TROUBLESHOOTING
GUIDE
Color
VlDEONOW
would
like
to
offer
you
some
basic
troubleshooting
advice
so
that
you
can
fully
maximize
your
entertainment
experience.
If
your
player
skips:
Your
hi-tech
Color
VlDEONOW
Player
is
sensitive
and
may
skip
due
to
sudden
movements
but
will
continue
playing
your
videos
where
it
left
off.
If
your
player
freezes
up:
If
your
player
happens
to
freeze
up,
you
will
need
to
reset
your
player.
To
do
this,
simply
remove
the
existing
batteries
from
the
player
and
reinsert
them.
If
during
playback
you
can't
see
video
but
still
can
hear
sound:
Replace
your
batteries
with
3
x
1.5V
"AA"
or
LR6
size
alkaline
batteries.
If
you
turn
on
your
player
and
it
shuts
off
after
the
clock
comes
up:
Replace
your
batteries
with
3
x
1.5V
"AA"
or
LR6
size
alkaline
batteries.

Using
a
Phillips/cross
head
screwdriver,
loosen
the
screw
in
the
battery
compart¬
ment
cover
(screw
stays
attached
to
cover)
Remove
cover.
Insert
3
x
1.5V
"AA"
or
LR6
size
alkaline
batteries
(not
included).
Replace
cover
and
tighten
screw.

Be
sure
to
insert
the
batteries
correctly
and
always
follow
the
toy
and
battery
manufacturers’
instructions;
2.
Do
not
mix
old
batteries
and
new
batteries

batteries;

remove
weak

dead

PVD,
as
you
would
a
standard

snaps

place

The
fast-forward
immediately
goes

will

4x

seconds.
The
B&W
discs,
as
well
as
special
"extended
play"
color
discs,
will
be
at
4x
and
8x
speed
instead
of
2x
and
4x.

To
jump
back
to
the
beginning
of
the
track
you
are
currently
watching,
press
the
"Previous"
button
once.
To
go
back
to
the
track
before
the
one
you
are
currently
on,
press
the
"Previous"
button
twice.

To
fast
rewind
through
the
video,
press
and
hold
down
the
"Previous"
button
and
fast
reverse
will
happen
at
2x
the
current
speed.
To
increase
the
speed
of
the
fast
reverse,
continue
to
hold
down
the
"Previous"
button
for
an
additional
two
seconds
and
it
will
happen
at
4x
the
speed
until
the
"Previous"
button
is
released,
at
which
point
the
video
will
begin
playing.

stop
your
video,
simply
press
the
"Stop"
