Heatcraft is very conscious of safety issues when designing and manufacturing these products, but it is
essential that the end user, installer or service personnel also exercises care when working with the
units.

只有有资质的电工才能进行所有的电气作业，现场接线必须满足设备和需求以及相应的国家
和地方标准。
A qualified Electrician must carry out all electrical work. All field wiring must conform to the
requirements of the equipment and all applicable National and Local Codes.
在检查和诊断机组之前，都要切断设备的电源，不要操作未绝缘或带电的电气部件。
Always isolate the power to the unit before checking and / or diagnosing the units. Never work on
any electrical item without isolating or disconnecting the power supply.
禁止吸烟 No Smoking
西克建议在距离设备 15 米之内严禁吸烟.
Heatcraft recommends No Smoking within a distance of 15 meters of the unit.
注意-设备充压 Caution –Unit Pressurized
所有机组都预先充注了高压干燥空气或氮气，在对机组进行安装或调试之前，请小心排放出
设备中的高压气体。
All units are pressurised with dry air or Nitrogen gas. Care must be taken to discharge the
pressurized gas prior to installing or commissioning the equipment.

设计机组都是在氟利昂制冷剂（包括 R404A、R22）下高效运行的。任何情况机组都不能使
用氨、烃类、水或乙二醇作为制冷剂。
All units are designed to work effectively with fluorocarbon refrigerants including R404A, R22.
Under no circumstances can a refrigerant such as Ammonia, Hydrocarbon, Water Glycol be used in
this product.
制冷剂的吸入或直接与皮肤接触，都会对人体造成伤害。制冷剂的使用及回收都应非常注意，
为了防止人员伤亡，务必小心！
Refrigerant can be harmful if it is inhaled and/or makes contact with exposed skin.
Refrigerant must be used and recovered responsibly. Extreme care must be taken when
handling refrigerant, as personnel injury or death may occur.
注意-锋利的边角 Caution –Sharp Edges
所有机组都有钣金件，在使用过程中要特别注意金属钣金的边缘，要避免接触钣金的边缘或
盘管翅片，这些锋利边角可能对会对人产生潜在的危险，靠近机组工作时更要特别注意安全
问题。
All units are manufactured with sheet metal and in this process all care is taken to ensure the edges
are concealed. Avoid contact with sheet-metal edges and the coil fins. They can be sharp and are a
potential personal injury hazard. Please take care when accessing in or around the unit.
警告-员工资质 Warning –Qualified Personnel
机组的安装、调试、拆除以及维护都要由有资质的专业人员来操作（制冷工或电工），他们需
具备丰富的专业知识和实践经验，用户可自行协调专业技术人员进行此类操作。
All units may only be installed, commissioned, decommissioned and serviced by licensed personnel
(refrigeration mechanics and/or electricians) who have sufficient knowledge in this type of
equipment. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to co-ordinate with qualified personnel as required.
个人防护设备 Personal Protective Equipment
西克建议在机组相关的任何工作情况下，都应穿上保护设备如安全手套,安全眼镜,安全鞋等防
护用品。
Heatcraft Australia recommends as a secondary safety precaution that all personnel working with
the unit wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as gloves, eyewear and
footwear.
警告-机组的起降 Warning –Lifting of Unit
从机组前面看（负荷开关侧），压缩机处于机组的左侧。叉车必须按照标识叉在正确位置。绳
索穿过安装脚垫中间，并根据其重量分布调节合适的长度。
The compressor end of the unit is to the left looking from the front (isolation switch) side. Forks
should be placed toward the correct lifting point as shown on the unit when lifting. Slings can be
placed through the mounting feet but care must be taken to adjust the lengths appropriately to

account for the weight distribution.

在提升或运输机组的过程中务必注意保持平衡
Always take care to ensure a proper weight balance before lifting and moving unit.
注意-高温和低温 Caution –High and Low Temperatures
系统出现故障时，压缩机的壳体和排气管的温度最高可达 150°C，这样的高温可能对线路或
其他材料造成损坏，所以不可直接接触壳体和排气管。
Compressor housing and discharge line temperatures may reach 150°C due to failure of system
components. Wiring and other materials which could be damaged by these temperatures should not
come into contact with the housing or discharge line.
即使在正常运营情况下，压缩机壳体和管道表面会有非常高的温度（可能超过 100℃）和非
常低的温度（低于-40℃），若不慎接触到，可能会产生严重的伤害，因此在周围作业时要务
必小心。
Moreover, even in normal working operation, the unit can generate very high (may exceed 100°C)
and very low (below -40°C) temperatures on compressor housing and tubing surfaces resulting in
the possibilities of severe contact burns. Special caution must be taken when working around the
unit.
注意-高真空 Caution –Deep Vacuum
不要在高真空条件下使用压缩机，这可能导致电器故障。对于制冷或空调系统，不能用压缩
机抽真空。
Do NOT operate compressors in deep vacuum conditions as this can cause electrical failure.
Compressors should never be used to evacuate refrigeration or air conditioning systems.
注意-电机保护 Caution –Motor Protection
冷凝器风机内置有热保护开关，它被接在风扇控制回路中，当电机温度过高时切断风扇控制
回路。若风机运行不正常时需检查此控制回路。
Condenser fans are fitted with internal thermo-contact motor protectors, which are incorporated
into the fan control circuit. Fans may switch off due to excessive motor temperature. Always check
the control circuit if fans are not operating as expected.
警告：不要往正在运行中的风机中插入任何物体。这样将导致严重的人员伤亡或设备损坏。
WARNING: Do not insert any object into operating fans. Ignoring this warning may result in
personal injury and/or severe equipment damage and consequences.
Bitzer 的半封往复式压缩机装有热保护开关和断路器模块。若压缩机不能正常启动时，需检
查热保护模块的开关位置。
Bitzer reciprocating semi-hermetic compressors are fitted with Thermistor motor protection and
electronic control circuit break modules. Always check the thermistor module switch position if a

compressor does not restart as expected.
务必不要让热保护端子上通过 220V 电压，最大的测试电压=3V。
热保护模块采用了失效保护的设计方式，当切断此模块电源的时，控制触点打开；除非有错
误的电热信号，当重新接通电源时，控制触点关闭。当机组运行时，务必让热保护开关与热
保护模块保持相连并且不要短接此模块。
NEVER apply 220V across thermistor terminals. Maximum test Voltage = 3V.
The thermistor control module is a “Fail-Safe” design. The control contact opens when power
to the module is cut, and closes when power is returned only if the thermistors signal correct
operating conditions. The thermistors should never be disconnected from the module, and the
module should never be bypassed, when the unit is in operation.
除此之外，压缩机热过载保护和 MP15 相失效保护是标准配置，具体细节请咨询西克销售代
表。
In addition to the above, thermal over-current protection is fitted to the compressor contactor(s),
and MP15 phase failure protection is set up as a standard configuration. Please refer to your
Heatcraft sales representative for details.
注意-内置泄压阀 Caution –Internal Pressure Relief (IPR) Valve
半封压缩机装有泄压阀，当排气压力超过吸气压力一定值（由压缩机厂家设定的）的时候，
泄压阀会打开。当泄压阀打开时，压缩机曲轴箱会变热并且激发电机保护从而停机，2-3 小
时之后机组会自动重置和开机。
Some hermetic compressors include an IPR valve. The IPR valve will open when the discharge
pressure exceeds the suction pressure by a certain value, which is set by the compressor
manufacturer. When it has opened, the compressor sump will become warm and the compressor
will trip out on the motor protector. The unit may take 2 to 3 hours to reset and restart automatically
if this happens.
Bitzer 半封压缩机 C1-C4 系列压缩机没有泄压阀，B5-B6 系列压缩机有泄压阀。
BItzer semi-hermetic compressors C1-C4 do NOT have an IPR valve, and B5-B6 have.
不要认为压缩机在运行但是不抽气是错误的。停掉压缩机且让压力平衡，然后重启压缩机。
DO NOT assume that a compressor that is running, but not pumping, is faulty. Stop the
compressor and allow the pressures to balance, and then start the compressor again.

安装操作说明 Installation Instructions
机组的拆箱 Unpacking of Unit
拆箱后，检查装箱资料和机组本身是否有任何影响机组性能的损坏，如发现任何此类损坏，
请联系当底西克办事处。
When unpacking, check for any damage to packing material or the unit itself which may affect the
unit’s performance. If any such damage is evident, please contact your local Heatcraft branch.
警告-机组的吊装 Warning –Lifting of Unit
放置位置（参考总体排布图）
Installation Location (Refer to the GeneralArrangement Drawing section)
如果机组放置在靠近墙壁（或类似的障碍物）的场所，距离障碍物的最小距离应按照总体排
布图。机组应放置在水平面上。
If the unit is to be located in close proximity to a wall or similar obstruction, the minimum distance
from the coil face to the obstruction shall comply with the general arrangement drawing. The unit
shall be mounted on a horizontal plane surface.
视液镜位于冷凝器下方钣金机架的前部（从负荷开关处看）
The liquid sight glass is located on the front rail (isolation switch side) under condenser.
测量位置位于压缩机侧，具体细节参照压力设置部分
Connection of gauges can be achieved from the compressor compartment of the unit, refer to the
section on pressure settings for more detail.
不要从冷凝器吊耳位置吊装，这些吊耳仅为吊装冷凝
器本身
近似重心位置

尤其是要保证机组上方有一个通畅的垂直气流空间，以阻止冷凝机组排放出的热空气回流。
It is particularly important for the units to allow sufficient unobstructed vertical air-discharge
space above the unit to prevent warm air recirculation to the condenser.
制冷管道 Refrigeration Piping
制冷管道的安装应由专业的制冷工操作，并符合国家及当地的安装要求，对制冷系统有丰富
的工程实践经验。
Refrigeration piping work shall be carried out professionally by qualified refrigeration
mechanics in accordance with applicable national and local regulations and in conformance
with good engineering practices required for the proper operation of the refrigeration system.
西克生产的 Centurion 压缩冷凝机组有较高的洁净度和干燥度，并且系统内部充注了干空气或
氮气，可以防止氧化和湿气及异物的进入。管道在安装时应格外小心，减小管道安装的时间
可以防止湿气或异物的进入。
All Centurion condensing units manufactured by Heatcraft are supplied clean and internally
charged with dry air or nitrogen to prevent oxidation and ingress of moisture or foreign matter. Care
shall be taken during installation of the piping to prevent entrance of foreign matter or moisture by
minimizing the time that the piping is uncapped.
内部相连的制冷管道的大小不必与机组的出口管道大小一致。 管道尺寸的选择/计算是基于
确保最小制冷剂压降和有效回油最低制冷剂流速。
The interconnecting refrigeration pipe size is not necessarily the same size as the outlet on the unit.
The pipe sizes shall be selected/calculated based on the best compromise of minimizing refrigerant
pressure drop and refrigerant velocity to ensure efficient oil return.
水平吸气管应有斜向机组的坡度，为使润滑回油可靠重力作用而顺畅的返回压缩机。1：100
的坡度是比较合适的。竖直段管道必须使用回油湾及双立管。吸气管道应有保温措施，减小
过热影响。
Horizontal suction lines shall slope towards to the units to allow the oil return freely to the
compressor by gravity. A 1:100 slope is considered sufficient. The use of oil trap and double risers
may be necessary on vertical sections. Suction line piping shall be insulated to minimize the
superheat effect to the vapor.

If in doubt during the installation, please consult with your local sales representatives and/or
application engineers from Heatcraft for technical support.
电气连接 Electrical Connection
接线必须有专业资质人员按照相关规定进行操作。
All electrical connections must be carried out by a licensed
electrical contractor and in accordance with the relevant
regulations.
主电源线和控制电源线必须从电控箱的侧面或底部引入。必须通过电缆过线套接入（参考电
控箱面板的内侧的接线图）之前应穿上密封圈，机组的电压和电流信息参见铭牌参数。
Both the mains supply and the control cabling must be brought into the electric box section from

the side or underside of the electrical compartment. The cables should be passed though the glands
provided before being run to the terminals (Refer to Wiring Schematic inside electrical box cover).
Refer to the name plate for all the information regarding voltage and current for the unit.
主电源线必须符合相关的标准和规定，如 GB5023。控制电路为 220V，接线端子用于控制电
路的
接线（参考电控箱面板的内侧的接线图）。
Mains supply cabling must be in accordance with relevant standards and / or codes, eg. GB5023.
Control circuit is 220 volts. Terminals are supplied for connection of control circuit (Refer to
Wiring Schematic inside electrical box cover).
负荷开关处于“OFF”位置时，是拍合式的，处于“ON”的位置时，电控箱面板与负荷开关旋杆
连锁。当按下旋杆可解除内部锁定。
The fitted isolation switch is pad-lockable in the “OFF” position. The door is interlocked in the
“ON” position. This interlock may be defeated by depressing a small countersunk pin on the
beveled edge, close to the “OFF” label.
警告-电气危害 Warning –Electrical Hazard
润滑油 Lubrication
Centurion 压缩机使用的是酯类油（POE）或矿物油。西克建议在 Centurion 半封往复压缩机
中使用酯类油（POE）或矿物油。
Centurion compressors use Polyester (POE) oil or mineral oil. Heatcraft approves the use of POE
oil or mineral oil for Centurion semi-hermetic reciprocating compressors.
油位 OILLEVELS:
注意 –POE 润滑油 Caution - Notes on POE Oils
压缩机启动 Compressor Starting
Centurion 压缩冷凝机组用的是分线圈启动的压缩机。标准接线允许直接启动。如果安装人员
采用的是分线圈启动，有如下建议：
只有有资质的人员才能尝试解除连锁，当连锁解除时，操作人员务必小心。
Only qualified personnel should attempt to bypass the interlock. Caution must be exercised
when working on the unit if the interlock is bypassed.
Bitzer 半封压缩机：油位应保持在视油镜的 1/4-3/4 位置。
Bitzer Semi- Hermetic Compressors: The oil level should be maintained at the1/4-3/4 height of
the sight-glass.
HFC 类制冷剂仅可使用 POE 油，当使用 HFC 制冷剂（如 R404A）时，切不可把 POE 油与
其他油类混合使用。当使用 HCFC 制冷剂（如 R22）时，POE 油可以混有少量的其他油类。
Use only POE oil with HFC refrigerants. Do NOT mix POE oil with other oils when using
HFC refrigerants (eg R404A). Small quantities of other oil types may be mixed with POE oil
when using HCFC refrigerants (eg R22).

Centurion condensing units use Part Winding Start compressors. Standard wiring and settings allow
for Direct- On- Line starting. If part winding start is to be implemented by the installer, the
following is recommended.
Bitzer 压缩机线圈是 50/50 的匝数，启动时第二个线圈延迟 0.6 秒。
Bitzer compressors are 50/50 winding ratios，and the second winding delay is 0.6 second.
直接启动时，较大型的压缩机产生的瞬间起动电流要格外小心。
For DOL starting, care should be taken to establish starting requirements for the larger compressors
due to high in-rush current.
系统充注 System Holding Charge
系统在出厂时均充注干燥空气或氮气
The system as supplied is pressurised at the factory with DryAir or Nitrogen gas.
如果在运输时未能保持压力，请及时联系西克制冷公司。机组连到制冷系统之前务必小心释
放压力。
If the system is not pressurised on delivery, please contact your Heatcraft branch. Care must
be taken to release the pressure before attempting to gain access to any part of the
refrigeration system.
机组在试运行之前需将系统中的压力抽空至 500μmHg。
The unit should be evacuated to a pressure of 500 microns (μmHg) prior to commissioning.
压力设置 Pressure Settings
Centurion 压缩冷凝机组的最大运行压力为 30bar(g)，这主要取决与压力容器（储液器）的
限制。因此任何卸压装置的设置压力应小于等于 30bar。
Centurion condensing units have a maximum operating pressure of 30 Bar(g) determined on
pressure vessels (such as liquid receivers). Thus any pressure relief device setting must be 30
bar(g) or lower.
压力开关的设置，如高压侧压力必须小于等于 27bar，符合 AS1677.2 压力开关设置应 x小于
1.0 倍最高工作压力。
Pressure limiting device settings such as the HP control must be 27 Bar(g) or lower in
accordance withAS1677.2 that the pressure limiting device setting is no greater than 0.9 times
the maximum operating pressure.
通常，西克建议 Centurion 压缩冷凝机组的最大运行工况是 58℃的冷凝温度。把各自制冷剂
的相应的饱和压力作为高压“切断”压力。例如，R404A 对应于 27Bar(g)，R22 对应于 22Bar(g) ，
R134a 对应于 14.5Bar(g)。
In general, Heatcraft recommends 58°C condensing temperature as the maximum operating
condition for Centurion condensing units. The corresponding saturation pressures from respective
refrigerants shall be regarded as HP cut-out points for safety protection purpose. For example,
approximately 27 Bar(g) for R404A, 22 Bar(g) for R22, and 14.5 Bar(g) for R134a, are acceptable.
西克公司还配备了低压开关作为安全保护装置。根据应用场合、压缩机型号的不同, 低压开
关的设置应考虑以下几点：
Heatcraft also recommends the LP switch to be used as a safety protection device. Depending on
the application and compressor, LP cut-in and differential points should be set with the following

considerations:
低压开关的“切断”温度值应低于最小设计饱和吸气温度 3-5K（参考标准设计工况部分
的饱和吸气温度范围）。
Set the cut-out points at 3–5 K below the respective minimum design saturated suction
temperatures (Refer to the Standard Design Conditions section for saturated suction temperature
ranges).
设置的压差不超过 2Bar
Set the differential to no more than 2 Bar.
低压开关的”切断”值应该在正压区.
The cut-out pressure shall be in the positive pressure region.
当机组安装在温度较低的环境下，低压开关的”切断”压力值应低于此环境下温度对应的
饱和压力值
When the unit is installed in a cold ambient, the cut-out pressure shall be lower than the
pressure corresponding to the ambient temperature.

可从离您最近的西克分公司购买到 Centurion 压缩冷凝机组所需的制冷剂、润滑油以及其它所
需材料。
These are available from your nearest Heatcraft Branch for all refrigerants that Centurion
condensing units are approved for, and for oils and other materials as needed.
重要事项 Important Notes
为了保证 Centurion 压缩冷凝机组的运转效率和工作寿命，应向西克分公司获得正品替换零件，
这些零件是在保修范围之内。具体的保修条款请参阅价格指南中标准条款和销售条件。
To ensure Centurion condensing units operate efficiently and for a long working life, always obtain
genuine replacement parts from your local Heatcraft Wholesale Branch. Genuine replacement parts
are covered by the warranty. Refer to the Standard Terms & Conditions of Sale in the Price Guide
for warranty statements.
产品的持续改进是我们公司的政策。西克公司如有产品规格或指导手册的变化恕不另行通知。
Continuous product improvement is our company policy. Heatcraft Australia reserves the right to
make changes in product specifications and/or this instruction manual without notice.
Centurion 压缩冷凝机组电控箱旁边装有高低压力表，若需要检测，压缩机旋锁阀、截止阀
以及吸排气管都有相应的接口，通过拆卸压缩机侧的维修面板获得。
Centurion condensing units are equipped with high and low side gauges next to the electrical
compartment. If service gauges are necessary, access points are located on the compressor
rotalock valve, base valve, discharge and / or suction lines depending on the model of the unit.
They can be accessed from the compressor compartment access panel.
对于其他制冷剂（不是 R404A）的机组，安装人员应正确操作。
It is the installer’s responsibility to set the control correctly for use with refrigerants other
than R404A.

Heatcraft is dedicated to providing safe products and protecting the environment by
complying with all applicable national laws and regulations governing environmental
protection. New and used refrigerants cannot be vented into atmosphere. Reclaim all used
refrigerants. EPA regulations are constantly updated. Ensure your refrigerant handling
procedure complies with the relevant regulations.
