product. Make sure all the parts and hardware are included in the carton and examine them for any

Assembly the Front and Rear Stabilizer
STEP 1-
Attach the Front Stabilizer (4) to the Main Frame (1) with 2 - M8 x 75mm Carriage
Bolts (45), 2 - M8 Curved Washers (50), 2 - M8 Spring Washers (49) and 2 - M8
Dome Nuts (48). Attach the Rear Stabilizer (5) to the Main frame (1) with 2 - M8 x
75mm Carriage Bolts (45), 2 - M8 Curved Washers (50), 2 - M8 Spring Washers
(49) and 2 -M8 Dome Nuts (48).
NOTE: TIGHTEN ALL BOLTS AT THIS TIME

Pedals Assembly
STEP 2
Attach the Pedals (Left and Right) (11L/R) to the Pedal Crank (21)
(See note). Both Pedals MUST be tightened securely other wise damage
may occur to the Crank. Fit the Pedal Straps to ensure a snug, but not
tight fit with your normal footwear.
Note:
One Pedal is supplied with a RIGHT HANDTHREAD for the RIGHT HAND
SIDE of the cycle and must be fitted by turning CLOCKWISE.
The other Pedal is supplied with a LEFT HAND THREAD for the LEFT HAND
SIDE and must be fitted by turning ANTI-CLOCKWISE.

Handlebar Upright Assembly
NOTE: TIGHTEN ALL BOLTS AT THIS TIME
STEP 3
Remove the 6 - M8 x 20mm Allen Bolts (44), 4 - M8 Flat Washers (51) 2 from
the front and 1 on each side and 2 - M8 Curved Washers (50) at the rear from
the Main Frame.
a). Slide the Handlebar Upright Cover (12) over the bottom of the Handlebar
Upright(2). Before attempting this stage of the assembly.
b). Connect the Exercise Monitor Upper Control Wire (57) to the Exercise
Monitor Lower Control Wire (58), ensuring a tight connection.
c). Carefully lower the Handlebar Upright (2) onto the Main Frame (1), loosely
fit 6 - M8 x 20mm Allen Bolts (44), 4 - M8 Flat Washers (51) 2 at the front and
1 on each side and 2 - M8 Curved Washers (19) at the rear previously
removed.
Make sure the Handlebar Upright is aligned correctly and tighten all fittings.
Slide the Handlebar Upright Cover (12) down over the Allen Bolts onto the top
of the main frame side panels.

Seat Assembly
STEP 4
Remove the 3 - M8 Nylon Nuts (47) and 3 - M8 Flat Washers (51) from underneath
the Seat (9), then attach the Seat (9) to the Seat Support Bar (7) using the 3 - M8
Nylon Nuts (47) and 3 - M8 Flat Washers (51) that were removed
STEP 5
Now slide the Seat Support Bar (7) into the Seat Stem (6) and secure it with 1 - M8
Flat Washer (51) and 1 -Adjustable Knob (29).
NOTE: TIGHTEN ALL BOLTS AT THIS TIME

Seat Stem Assembly
STEP 6
Slide the Seat Stem (6) through the Seat Stem Cover (15), now slide the Seat Stem
(6) into the Seat Stem Protector (70) and Main Frame (1) adjust the Seat to the
desired height allowing for a slight knee bend at the bottom of the pedaling action.
Tighten the Adjustment Knob (16) after adjustment.
NOTE: TIGHTEN ALL BOLTS AT THIS TIME

Exercise Monitor Assembly
STEP 7
Feed both Pulse Sensor Wires (59) through the hole on the right side of the
Handlebar Upright (2) and out of the top hole. Attach the Handlebar (3), and the
Handlebar Cover (14A & B) to the Handlebar Upright (2) with 1 - M4 x 20mm Self
Tapping Screw (40), 1 - M4 Flat Washer (68), 1 - M8 Flat Washer (51), 1 - T-Shape
Knob Bushing (32), 1 - T-Shape Knob (31), 2 - M3.5 Self Tapping Screw (38), 1 - M4
Flat Washer (68) and 1 - M4 x 20mm Self Tapping Screw (40).
Connect the Exercise Monitor Upper Control Wire (57) and the Pulse Sensor Wires
(59) with the cables on the back of the Exercise Monitor (8), Attach the Exercise
Monitor to the Handlebar Upright (2) with 2 - M5 x 12mm Screws (41) - these are
already pre-fitted to the back of the Exercise Monitor.
NOTE: TIGHTEN ALL BOLTS AT THIS TIME

Exercise Monitor Function
KEY FUNCTION:
1. START/STOP
a) Quick Start function: Allows you to start the computer without selecting a program.
Manual workout only and time automatically begins to count up from zero.
b) During the exercise mode, press the key to STOP exercising.
c) During the stop mode, press the key to START exercising
2. UP
a) Press the key to increase the resistance during exercise mode.
b) During the setting mode, press the key to increase the value of Time, Distance, Calories,
Age and select Gender and Program.
3. DOWN
a) Press the key to decrease the resistance during exercise mode.
b) During the setting mode, press the key to decrease the value of Time, Distance, Calories,
Age and select Gender and Program.
4. ENTER
a) During the setting mode, press the key to accept the current data entry.
b) At the stop mode, by holding this key for over two seconds the user can reset all values
to zero or default value.
c) During setting the Clock, press this key can accept the setting hour and setting minute.
5. BODY FAT
a) Press the key to input your HEIGHT, WEKGHT, GENDER and AGE then to measure your
body fat ratio,
6. PULSE RECOVERY
a) Press the key to activate heart rate recovery function.
FURTHER INFORMATION
1. The display will turn off automatically after 4 minutes of inactivity. Press any key to wake
up the display.
2. When you have reached the end of the program, the unit will give an audible sound
and stops slowly
3. If you have entered more than one program and want use the next program.
Press the START button to continue exercising.

Exercise Monitor Function
EXERCISE MONITOR FUNCTION:
1. TIME: Shows your elapsed workout time in minutes and seconds. Your computer
will automatically count up from 0:00 to 99:59 in one second intervals. You can
also program your computer to count down from a set value by using the UP and
DOWN keys. If you continue exercising once the time has reached 0:00, the
computer will give an audible sound, and reset itself to the original time set, letting
you know your workout has finished.
2. DISTANCE: Displays the accumulative distance traveled during each workout up
to a maximum of 999.0KM/MILE.
3. RPM: Your pedal cadence, measured in revolutions per minute..
4. WATT: The amount of mechanical power the computer is receiving from your exercise.
5. SPEED: Displays your workout speed value in KM/MILE per hour.
6. CALORIES: Your computer will estimate the accumulative calories burned at any
given time during your workout.
7. PULSE: Your computer displays your pulse rate in beats per minute during your workout.
8. AGE: Your computer is age-programmable from 10 to 99 years. If you do not set
your age, this function will always default to age 35.
9. TARGET HEART RATE (TARGET PULSE): The heart rate you should maintain is called
your Target Hear Rate in beats per minute.
10. PULSE RECOVERY: During the START stage, place your hands on pulse grips or
leave the chest transmitter attached and then press “PULSE RECOVERY” key, time
will start counting from 00:60 to 00:00. As soon as 00:00 is reached, the
computer will show your heart rate recovery status with the grade F1.0 to F6.0.
Manual Mode:
1. P1 is the manual program. You can start the workout by pressing the START key.
The default resistance Level is 5. Press the UP / DOWN keys to change the
resistance to the desired level at anytime during exercise.
2. Use the UP / DOWN buttons to enter Manual Program P1 and then press the
ENTER button to confirm the selection.
3. The time indicator will now be flashing, which can be set with the UP / DOWN
buttons. press the ENTER button to confirm the selection.

6. The heart rate will now be flashing, this can be adjusted using the UP / DOWN keys.
Press the ENTER button to confirm the selection.
7. When you are finished with the settings, press the START button to start exercising.
P1: Manual
Program mode:
1. Programs P2 - P13 are preset programs.
2. Press the UP / DOWN button to select one of the programs P2-P13.
3. Press the ENTER button to confirm the selection in the time window.
4. The Time indicator flashes. Press the UP / DOWN button to select the desired time
and press the ENTER key to confirm the selection.
5. The Distance indicator flashes. Press the UP / DOWN button to select the desired
time and press the ENTER button to confirm the selection.
6. The Calorie indicator flashes. Press the UP / DOWN button to enter the desired
calorie consumption and then press the ENTER button, to confirm the selection.
7. The Pulse indicator flashes. Press the UP / DOWN button to select the desired
to set the target heart rate, and then press the ENTER button to select to confirm.
8. Press the START / STOP button to start the workout.

Custom Programs P14-P17
1. Programs P14-P17 are user-definable programs with regard to Time / Distance / Calories
/ Resistance in 10 sections. The values and profiles are calculated according to setting.
The values can be adjusted during the workout, without changing the stored program.
2. Press the UP / DOWN button to select and confirm a user P14-P17 using the ENTER key.
3. The first column will now flash and you can use the UP / DOWN buttons to select your
personal workout profile. Press ENTER to confirm. The default resistance level is, Level 1.
4. The second column will now flash and you can use the UP / DOWN buttons to change
your personal settings workout profile. Press ENTER to confirm.
5. Repeat the process for the remaining segments, and then press the enter key.
6. When the Time indicator flashes, press the UP / DOWN button to select the desired
time and press ENTER to confirm.
7. When the Distance indicator flashes, press the UP / DOWN button to select the
desired one and press the ENTER button to confirm.
8. When the Calories indicator flash, press the UP / DOWN button to select the desired
calorie consumption and press ENTER to confirm.
9. When the Pulse indicator flashes, press the UP / DOWN button to select the desired
pulse and press ENTER to confirm.
10. Press the START / STOP button to start the workout.
