Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung: Dieses Gerät ist bestimmt zum
Absaugen von feinem, trockenem Sägestaub.
!
Beim Saugen darf niemals der Filter entfernt werden.
!
Keine Schilder und Zeichen auf das Gerät nieten oder schrauben.
Die Schutzisolierung kann dadurch unwirksam werden. Empfohlen
werden Klebeschilder.
!
Nur unbeschädigte Stecker und Kabel verwenden. Überprüfen sie
Kabel und Stecker regelmäßig.
!
Netzspannung und Spannungsangabe am Gerät müssen
übereinstimmen.
!
Nur Original HEBU-Zubehör verwenden.
!
Persönliche Schutzausrüstung tragen, Schutzbrille, Gehörschutz
und Handschuhe
!
Das Gerät darf in explosionsgefährdeten Bereichen nicht betrieben
werden.
3 Einsatzbereich
Der Einsatz von Staubabsaugungsgeräte findet in der Orthopädie zur Entfernung von Gipsstaub statt.
3.1 Zweckbestimmung
Eine Zusammenstellung von Vorrichtungen, die benutzt wird, um den Staub der durch eine Gipssäge bei
der Gipsentfernung produziert wird (z.B., pneumatische oder elektrische Gipssäge,) vom Arbeitsfeld
abzusaugen. Sie besteht gewöhnlich aus einer motorisierten Vakuumpumpe, einem Filter und einem
Sammelbehälter (z.B., Beutel oder Patrone). Es ist gewöhnlich eine bewegliche Einheit und sein Motor
kann gleichzeitig mit dem Sägemotor laufen.
3.2 Kontraindikationen
Es sind keine Kontraindikationen bekannt.

4 Montage
4.1 Montage Absauglocke
➢Pos.1 auf Pos.3 aufstecken und mit Pos. 2 festschrauben.
➢Pos. 5 (Dichtring) auf Pos. 4 stülpen und Bajonettverschluss einfetten.
➢Pos. 1 mit Pos. 4 über den Bajonettverschluss verbinden.
4.2 Montage Sägeblatt
➢Sägeblatt aufsetzten und mit der Schraube von Hand leicht anziehen.
➢Gabelschlüssel an Welle ansetzten zum Kontern.
➢Mit Steckschlüssel die Schraube anziehen.

5 Reinigung und Wartung
!
Vor Reinigungs- und Wartungsarbeiten Netzstecker ziehen.
!
Instandsetzung dürfen nur durch zugelassene Kundendienststellen
oder durch Fachkräfte für dieses Gebiet, welche mit allen relevanten
Sicherheitsvorschriften vertraut sind, durchgeführt werden.
!
Sicherheitsüberprüfungen nach den örtlich geltenden Vorschriften
für ortsveränderliche gewerblich genutzte Geräte beachten
!
Bajonettverschluss zwischen Absaugglocke und Saugschlauch
muss immer mit HEBU Spezialfett leicht eingefettet sein.
!
Bajonettverschluss sollte in regelmäßigen Abständen gereinigt und
neu eingefettet werden.
!
Beim Wechseln des
Sägeblattes immer
beide Schlüssel
verwenden!

Der Dichtungsring sollte in regelmassigen Abständen auf Risse und
Deformierungen überprüft werden. Nie ohne Dichtungsring arbeiten.
➢Motorschutzfilter alle 3 Monate austauschen (kann sonst zu Saugverlust führen oder
Beschädigung der Saugturbine)
➢Abluftfilter einmal Jährlich austauschen.
➢Als Reinigungsmittel empfehlen wir Produkte mit einem pH-Wert zwischen 9 und 10, z.B.
MediClean forte von Dr. Weigert.

8 Garantie
Für die HEBU Staubabsaugung leisten wir Garantie gemäß den gesetzlichen und länderspezifischen
Bestimmungen (Nachweis durch Rechnung oder Lieferschein). Die Garantiezeit beträgt mindestens
18 Monate. Im Falle von Material- oder Produktionsfehlern übernehmen wir die kostenlose
Instandsetzung des Geräts. Der Garantieanspruch erlischt, falls eigene Reparaturversuche
unternommen werden.
Schäden, die durch unsachgemäße Behandlung, Überlastung oder normale Abnutzung entstanden
sind, bleiben von der Garantie ausgeschlossen.
Bitte wenden Sie sich an unsere Kundendienstabteilung.
Im Garantie- und Reparaturfall legen Sie bitte dem Gerät eine Kopie der Rechnung oder des
Lieferscheins bei.
9 Umweltschutz
Führen Sie Verpackungen, ausgediente Geräte und Zubehör einer umweltgerechten
Wiederverwertung zu. Elektrogeräte dürfen nicht in den Hausmüll gelangen, sondern
müssen dem lokalen Entsorgungs- und Recyclingsystem für Elektrogeräte zugeführt
werden.

Intended purpose: This device is intended to be used for the
extraction of fine, dry grinding dust.
!
When vacuuming, the filter may never be removed.
!
Do not rivet or screw any signs or symbols onto the device. This can
render the protective insulation ineffective. We recommend using
adhesive signs.
!
Only ever use undamaged plugs and cables. Check the plug and
cable at regular intervals.
!
The mains voltage and voltage specification given on the device
must be in agreement.
!
Only use original HEBU accessories.
!
Wear personal protective gear, goggles, ear protectors and gloves
!
The device may not be operated in potentially explosive
atmospheres
3 Scope
Dust extraction equipment is used in orthopedics to remove gypsum dust.
3.1 Inteded Use
dust extractor; Accessories: An assortment of devices used to extract the dust produced by a
plaster saw during gypsum removal (e.g., pneumatic or electric gypsum saw) from the working
field. It usually consists of a motorized vacuum pump, a filter and a collection container (e.g., bag
or cartridge). It is usually a mobile unit and its motor can run simultaneously with the saw motor.
3.2 Contraindications
There are no known contraindications.
4 Installation
4.1 Installation Dust Removal Unit
➢Pos.1 to clip on with Pos.3 and to tighten with Pos. 2.
➢Pos. 5 (o- ring) to put over Pos. 4 and to grease bajonett fitting.
➢Pos. 1 to connect the bajonett fitting over Pos. 4.

4.2 Automatic mode
➢To draft the saw blade and manual the screw to edge upwards.
➢To apply open- ended wrench on shaft to secure.
➢To tighten the screw with socket wrench.

5 Cleaning and maintenance
!
Before performing any cleaning or maintenance work, disconnect
the mains plug.
!
Repairs may only be performed by approved customer service
centres or by specialist personnel who are familiar with all relevant
safety regulations.
!
Ensure that all safety checks stipulated by the relevant locally
applicable regulations for mobile commercially used devices are
observed.
!
Bajonett fitting between dust removal unit and vacuum tube must be
grease with HEBU special lubrication grease.
!
The bajonett fitting should be spaced to get cleaned and greased.
!
The o-ring should be spaced to be under examination to form
cracks and deformation.
➢Exchange the motor protection filter every three months (otherwise suction loss or
damage to the suction turbine can occur.
➢Exchange the exhaust filter once a year.
➢As cleaning agent, we recommend products with a pH value between 9 and 10, e.g.
MediClean forte by Dr. Weigert.

8 Warranty
We offer a warranty on the HEBU Dust Extractor in compliance with statutory and country-
specific regulations (presentation of invoice or delivery note required). The warranty period is at
least 18 months. In the event of material or production defects, we provide repair of the device

free of charge. Any attempts by users to carry out their own repairs will void any warranty
claims.
Damage caused as a result of incorrect treatment, overload or normal wear and tear are not
covered by the warranty. Please contact our after sales service department.
In the event of a warranty claim or repair, please enclose a copy of the invoice or delivery note
with the device
9 Environmental protection
Ensure that packaging, end of life devices and accessories are sent for
environmentally friendly recycling. Electrical appliances must not be disposed
of with normal household waste, but sent to the responsible local disposal and
recycling centre. Ask your specialist dealer for more detailed information.
