory trained and authorized installer.
Hankscraft Runxin's obligation by this Li ited Warranty, at is option, is to repair or replace any
warrantied product only. Labor for repair or replace ent is not included as part of this warranty. Prior
to returning the product to Hankscraft Runxin, a valid return aterials authorization nu ber ust be
obtained fro Hankscraft Runxin. Any product returned to Hankscraft Runxin without a valid return
authorization nu ber will be rejected. Any product found to be defective will, at the sole discretion of
Hankscraft Runxin, be repaired or replaced. Hankscraft Runxin is not responsible for shipping cost to the
repair facility. This section lists the sole re edies for any valid warranty clai .
This warranty does not apply to defects reported to Hankscraft Runxin outside of the warranty period.
This warranty does not apply to defects caused by installing, operating, servicing, odifying, repairing or
aintaining (or lack of aintaining) the product outside of Hankscraft Runxin's reco endations.
Filters, e brane ele ents and flow restrictors that beco e fouled or plugged due to excessive
turbidity, dissolved solids, or icroorganis s are not covered by this warranty. This warranty does not
apply to defects caused by da age during ship ent, neglect, isuse, odification, accident,

nonco pliance with local codes and ordinances, hot water, frozen water, sedi ent, corrosive liquids,
gases, che icals, bacteria, ani als, sand, salt, flood, wind, fire, outdoor installations where the product
is not reasonably covered, pneu atic use, natural disasters, war, terroris or acts of God. No other
person is authorized to ake any other warranty on behalf of Hankscraft Runxin either during or after
the applicable warranty period.
Hankscraft Runxin assu es no liability for deter ining the proper products and equip ent or
installation necessary to eet the require ents of the user of the product, and Hankscraft Runxin does
not authorize others to assu e such liability on its behalf.
THE WARRANTIES AND REMEDIES HEREIN ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ANY AND ALL OTHER
WARRANTIES OR REMEDIES EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, HEREIN OR ELSEWHERE, INCLUDING
WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE,
NON-INFRINGEMENT OR WARRANTIES RESULTING FROM COURSE OF PERFORMANCE, COURSE OF
DEALING OR FROM USAGE OF TRADE HANKSCRAFT RUNXIN HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER
WARRANTIES HANKSCRAFT RUNXIN'S LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE COST OF THE PRODUCT
HANKSCRAFT RUNXIN IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR
EXPENSES OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES
AND REGARDLESS OF WHETHER HANKSCRAFT RUNXIN WAS AWARE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF ANY SUCH
